Pros: Pizza is yummy! I Love, love the spicy marinara! There are tons of toping options and the fire fired thin crust is delicious! Most (not all) of the employees are very nice. Cons: While the pizza is the perfect size for me I do not understand why they would not offer a large. And I do not understand why the coffee / bar area is separate making you pay twice. Suggestions: Some of the employees need to be a bit friendlier (no one has been out right rude but when you're face to face with customers at least act like you like your job). read more

Twice is enough for me to take my business else where. I don't write reviews nor do I like to submit complaints but this was ridiculous. Two weeks ago I placed an order online to pickup. It was 530 when it was placed. Got there and they couldnt find my order and said they had been having trouble with the printer so they were making my pizza right there and there. Okay, well I wait ANOTHER 45 mins to get my pizza while everyone else has got in line and is now eating. Once I got my pizza I let the manager know how frustrated I was and she gave me a gift card to for a free pizza next time. I said okay thank you. She told me to wait to register the card till the next day so I did. She didn't put the free pizza on the card... I had to call PYRO'S and they had to call district to put it on there. So today I go to get my "free pizza" which I had to pay 5 bucks (Bc of Cauliflower, EVEN tho my other damn pizza was cauliflower)... they told me twice in a 45min period that my pizza was still "cooking".... Mean while the line of people that were in line are now eating their food once again..... I had to go up there after 50 mins and the girl told me what was my name again... and the she handed me a box that wasn't warm AT ALL and looked to have been sitting there for awhile.... My pizza was COLD! I write this Bc normally i don't like "complaining" but there comes a time when speaking up is a must to get things to be better. This was absolutely ridiculous. And the people that came in behind me to pick up their food only waited 7 mins ‍. I LOVE their pizza but this type of customer service is horrid. read more

This is the first place I've been with a stone fired pizza. My kids & I loved the pizza. We enjoyed having the opportunity to add all the different toppings we wanted to each of our own pizzas and with no additional charge. The food taste great and the service is fast. We ate here while visiting family for Thanksgiving. The pizza is delicious and the atmosphere is nice. I really liked the hand washing station- very Jetson like! I wished y'all would come to Shreveport, La. This would be a nice addition to our area. read more

Pyros is the subway if pizza places. Except pyros is better, particularly this pyros, if you will. I absolutely love it, the pizza always tastes good and seeing it made right in front of me is very trustworthy. Also the pizza sauce is better than any other pizza sauce I've had. New so thought I'd try it. Hearing aids required by the staff there. Place is so noisy they can't hear you when try to place your order down the line. patrons were not as loud as the staff. First time I went there you couldn't get in the door. This time we walked right up to the ordering station...my how quickly people learn in olive branch! Anyway, the BIG issue. Pizza was burnt on the sides - burnt black - and the middle was cold. I've baked a few pizzas in wood fired ovens in my time - lived in Italy three years - and the problem is your cook. He seemed to be paying more attention to what's going on around him then having eyes on the oven. In that temperature oven, you have to pay attention. Constantly checking the pizzas because they are so thin. Constantly turning checking etc., as they cook in less than 5 minutes. He wasn't. Anyway, I always give these places a second shot. I ordered through door dash for the 2nd time this week from this location. Both times I ordered a plain cheese pizza with bbq sauce as the base, but Both times my order was wrong. The first was understandable as they put marinara as the base sauce instead of bbq (which I asked for), the 2nd time however, I wrote a specific little not that just simply asked to make sure to but bbq as base and that I didn't want any marinara. I guess they took that as an attack or as I was being rude, so they decided to add their own toppings and put pineapple, cucumbers, and celery on my pizza. In the app it is provides you a very specific list of items to choose from, so it was pretty obvious this was deliberate. I called to make sure all was ok since both times I ordered were wrong in 2 days. A man picked up and did not have a very kind tone and told me only managers were working today so he didn't think I was telling the truth, then proceeded to then tell me "ok I'll just go get mad at someone for doing there job wrong, have a nice day" and hung up. I have never written a review before, and honestly I just fownlaoded this app to write this Bc this is how appaled I was by the lack of respect and customer service I was expecting and deserved. This is a tough time we are going through and I'm sure everyone is anxious, but I just don't see the point in deliberately messing up someone's order when they are giving you money to eat their food. read more

First visit and it was pretty good. I learned how to make it better. I wish they had larger pizzas!!! Mine came out first and was tasty but really should have been cooked longer. The crust couldn't hold my toppings (3) without falling and one of those toppings was cheese that wasn't melted. Since they hadn't brought my fiancé pizza out 5 min later I inquired about it and it was being taken out of the oven so I ask that it cook a little longer because mine was soggy. His came out perfect nice and crunchy with the cheese completely melted. In my opinion they should always bring your tables food out at the same time especially if it's just 2 of you. They lost my online order. They attempted to redeem the lost order, but it was handled terribly and unprofessionally. The whole point of having an online order is to have it ready to go and to save time. They ended up wasting one of my few precious days off. Don't waste your time here if you're in a rush. read more

Every time that I've been to this Pyro's, I've had an excellent experience. The service and the food never disappoint. The one time the quality was less than desired, a nearby employee noticed my concern and addressed it immediately without having to ask.
