Beautiful interior design and the cardamom latte was delicious, however, the food that we got (tacogok & breakfast burrito) were nothing special and the value for the price you pay is not there.

Qatra Cafe opened a month ago on the bottom floor of a commercial office building in Sycamore Plaza. It's the gray building across from Bernal Plaza which has all the eateries. Plenty of seating outside. Inside seating concentrated at the end near the billiard & ping pong tables. No flatscreens on. No music in background. Plenty of parking in area. Offerings (Afghan-ish): coffee, tea, breakfast, salads, refreshers, appetizers...light fare, not complete meals. Ordered at the counter, pd, got buzzer which buzzed in 11ish minutes. Bites: cream roll (4.75) looked similar to cannoli. -mostly fresh whipped cream innards with a dab of pistachio smear. Shells tasty fresh. Sips: saffron latte (8) -slight saffron fragrance blended with whole milk. Coffee Tasted smooth & bold 4.5 stars. worthy! Quality: freshly made drinks & eats. Quantity: reasonable. *patrons come in bunches. Wait stop

First, we came on a Saturday... the entrance to the cafe is on the back side of the building, they have a separate entrance from the main entrance to 6701. Once inside, the place is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated with relaxing music softly playing. We came around 10:30 in the morning and the hours said they open at 8 but their were chairs still up on tables as though they were just opening even though the hours say they open at 8am on Saturday, I thought that was a bit odd. There were already a couple other customers seated, we walked right up to the register and ordered. We ordered a pistachio latte, a biscoff latte, and a cream roll from the pastry case. Given the low number of customers inside, we were surprised that it took 20 minutes for our drinks to be ready. When we ordered we asked how long they had been open, we were told they opened 6 weeks ago. Maybe they're still finding their groove but 29 minutes for two espresso drinks seemed excessively slow. Everything tasted good, the biscoff latte tasted just like the biscoff cookies you get on the airplane. The cream roll had cream filling and what looked like pistachios on the ends, it was a yummy sweet treat I might go back again in a bit to see if the speed improves. It's definitely a relaxing place to hang out and meet up with friends

    Cardamom latte and delicious dessert.

Finally tried this place as it was on my way back home from Fremont. It had been recommended by a family member, and boy, we were very pleased with the flavor, ambiance and overall beautiful, thoughtful design of the place. It's a bit far from my house but we're planning a future visit for a treat!

Parking right outside the entrance door from curb to patio seating is really nice, photos to follow +

What an awesome little cafe! Their drinks are so beautiful and their taste matches the look! I loved my orange blossom latte which wasn't bitter at all and not too overpoweringly sweet. It was the exact right balance. I tried the breakfast burrito too and it was really good. The inside is really cute with a ping pong table, pool table, and carom board. The vibes were perfect for our book club and I'm looking forward to returning to try all of their unique drinks!

I stopped by this place around 945am, because I was craving a different coffee other than my usual spots. There was a couple people sitting down having their coffee, and I was the only one at the register. I ordered the pistachio iced latte. The cashier started making my drink, but then stepped away, so I was under the assumption that the drink takes some time to make. 10 minutes passed by and she still hadn't came back to the register to finish my drink. I finally go up to the register as another lady walks by the coffee making machine and I was like hey I'm still waiting for my coffee. It's been about 10 minutes. She apologized and then proceeded to make my coffee for me. The younger lady, who was the cashier forgot about making my drink. The lady was apologetic. She said the cashier asked to go on her break and must've forgot to make my drink. Weird. This threw me off and it almost made me not want to go back. But I do want to go back and try their other coffees. The establishment is just outside of a business building so it can be hard to miss. My latte was too sweet for my liking, but strong enough. Hopefully next time I go I have a better experience, and nobody goes on break in the middle of making my coffee lol

A friend suggested we visit a new coffee place in Pleasanton. I'm always up for trying new food places. When I checked on Yelp someone mentioned it's located in an office building so I was prepared. But it was still a bit difficult to find. My suggestion is to look for orange umbrellas! The place is very spacious and comfortable. I tried their Iced Pistachio latte and their breakfast burritos. The latte was delicious, it was a tad sweet but I didn't ask for less sweet so it was my fault. The breakfast burrito has egg, potato and beef sausage. I didn't realize that it was spicy, a friend tried and she said it was spicy. But it was fine for me. I think the sausage had some heat in it. The burrito is quite yummy. Took awhile for it to be ready tho.

    Vanilla latte
    Rimmi S.

I ordered the iced vanilla latte, but unfortunately, it didn't really taste like a vanilla latte. It tasted more like a sweetened coffee, and I couldn't taste any vanilla. That said, the café itself is beautiful. It's a good size, has pool tables, a very clean and nice restroom, and a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. The prices are also very reasonable compared to other coffee shops in Pleasanton. I'd definitely recommend checking this place out, but I'd probably skip the vanilla latte or, if you order it, ask for extra vanilla or a little more sweetness.

We heard about their soft opening and had to go! Qatra is located as part of an office complex so there is ample parking. When we got there the cafe was packed! Lots of indoor seating and it was full! Loved that there were games like table tennis and pool for people to play. Also loved the decor and vibes. We decided to go with the recommended rose saffron matcha and it was delicious! The rose and saffron came through but it wasn't overpowering. They had a lot of delicious dessert options but nothing gluten free at the time. Will definitely be back to try some of their lattes and a great spot to catch up with friends!

I was here with my friend after her son's suggestion. The ambience gives a cool vibe not just for the youth but also for seniors. I saw a mixed of crowd here enjoying the company of their family and friends and some playing the pool table and some on their digital devices while sipping the coffee and eating the delicious snacks and dessert. We ordered for pistachio and rose latte with avocado toast. The service is great, it's very crowded so sometimes you will have to wait to see who is getting off or else you can sit outside as well if it's not raining. Our order came in after 15-20 minutes the buzzer went on and I went and grabbed our trays of latte and avocado toast. It was delicious and loved the evening out here. A cool place better than Starbucks.

Cute spot. A little difficult to find, it's behind a business center kinda hidden. The biscoff latte was delicious and the chicken samosa. The cream roll was yummy too. Cute setup and they have billiard and ping pong to play. Kind workers. Kinda felt like a library as it was very quiet in there , I suggest to put music up a little bit so it's not so library quiet. I would come again just to hangout and have some yummy coffee & desserts

Great spot with a welcoming, family-friendly vibe. The staff is incredibly sweet and friendly, especially the girls at the register. The space is big, though it does get busy. One thing to note is that even with a to-go order, the wait time can be around 20-25 minutes, which may feel long for a to go order. It might help the shop to have a bit more agility plan or coordination with to-go orders during busy times. That said, moving on w the pastries were delicious, the vanilla latte is a solid choice, and the matcha is amazing. Overall, a lovely place to enjoy! :)

The lox croissandwich was good, however, I asked for tomato because I needed an added flavor profile and the saltiness of the lox made me want more hydration in the bite. I usually don't like capers but today they were fine. Croissant was toasted nicely. Service: excellent. A pretty woman greeted us quickly and because it was such a beautiful day, she was coming out to bring our meals and drinks back and forth. She brought us our drinks. My drink was supposed to be with almond milk but I suspected it may have been regular milk. Although I disclose that I rarely order black sesame; it was very very sweet so I ended up not taking a chance and drinking it. My husband and daughter had vanilla lattes and lemonade with their breakfast bacon sandwich and salad. My daughter wanted to go there again today. (Posting a day later). The ambiance was very nice.
