My complaint is how much they push tipping. There's seriously signs everywhere telling you how much to tip. Why not just raise the price of the massage and pay people more? I have been a customer at QC for many, many years before the new owners took over recently. I have always had excellent treatments and service with friendly and professional personel. This recent visit I found out that most of the therapists I've seen are no longer there (Sam and Coco were favorites), but I saw Tony and he was excellent as well.. I am writing this review because I don't appreciate the new receptionists or owner being so rude and abrupt. It's very difficult to hear beyond the plastic barriers at the front desk, language barrier and the masks and I had to keep asking them to repeat what they said. They seemed annoyed. I also don't appreciate the pricing set-up. Set a price and stick to it! I don't think it's right that you have mandantory tip amounts that you requiret. We as customers should be able to tip what we believe is fair for the treatment we received. I've honestly never been disappointed with my treatments, but the customer service on the phone and check-in and check-out has a lot to be desired. read more

We have gone here repeatedly throughout the years. First time back in about year and evidently it has changed hands from the previous owners, Jim and Linda. The new owner is not very nice or friendly which is such a shame since she is the person you first encounter. The massage therapists we had were absolutely wonderful. We can't wait to come back to them but I dread the encounter with the woman out in the front! And to top it off, she told was a bit put out that we wanted to pay the whole amount (2 massages plus tips) on a credit card. Told us next time we HAD to pay the tip with cash only. Also, prices on the printouts on the front desk are not what we got charged. They are a couple dollars more. Prices should match the current price card they provide. I had some back pain coming in here around my shoulders and Eva definitely knew how to work out all the knots. I came in tonight for a massage and it happened to be the worst massage I've ever had. I've been here twice before and it was okay, hoping for a better outcome. I requested for a focus on neck and shoulders as well as very soft pressure. However, I received a focus on my feet and legs. I also received very hard, firm pressure. Rather than being relaxed during my massage, I was in extreme pain. I kept telling my therapist to not put hard pressure but she continued to agree with me and continue with hard pressure. There was also a point in the massage when she got on top of me and pushed very hard on my lower back. I left my massage in extreme pain. I tipped her the minimum amount and she asked for more money. She is lucky I even gave her a tip after a horrible massage. I will never be returning here and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. read more

Worst customer service in town, the guy is a complete dick to his customers I scheduled an appointment and had to cancel because I wasn't going to make it for a family emergency. So I call to reschedule no one answers so I leave a message saying I needed to reschedule. Anyways I get a text that night around 8 from the guy there telling me he doesn't want my business and that I am not allowed to pay for his services at the location anymore. I ask him what is going on here is the text from him "No call, no voicemail and not text. I am here all day and when you fk with my schedule I get rude. So please spend your money, when you do make it in, somewhere else. No longer here. Went here twice already. Awesome service and price can't be beaten. This isn't like a massage from LMT but it's good for aches and pains. If your looking for relaxation massage this probably isn't the one although you can ask for a gentler massage and my wife said they accommodated her request. So, called in a massage for my boyfriend and he asked for "medium" touch. He came home and mentioned they went in deeper than he thought. He asked them to soften their touch but i guess it wasn't by much. When he took off his shirt, i was shocked. If you go in, make sure to ask for "soft" touch unless you guys want to leave with bruises all over your back. My mother went in too and said shell never go back. When this business first opened up they really had great customer service, but now they have gotten too money hungry and their customer service has went completely downhill. I have had nothing but issues with the owner and his wife who today actually told me that I have to tip 15 or 20%, like it's not up to me what I feel the therapist deserves and when I told her she can't demand me to pay a certain amount as a tip she got a really stank attitude towards me, got mouthy with me, I will not EVER go back there again. read more

This is a wonderful reflexology place in the east valley. The massages are quality and the front desk staff is very friendly. I've been here about 5 times, and every massage I had was very good. 1. Clean, multi-chair rooms. I found when I was there if someone else was in the same room they did their best to keep us as far apart as possible. 2. They worked on everything I wanted and didn't work on things I didn't want. What this means is they read the intake forms and do what you ask. Having been to the majority of reflexology places in the east valley this isn't always the case. 3. Extremely inexpensive for the service they provide. I've had better massages here than other places that have charged 3-5 times what they charge. I highly recommend you call first, as walk in appointments are hard to come by as they are getting more popular. First off, I give the customer service a 5. The owner was the one who took our over-the-phone reservation. He was super professional and very helpful. When we got there, we spoke with him for about 15 minutes and I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism and level of customer service at a place that offers massages for $28/hr (first time visit). He gave us a pre-massage briefing that made me feel like I got massaged before his employees even laid hands on me! However, you're not reading this review to find out about the customer service. Went for my first massage last Saturday. Wow. Not sure why I waited so long. It was great, the staff was welcoming and the therapist did a great job. I have been doing lots of barre/Pilates/yoga lately and this was just what the doctor ordered. They offer great specials for first time clients and the regular prices are very reasonable as well. I drove to Gilbert AZ from Chicago and my back was letting me know how "unhappy it was. I started searching for a place to go in YELP and found this place: QC reflexology Called the number and a friendly guy took my appointment; same day; within 30 minutes ! :-)) He also asked if I wanted a female or male and I said I would like a female. Still uncomfortable with guys touching my back and legs ... I know ... I know :-)) I got to the location and they had me fill out a form, I never had to do back in Chicago. Basically, it was asking if I had any Health problems and in what areas you would like them to work on. After few minutes, they led me to this "room" where Tina did her magic. I knew it was magic because as soon as she started to work on my arms, I fell asleep. I do not remember most of the massage as I was asleep Tina told me later that I was funny, when asked why. She said I would snore while she was working on me but as soon as she stops, I get very quiet. This much I know, my fellow YELPERS, I will be going back to QC reflexology next month and I hope Tina will be working on that day. Give your back and your foot a present.. read more

This is one of my favorite places to have reflexology performed. The place is always clean, the owner is personable and the staff competent. I like having my feet washed and pampered before the service is started. The only downside is not having my feet and legs focused on more. I'm glad they want to do my back but sometimes I really am there for reflexology only. But I think that is more a communication issue from me to them. Other than my personal preference for my feet to have more attention, this place is really awesome! They are great at handling kids (my 10 yo would go too) and we are all placed in the same room, right next to each other. I would definitely recommend this shop!! read more

Overall it was a great experience and you simply cannot beat the price! My fiancé and I went and had a 90 min massage for $40! The facilities were clean, the music, cucumbers and towels were a nice touch as well. It was very easy to make a same day appointment. A fair warning...we both had women therapists that were VERY strong. If you mark "firm" pressure or equivalent on your introduction form, prepare for next day bruising! Horrible massage. The person working kept leaving during the massage and when massaging my back, it was almost as if the person was humping my head. I kept being bumped and it was uncomfortable. No parts of the massage were relaxing because it felt like he was just massaging lotion into my skin rather than working my muscles and he didn't massage my hands when thats what I asked for the most. He also would pick up my arms and legs and just let them drop and very uncomfortably would pinch the ends of my fingers and toes and also just randomly punch parts of my body. I had a free massage as a gift and I still hated it. They also just randomly put a lot of lotion on your face for no reason and he wouldn't let me position myself by myself. Omg.... this place was amazing. I would not spend the money on the foot detox, I felt no different and it was gross. The bathrooms are not the best place in the world, so go before you show up. That being said, I LOVED my massage! It was like a massage and a stretch at the same time. I felt so great leaving there. I normally pay double the price for less time at my chiropractor for a massage but this place was better. When I left I was not disappointed and left without feeling like I needed more time there. I did schedule online and I chose Jessica who is listed as a licensed masseuse but my receipt said a different name on it so that confuses me a bit. Instead of chancing a walk-in, I called ahead and the person who answered the phone (whom I later found out was the owner) was very helpful and informative and directed me to their website for more info. Unfortunately they were booked out for the rest of the day. I googled another place and put in an email request for a same-day appt. Luckily, while I was running errands, the owner of QC Reflexology called me back saying that they had some cancellations and could fit me in! For a 60 min. massage at $25 (as a first-timer) + tip I couldn't be happier! QC was recommended to me after I ran into a sliding glass door and gave myself whiplash. I came in on Labor Day and had an hour session with David. I scheduled another session 3 days later knowing I was going to need it. The owner scheduled me with LyLy! And let me tell you this woman has magic hands. I could barely turn my neck in any direction. After 90 minutes I feel normal again. I can not even begin to describe just how wonderful she is. I highly recommend QC Reflexology, so much better than your traditional massage. The place is clean and relaxing. QC Reflecology is very relaxing. The Reflexologist are wonderful. I've been to other reflexology businesses but QC is the best by far.

I've been to them once before they moved locations, and I enjoyed the experience a lot. This time Not so much.. I have to say that their 1st mistake was telling me to take off my shirt. I've been going for Reflexology for several years and never been asked to remove my shirt. I usually wear a cami top and yoga pants. The massage part for the most part was great. I liked the pressure, but felt a little sloppy at times. I don't know what kind of oil or gloves they use but by the time I got home my whole back was broke out in red bumps and feels like my back is on fire. My legs, arms, and feet are fine. She didn't use the oil on them. I went to them because it's been several months since my regular place has been open due to the Covit-19.. I won't be returning and I wont be referring my friends to them. read more

Definitely a 5 STAR rating for both quality and value. My wife and I have been getting massages increasingly more and more for the past 10 years. My wife has averaged more than 1 massage per month in the past 3 years, and almost 2 per month for myself. We have gone to numerous places in the East Valley generally using Groupon type deals and I have a masseuse that I still go to in Gilbert for over a year now who is almost as inexpensive, but who is consistently better "on average". I wish I did not have a backlog of Groupon type deals because they are rarely as cheap or as good as QC, but we already paid for them. I first visited here numerous times back in 2011/2012 when I lived just a mile away. Now we live 7 miles away in NE Mesa and don't get down there as often. My wife and I go here periodically, especially since we can sometimes get in on the same day if we call early enough. Our most recent massages on Saturday, 16 March, were definitely excellent. My wife had Lisa and I had Lily. I was so impressed with Lily that I gave her a $15 tip. Some people may be put off by the tip suggestions at the front counter, but a lot of people do not know what an appropriate tip is, especially at this cheap price where tips are a larger part of their wages than in other more expensive places. I would never tip 20% ($12) on a very good $60 minute massage. If their employer is not paying them a good base salary with that kind of charge, then the greedy employer is the problem. But I have no problem at all tipping $12 on a very good $25-$28 60 minute massage. And I sincerely believe tipping less than $10 for a good massage at this price is less than fair for such physically demanding work. Except for unusual Groupon type deals, you won't beat this price. In our experience, you won't often beat their quality either unless you go to a medically credentialed and experienced therapist which rarely charge less than $60 per hour. read more
