Awesome concept! I wish they had one in RI! Build your own salad and/or pizza with TONS of options for toppings and sauces/dressings, or chose one of their specialty recipes. It's all made to order right in front of you and the pizzas are cooked in a brick pizza oven. Gluten free crusts are also available (though they take a little longer to cook) and they take extra care to change their cloves and cook the pizza on an aluminum tray to avoid cross contamination. Just say this; I'm glad I made the decision for Pizza and this place. This restaurant is amazing. The pizza is a thin crust of irresistible yumminess. The salad was to die for. I got a Spud Pizza that came with this wired Pizza sauce that wasn't even on the menu and made it taste like I was eating a baked Sandwich. lots of everything on one slice virtually nothing on another. We LOVE Pyros... usually. But this particular one is going downhill. The past few times, the edges of our pizzas have black burnt nasty stuff in them, and then today they brought my pizza to the wrong place didn't catch the mistake until two people I knew were behind me had gotten their pizzas so my husband went to check, and as he did another customer was returning it to the counter. They then tried to give him the pizza they had already given to another customer for me to eat, but and the cashier, thankfully had more sense, and told them to remake it but were trying to do it by just looking at the other pizza and so I went and asked I could tell them what was on it and the guy was SO rude-- and they had already put the wrong type of sauce and cheese by the time I got up there, and only like three of the half slices of the Canadian bacon. I did proceed to go down the line telling him the rest of the correct toppings but he did it very sulkily. Then I had to wait another ten minutes for them to cook it. It came out with burnt edges. I understand everyone makes mistakes but how a place handles them speaks volumes-- and in this case, that they don't care if you don't get what you want, and have a lackadaisical View of taking care of customers. I like that you get to chose everything from the sauce, cheese, and toppings and itll still be the same price as getting a plain cheese pizza. There are gluten free and dairy free options which is great for family members who have dietary issues so it's a great place to meet with family who may not typically get to have pizza. The bread bites weren't my favorite but the pizza is still pretty good. Only one style of crust which is pretty thin. Bathrooms were pretty cool with fancy hand washing station outside of bathroom. The Olive Branch, MS pyros location is very, very poor. This is the fourth time they have messed up my pizza with leaving toppings off or adding random things. The staff is extremely rude every time and all seem as if they were not trained at all. The workers didn't know what toppings came on any of the specialty pizzas and had us go back and read them off for them. Many workers just standing around not working, and just stare at you when you come up for assistance. I don't recommend this place for anyone. read more

I use to love Pyros Pizza when they first open in the Ridgeway area and was excited they opened one in Olive Branch , MS but this place went down so fast like a sinking ship . After a while they stop cleaning the restaurant there was always drinks and water on the floors near the drink machine , the tables almost all of them are never clean , the chairs and booths were nasty and it started to have the old dish water smell, the bathrooms are horrible tissue papers all on the floors and overloaded trash cans. The toppings for your pizza weren't really fresh anymore they appeared to mix fresh ingredients with old. Great place to go for a affordable family meal if you don't mind the untidiness. I've been looking forward to this location opening up for a long time, and overall I'm pretty impressed. My biggest fear is that the pizza wouldn't be as as high quality as the other locations, since Olive Branch and Southaven have a bad track record of getting less-than-impressive ports of Memphis restaurants. Not the case! Also impressive was the seating space. There are more tables, more spread out, so that was nice. Staff were friendly, too. I'm sure we'll start coming to this location, from now on, versus venturing to the Union Ave location. read more

This place has never disappointed me or my wife. It says I've only checked in here twice but I've eaten here at least 10 times. The pizza is always great and delicious. They have a great variety of meats, veggies, and other miscellaneous sides for everyone. The only time we were disappointed was when we came at the wrong time during a rush hour and we waited about 25/30mins in line before they took our order. Usually we only wait for 2-8mins and we get to sit quickly. The customer service is usually really good and they are happy to help you with a smile. When it gets busy, they try to help the line go quicker with other employees hoping in, but sometimes the tables aren't cleaned as frequent when you want to sit down. But for the most part it's usually pretty clean and the pizza is always tasting great. I also love the rice crispy treat with the fruity pebbles and the freshly baked break apart cinnabuns. They are worth it if you have room. I would highly recommend this to everyone. read more

First time here. I'd heard about Pyro's in Memphis but had never had a chance to try it until the Olive Branch store opened recently. Wood fire pizza where they make the individual pizza in front of you then put it in the wood fired oven to make. You pay for your order and then they give you a tracker to find you when it's ready and bring it to your table. I had Italian sausage and pepperoni with mozzarella cheese and it was delicious. At $8.30 the price was right and worth what I got. Atmosphere was good and although there a bit of a wait as you stood in line, it was not the lengthy, even on Sunday lunch hour. I went to Pyros tonight for a fundraising event, which is only the second time I've ever gone, and I will not be returning. I was standing in line when I over heard the girl behind the counter with purple hair telling one of the fundraising girls that she "couldn't collect receipts bc she was soliciting." SO, the whole point of the fundraiser was that we had to put our receipts in a small black donation box that was hardly noticeable. It was actually nice to see a student being active for her school & community. Most of the time when I go to these events the students aren't really working, I was impressed to see the opposite this time. The girl looked so defeated upon being told she was "soliciting." I just think maybe a more encouraging staff member should be working these events with the kids, because the girl behind the counter seemed far from friendly. The food was sub par, as it was the first time I went. Dominos seems like a better choice. read more

Them dirty sap suckers didn't cut my pizza and the last time I came they lost my pizza and made me sit for 40 minutes

I am never one to complain, but I have just got to say the Olive Branch location is pitiful. I am a big Pyro's fan, so I order at least once a month, and every time I order, there's always something wrong. They claim to have curbside, but whenever I order curbside, I end up having to just walk in to tell them, and then they walk over to the to go area where my pizza has been sitting for probably the last several minutes. I get the Spud pizza, and it's a 50/50 whether or not they put on the sour cream and green onions at the end, so I always make sure to check my order before I leave. I have tried to call them multiple times, and no one has EVER answered the phone. NOT ONCE. The majority of workers there look like they're all under the age of 18, and they don't acknowledge you when you walk in. I think this is a wonderful job for young people, but they seem to lack the proper training of customer service. I've worked in restaurants my entire life, so I hate to complain, but I literally just have to comment on the inconsistency of this location. I will also say that the food always tastes good and has good quality, but that's after I have to fight to get the order right. read more

I was quite excited when I learned a Desoto location was opening for Pyro's! I feared this location wouldn't stack up to the Memphis locations, for whatever reason I don't know. I have been excited to see how this location excels so much more than any location I've visited to date. It's hard to reference any one visit as they have all been wonderful. Free bites for the table one visit, free pizza voucher when it was slightly off on another visit. Between their exceptional service, the magnificent and flavorful pizza, the rewards program that is fantastic, the attentive staff at this location, they are a solid 6/5! Visiting family in the area and decided to try it out. It is very similar to Lit Pizza in Baton Rouge. I LOVE that there are sizes to choose from! The past 2 times we have been there my daughter gets milk to drink and the milk on front counter has been expired the last time it was expired by six days. I usually enjoy going to Pyro's, but Sunday I was less than pleased. The food was still just as good, I will say that. However, the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the restaurant left a lot to be desired. No one was in line when we got up to give our order. Was there a greeting? Nope. Basically, the young lady behind the counter looked at my wife and said said, 'what do you want?' Then my wife and I had to proceed to tell them what we wanted on our pizza/salad....between their conversations! Then, we went to sit down and many of the tables hadn't been wiped. When my wife took our little boy to the bathroom, it took her several minutes to find toilet paper b/c there was none in the bathroom. I was very frustrated. This is one of our favorite pizza places to eat, but too many more experiences like this, they will lose my business. Service is important!!!! read more
