Went today and Jack did my massage. I asked for deep tissue massage and boy that is what I got. It was painful and wonderful at the same time. It was a very good experience all in all however their "required" minimum tip is ridiculous. Last I knew tips were a gratuity for good service, not a requirement. Don't get me wrong I always tip well but I don't like being told that it is a requirement. read more

Great place to relax and wind down. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. The service is off-the-charts. I've had a few expensive massages at different spas and resorts and had to paid much $$$. At QC you get a full body massage with many extras, and much attention is given to trouble areas based on your personal request. Another thing I really love about QC is that they give you a full hour of massage time. Other massage clubs (ME) use your precious 1 hour of massage time for check-in/check-out and waiting for the therapist to enter/leave your room, leaving 40-45 mins of actual massage time. This place was the absolute best in every aspect of it's being. The owner at the front desk was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. He explained his establishment well, and what to expect. The massages were great. I chose to have medium pressure applied through my massage, and my brother chose to have hard pressure applied during his massage; I had Frank and my brother had Jessica and we both have nothing but positive feelings after finishing the massage. I've had massages from maybe 6 different therapists here and every one of them has been great, they are very consistent in style. Worst place ive ever been to. The owners speak in their language and laughed after speaking and it is very uncomfortable. They all smell like smoke like they just chained smoked a whole pack of cigarettes. Sat in the waiting room for a whole hour and didnt get helped, no water, no ac, it smelt like dirty socks in there. I used to go here all the time but my roommates came home telling me how Jim, the guy at the front desk, treated them terribly. He got mad at one of my roommates for telling him to make sure the therapist would be careful with her foot since she had just gotten surgery on it, he also told them how much you HAVE to tip and that was before the massage even started. They didn't have enough cash on them because the "mandatory tip you have to pay unless you want to get yelled at" is far more than the 20%-25% tipping range. My roommates asked for their money back because he was treating them so poorly and they didn't even want to get a massage there anymore so he told them to "wait an effing second" and threw their money on the ground and told them they are never allowed there again. Not ok with me. If he's treating his customers like this I can't imagine how he is treating his employees. I used to go here all the time and Jessica gives the BEST massages but after hearing about what happened to my roommates I'll never go here again. Customer service is everything and I give this place an F-. On a positive note, the therapists are really sweet and I'll miss them but Jim is an absolute jerk. read more

I have gone to QC reflexology a few times and most of the time it was a pretty good experience. However, today we had a horrible service encounter with an older man at the front desk. First thing was that the price was higher than the time before, so we simply asked if we had signed up for a different session than we the previous time. Apparently, that was a special offer, so I paid and that was fine. My massage was not too great, it just felt as though she was focused on something else, tired or something. Regardless how many times my thumb was up jenny would tuck it away and continue. When we left that man asked how it was and we said not as good as last time and rudely snarled at us and implied that it was our fault. After leaving the building, my boyfriend decided to go back and see why our dissatisfaction was unimportant to a small business. He was then yelled at and escorted to the door by this man by the name of Jim. Jim yelled that my boyfriend was a pussy and taking advantage of his workers and that he's sorry that his president didn't win and us F***** liberals could take our business elsewhere. MORTIFIED, I looked into QC to find that Jim is the OWNER?!? It is completely mind boggling to me that the owner of a local business would be so unprofessional, rude and completely inappropriate. From my view, I was ready to call the cops, because it looked like he was ready to throw a punch at a client that once considered this the place to go.Tonight they lost my business forever, which is unfortunate. read more

I have never been treated more disrespectfully by a business "manager" in my entire life. I booked appointments for my parents as a surprise and spoke with him over the phone to confirm the appointments. He proceeded to call and text my parents to again confirm the appointment and when they didn't know who was calling he sent them the most disgusting messages I have ever read in my life. After hearing about this I called him to ask him what the hell was going on, he told me he didn't give a damn about me or my parents and that we can go f**k off right before hanging up on me. The nasty text to my parents have been going on all day, finally had to block his number. I will NEVER go back to this place and I will never refer another person. read more

I keep coming back for more. I prefer the Baseline vs the Power location. I have used the Power location a few times now, and I have to have soft massage as my body does not tolerate deep tissue. Both times at Power I have requested soft and they have beat me up. (I guess it was never conveyed to the massage person). On Baseline, I request soft and I get soft. Also, they speak no English so if you have a request they just stare at you. Which is kind of weird. I asked for music.....imagine laying there for an hour.....no music, just dead silence and the grunting of the therapist. I was the last massage of the day, and no music. I was not as nice of an experience as the music is what relaxes you. I asked several times for music and the guy just literally laughed at me. Other than that, great massage at a great price. Well worth it. Much less expensive than other places. Very thorough in their work. Recommend. Especially if you like deep tissue work. read more

Decided I wanted to try out reflexology and looked on Google maps for one nearby. This hidden gem is practically in my back yard and couldn't believe I've never heard of it before. I looked on their website and found that they offer a huge discount for your first session. Made an appointment an hour after I called. The woman at the front desk was extremely nice and attentive. There was another man waiting to take his first massage and she gave us both an introduction about what to expect. She was extremely detailed and it was nice knowing what to expect during my massage. I did the 90 minute and it was AMAZING. She applied just the right pressure and hit spots I didn't even know were tense and hurt. She was working so hard she was getting a workout. I don't know how she only had two hands because it felt like she had tons of hands. I was so relaxed and at ease I never wanted to leave. I will definitely be returning. This was my second time here and I have not been disappointed. They took me in immediately and the staff was very kind. I've been to a handful of reflexology places with communal rooms but this place provided private rooms, which was great. Other reflexology places are quite noisy with talkative masseuses, but this facility was very quiet and peaceful. Overall, it was a great experience. read more

I have been going to QC for 2 years now and it has been amazing. A word of wisdom: if u had issues with ur previous session like u were really sore afterwards or you did not like your therapist, CHANGE THINGS AROUND. I have had several sessions where I was in alot of pain afterwards but its because I didn't let the therapist know. You have the ability to control ur session. Always check out a few therapists. Each have a different touch. Plus When they go on vacations u always need another you are comfy with. The owners are awesome people. I'm glad they and QC are a part of my life. I go every 3-4 weeks. I would go weekly if I could. Don't take my word, go give them a try. You won't regret it. If you have back issues, I highly recommend the session that gives a total hour on the back. I had my first session like that last week and I don't know how many times I will go back to the one I was always getting. read more

First time visitors get an hour long massage for $25. If you like feeling like you're being tickled, then this is not for you. All I can say is AMAZING!!! I actually found it this place on yelp. I don't live anywhere near Gilbert but was down this way for a Dr's Appt. Yes, if the service is good and I like the product or result I don't mind driving an extra 45min out of my way for it and this place will now be another reason for me to do this drive. I've been to some reflexology shops in Cali that were supposed to be the best but this one I think is a winner. I stopped by to check it out and found out they were having a $25 newbie special... I thought ok... That's pretty cheap for a 1hr massage... Let me tell you, don't let their low rates fool you. These are $60-$70 quality massages. You can't beat that!!! The front desk guy was very informative and personable and because I was a newbie to their shop, he sat me down and gave me a run down of what I was about to experience. Also, don't forget to sign up for their email, he told me they send coupons and promos like $40 for 1 1/2 hr massages and happy hour specials... Their concern is that you come out refreshed and relaxed and that's exactly what you get. I have been there three times but will return as often as I can. I took my mom here after reading all of the positive reviews. We had private rooms, and it was nice and dark. They soak your feet in hot water while they work on your head and shoulders. Then your feet get worked on and flip over for your back. The pressure was a little rough, but it was my fault for not saying something. Be prepared to be a little sore the next day, but it's totally worth it! And you can't beat the price!! read more
