I can't say that I'd be back, but if you're looking for something unique, I think you'd enjoy this little shop. They also sell croissants, more savory treats, and coffee!

Instead, I'm now annoyed enough to be writing a catty Yelp review and hoping for Peter Bakery's demise lol -- Edit: just to reiterate here, cause I hate being called a liar. I came the following day and I was told the cake was already donated. My call today was to escalate the item I paid for but was given away. Lastly, no information about donations in the email, nor was a reminder email sent. Rather than checking their systems to verify, they continue to double down. $30 bucks lost on my end, but I hope my review sheds light on their shady customer service. I highly recommend this place! I was in a panic because I planned my son's birthday last minute. I called two other bakeries to see if they would be able to do a cake, they both rejected me and said that it was too last minute. I called Q BAKING CORNER and they saved my son's birthday. Quyen helped me over for phone. She first asked if I could send over a picture to see if she would be able to do it. She messaged right back and told me it is doable and it will be ready in the afternoon the next day. Sent me a picture of the outcome and I was blown away! She did such an amazing job on my son's birthday cake. Quyen worked her magic and put a smile on my son's face. Not only was the service was amazing, the quality and work that they put in it is immaculate. The cake tasted so good too! I asked for strawberry flavor and the cake was so moist and delicious. I went to The Q Baking Corner to try their famous croissants and breakfast muffins. Whenever I'm around the area, I swing by Q Baking Corner to grab some treats for the fam. Can't resist their NY Cheesecake, Belgium Chocolate Cake, Red Velvet, and Creme Brulees. The lady in charge of cake operations if you will, told us we needed to order at least 2-3 days in advance. We wanted to place an order for my mother-in-law's birthday. So we ordered on a Sunday (basically 1 wk in advance) and confirmed pick up the following Saturday. We had verbal confirmation over the phone and provide provided name and number for a 930am pickup. When I arrived this morning, l had to first wait 20 minutes for them to service a customer ordering a cake, which they could've just checked on my order for pick up within seconds. After having to repeat my name and number several times, I was told that there was a miscommunication with the staff; and they had sold our custom ordered cake already. What in the fuck?! No other explanations, no apologies, no offer to remediate whatsoever. I was then told they can make a cake if I can wait 30 to 45 minutes. Why the hell do you ask customers to pre-order several days in advance when you can just make this "custom" cake within an hour??? Never supporting this place ever again.
