WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED. Blondie at the front desk has extreme anger and went from 0-100 in seconds. He REQUIRED a $7 tip, no less, BEFORE we even got our massages. A tip isn't mandatory. Especially before you get the service you're there for. I put $6 in the tip envelope BEFORE my massage, because i didn't have any more cash. but that wasn't good enough for the asshole working the front desk. He told us that if my friend & I didn't pay exactly $7 we could get out because we were wasting his time. I stood up and told him we would leave and I wanted my money back which he responded by saying "I'll give you your money back if you wait one f***ing second!!!!!" then HE THREW MY MONEY ONTO THE GROUND. THEN literally yelled at me that I was never welcome back. The guy is a complete ass:) i've heard terrible things about him from other people but this was the first personal experience I had with him and his bitchy self. Getting THAT upset at customers for a $1 difference in a tip made him lose a whole sessions worth of profit instead. Can't wait to tell EVERYONE I KNOW about this idiot with diamond earrings. Plenty of other better massage places in Gilbert/Mesa to go instead. When someone running a business gets that angry, it's ridiculous and word spreads fast. IT is super hard for me to even select one star on this review. I submitted this guy to multiple tv news stations due to his lack of respect for his customers and due to him being very agressive and pervy. This place is dangerous, i cant imagine their licenses are real, considering they use their knees to jam into my thighs and creeped waaaaay to high up my leg. I haven't been there since my first experience a while back, but i heard another terrible experience from a friend of mine, who was recently also a victimn of this place, before I could warn her. I am making an effort to get the word out so it doesn't happen again. You get what you pay for here. It is cheap and Cheap is what you get. He is disrespectful against women and more than likely gives his wife this same treatment. She works at the other location. He is a creepo who has absolutely no idea how to run a business and has no business in a city like Gilbert, Arizona. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. The 1st time i went in was a negative experience toward the owner / management person and his name is Jim. He has no customer service skills, no social skills and will be aggressive to you pretty much YELL if you disagree with the mandatory tip rules and anything that he viewed wrong such as pricing. Dont even try to correct him on pricing because it would go up and down and when you comfronted JIM he YELLS at you. Totally Un professional and not sure how this place is even still in business. And Jim is a jerk, asshole, pls someone go there and investigate him. He was aggfressive toward me and mom by belittling us mocking us racial slur and WE WILL NEVER EVER return to get any kind of service you this place. Best massage of my life !!!! This place opened my eyes to something new and wonderful . I booked an appointment a day before . When I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly gentlemen that had me fill out a from describing any medical problems I may have , but I don't have any health problem at all :) After that he start to explained to me the reflexology procedure and also let me know about first time introducing price is $25.00 / hour WOOHOO !!!! I can't wait . I step into the massage room and saw it was clean , the decor was very soothing and relaxing ... The massage was only an hour but it was amazing from start to finish . It was the perfect combination of a relaxation massage with the firm pressure and stretch out muscles all of my body . I felt so good after massage and I felt like I was walking on the cloud ... I will be back soon , but next time I want 90 minutes session :) read more

Any place that requires mandatory tipping is a scam. They get you in with a low price and make you tip at the end. This is for the business owners- change the way you practice, because heads up- you cannot make a customer tip, bottom line. You charge for the service and tipping is to the discretion of the customer. You cannot hold a customer hostage for not tipping, they can easily leave or call the police and a file report on you, and leave. Either way, get your business practices straight. read more

This man Jim is a disgusting creep. In our session he kept trying to get me to look at this alt-right propaganda crap and telling me how sick I was because "I looked like a liberal". Of course this didn't stop him from trying to put his hands on my breasts every chance he got! It was not what I was expecting, it was so much better. I thought I was only going to get reflexolgy but they also do a deep tissue massage that is referred to Acu-Pressure. Whatever they call it my session was fantastic! It was a solid one hour and I did not have to take my clothes off, very relaxing layout and comfortable recllining chair. Clean environment and the people that work there are courteous and easy to talk to. I will be going back. read more

This afternoon was my 7th visit since Feb 2017 and I will continue to return. This place is so AWESOME is all I can say. I took my friend who is suffering with MS and MD, she was a massage virgin but now is converted. They were so helpful and gentle with her. The therapists managed to get all the kinks out of both of our necks and backs. The other great thing is their appointment availability is so great it is easy to get in on a last minute whim. read more

Wow, what a great experience. The price was very reasonable, the personnel are very friendly and I have had three massages there and they have all been great. I went there prior to knee surgery back in March, and it really helped. I have referred some friends to QC and they have been thoroughly pleased. I would recommend QC to everyone. This place is great! Keep your clothes on massage, is great.. quiet atmosphere. You choose the pressure. The Asian practitioners can be a little rough for me so I choose the light pressure. Not just a foot massage like 'reflexology' had meant to me. Full body massage. You have to try it, to see if you like this type of massage.
