I came here for my 11-year-old daughter because her nails are naturally short (she does not bite them), and we wanted a service that would help them grow. I originally asked about options, and the staff recommended a gel builder for her short nails. Although I thought $55 was expensive for an 11-year-old's nails, they assured me it was the best choice, so I trusted their professional advice. Unfortunately, just two days later, the gel started chipping and lifting off. We returned on the third day to have them fixed, even though I really didn't have time to keep making trips back and forth. This time, they applied acrylic instead. The very next day, those nails also fell off. I went back again hoping they would help resolve the issue or at least offer another solution. I wasn't asking for free services--I simply wanted them to stand behind the service they recommended and that I paid for. Since I came in requesting one service and was persuaded to switch to what they believed would work best, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a replacement, a credit, or some effort to make things right. Instead, I felt like my concerns were dismissed, and there was no attempt to resolve the situation. It left me feeling taken advantage of rather than valued as a customer. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Took my appointment for full set of gel x and deluxe gel pedicure with only 20 mins to closing which I was very appreciative for. Plus they close a little later than most nail shops in the area. But my nails came out disappointing. Pretty sure my nail tech had little experience with gel x nails because there is lifting and small pockets of air? Or uncured gel? On almost every one of my nail beds/fingers. 2 nails popped off the very next morning while exerting minimal force to slide open my shower door. Also a couple nails are too small for my nail bed so that you can see my real nail peeking out on both sides. I can't speak on their acrylic or dip powder services, but I would not return for gel x. It could have just been that one nail tech having an off day. I'm not sure. But the girls stayed late past closing to finish my nails and were very nice so I left a nice tip regardless. Just wouldn't repeat. Went back a couple days later to get the 2 nails fixed and explain to them how it happened less than 24 hours after service. Lady who originally did them was not there, and the lady who sits in front offered no concession. So I had to pay again to fix the 2 nails that they never properly attached in the first place and another tip. Also showed the new nail tech 2 other nails that were visibly loose and lifting up from my cuticle and suggested she just fix those also since they were inevitably going to pop off. This place got a makeover and is now giving a glam vibe! The pedicure chairs are the best I've been in. They are actually comfortable and give a decent massage. The chairs dont make you feel awkward with accessive movements to where you feel you're slow crumping as extra from the movie you got served. LOL Anyways...Gigi is amazing! She really enjoys being a nail tech and is always up for doing creative styles. I show her what I want and she excutes!! I simply showed the lady a picture of the nails that I wanted (a simple chrome) throughout the whole experience she was so rough and kept getting irritated at the things that I told her to fix. She then grabs the complete opposite colors of what I told her and when she asked me if I liked them, I said no! Then she was telling me how my fingers are different and how the colors are never the same which doesn't make sense I've gotten them done there before. She just didn't know what she was doing. I went in today for a pedicure. When it was time to pay I gave her my debit card, Linda did 3 TRANSACTIONS. I was charged 3 times $57 dollars!!! When I realized it I was already home so I called the salon and her son said over the phone if it wasn't pending that they would refund me on the spot. Broke my pinky nail 1 week apart on each hand. Today I went back to get the 2nd pinky fixed and told it would be 2hr wait to fix just 1 nail. In July, I got the V-French tip last minute before my Europe trip and the white peaks weren't centered, there was dried-up dip powder under my nails but I didn't have time to get it fixed. When I returned my right hand pinky broke pressing the button on a water fountain. In August, I got a fill and pinky fix with a plain French tip for $65. 1 week later, the left hand pinky snaps as I close my car door. Don't support this business. The prices are ridiculous for the poor- quality. I'm convinced they purposely do a lousy job gluing the acrylic nails so you have to return. AND THEN when you DO return for anything less than a full-set, they try to make you wait 2hrs because of course my 1-nail service isn't going to pay as much. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I get it that it's Covid times. Desperate times desperate measures to make money. But you can't Jack up the prices and call things "special" when it's not clarified verbally or on the menu listed. I wanted a basic pedicure $22 not anything extra for $50 (hmm no I don't need to pay more if I don't like my feet touched in the first place but it needed some love) I said no 5 different times when she kept trying to upsell. Later that day I felt a very sharp pain in my big toe so after taking a closer look it was very red and inflamed, I applied a little bit of pressure and pus started to come out.
