Not sure if it's technically reflexology, but it's always a good, thorough massage at a very decent price. Some of the masseuses don't speak much English, but the front desk always checks your needs/ issues before you go in. They are very good about getting you a same-day appointment, if needed. Really disappointed with my experience here. My husband prepaid for a prenatal massage/reflexology session for me. When I got there, I specifically asked the receptionist (who had a horrible attitude btw and spent the entire time on her cell phone) to make sure that I wouldn't be laid flat on my back, as I'm 8 months pregnant and can't lay flat on my back. She reassured me, again with attitude, that "yeah we know, you'll be on your side". Okay fine. The masseuse called me back and asked me to lay flat on my back on the table... I tried explaining I couldn't, but none of the workers there speak any English and she had no idea what I was saying. She ended up reclining it a bit, which helped, but didn't solve it. I spent the entire hour so uncomfortable and left wobbling because my hips were so messed up. The only good thing was the foot massage, it was good. Long story short, don't come here if your pregnant. They can not accommodate for pregnancy and should really stop advertising that they can. read more

I am so disgusted and at loss for words to be honest. Short review : do not even waste your money here. Longer review: I called and booked an appointment for 6 PM, I arrived on time and the front desk lady was outside smoking a cigarette. She took 15 minutes to come in and finally when she came in she began to rush me and was extremely rude. She then asked me to pay for the service before having the service, I thought that was weird but agreed that I would pay beforehand. Then, she was forcing me to add tip beforehand with my card because she was leaving for the day and there would be no one at the front desk to take my payment. I did not agree to do that and she became extremely combative. I asked her to please call her manager so I can speak with her manager, she was extremely resistant and finally called her manager who was also extremely rude and told me that she would not allow me to tell her how to run her business. To be honest, all this could've been avoided with a good customer service and kindness. I really wanted to try this place and they get my new home after work but honestly between the cigarette smell and the poor customer service I don't think I won't be coming back here very unfortunate. Also, the manager said that the girl at the front desk was very sick and had to go to the hospital. In a time when people are dying from Covid I don't think you should be coming to work sick. That is not good customer service for the public. She also mentioned to me that she had been throwing up, that's the last thing I want to hear before a massage. read more

Love this place! Always friendly service, affordable prices, clean and relaxing facility, and great massages! What sets them apart from other reflexology places is their communication and interest in providing a massage that fits your specific needs. I like that they have you fill out an information sheet on your first visit which includes info on your typical stress level, preferred pressure, and allergy/health info. They also ask you to choose 2 areas that need the most work and then spend extra time to work out the knots. For those of you who are new to reflexology, they ask that you read an information sheet describing the massage so that there are no surprises! This is given your first time in. Some notes to remember - make sure you follow their 15 or 30 minute early arrival request and put your phone away! I like that they have a minimum tip rule - all of the minimums are justified and you should be including this in your total payment anyway. read more

I had a wonderful massage... 2 hours! I felt like a bowl of jello after. I had a good experience from walking in until check out. Jim was very nice. I was able to get in as a walk in, which I had not even planned on. But I wasn't going to turn that down. However at ck out when I told her the total I wanted on my card she pointed out what the recommended tip was. Honestly, I don't care what the recommendation is, I tip off what my bill is. I may sound cheap. But I don't think it's right for someone to tell me what to tip. Had she not said anything I'd probably been ok. But saying something twice isn't very nice at all. But I will be back... ;). I would recommend a bolster to go under your knees while laying on your back. It really hurt, I did say something and even with his limited English he understood and gave me a pillow, wasn't big enough but it worked. It is a clothes on place, so I recommend wearing a comfy outfit- sports bra, shorts. Don't plan on going out in public after- you'll look like you just woke up- which is a good thing. I tried this spa on a whim! It was 435pm when I called and they were able to get me in for a 90 min session at 5! I've been to quite a few foot spas in the many places I've lived and I will say this is my favorite! When I got there I was greeted by a sweet lady that had me read a welcome paper that was kind of funny, it made me chuckle a bit. I will have to go a few more times to see diff employees and how they stack up to David. David knows what he's doing for sure. His flow is right on. I felt very relaxed and very comfortable. The tip chart is there in the lobby for you to see but there was absolutely no pressure as to how much you tip like some places. This place was quiet, clean and it was a wonderful experience! I have NEVER been treated so poorly at a place of business. Had an appointment at 3:30. Showed up at 3:30. My first time, apparently it was critical to show up 15 minutes early. The front desk guy kept making rude comments about how I didn't "follow instructions" and how my session would be cut short because I didn't show up with enough time. All of this as he's helping a walk-in customer saying to her he has empty slots and can fit her in. Obviously, I don't want my session to be cut short so I ask if I can reschedule. The guy gets pissed off! He rips the paperwork out of my hands and tells me to go somewhere else! This is not only an experience of bad customer service... the guy running this place is a real jerk and thinks it ok to treat people this way. read more

I've had several deep tissue massage therapy sessions, but this was even better! My back feels amazing and my neck is not as tight as it normally is. The hand and foot massages were also very relaxing... only reason I did not give 5 stars was we were told $7 is a mandatory minimum tip for a 60 minute massage. I, not being told this on the phone while making my appointment, only brought $5. I was told that this extra $2 would have to be taken out of their money. If the tip is so important, why not charge and extra $7 for the massage. Otherwise, absolutely amazing. read more

I agree with Blake on this one. The owner's response to Blake speaks for itself. The owner is inappropriate and rude and his language is unacceptable for any situation. He appears angry or maybe has many bad days but this should not come out to the customer. If you are looking for a peaceful and positive atmosphere, this may not be your place. I do think the massage is good but you first have to deal with the owner. There are many places that provide a good massage in the area with a positive and happy atmosphere which is the point for this type of service. Will not return. read more

Okay.... As an avid Yelper I went here on the recommendation of friends and reviews. Maybe I had a different expectation, but I will not be going back to any place that is reflexology. I did not feel any pressure relief, stress relief or any other relief for that matter. I thought the premise was the use of pressure points to remove the tension...well it did not work for me. Then they start rubbing your feet. and work up. I got a nice rub down all over. They apply lotion but wipe it off with a hot towel in the end. They apply cucumber slices on your eyes. OMG! This place is amazing! I just was driving by after my chiro appt. in Gilbert, I have always wanted to see what reflexology was all about. Since it was my first time, it cost me $25 and then $10 for tipping, which is a normal. Mary the massage therapist was amazing, she was really firm and massaged every inch of my body for one hour. I was so pampered. Since my b-day was yesterday, the cost will be $25 for the whole month of October. Cool deals. And they also have a manicure/pedicure special that I might try. This place is a favorite among locals, and it sure does get booked fast! I tried three days in a row to get an appointment, and was finally successful on the 3rd day! It starts by sitting down in a room where I heard waves and birds. The nice scent of lavender is in the air. I sat in a chair where there were endless towels placed neatly in front of me. The lady had me take off my shoes where my feet were soaked in green tea. Next I laid on my back to have a towel placed over me. Cucumbers were then placed on my eyes, then a soft towel on my head. The lady have me a good head and neck massage. Next she started massaging my arms, legs, and then feet. The day prior I had hiked up Piestwa Peak and my toes had blisters and my calves were definitely sore. The massage lady really helped my sore muscles. The cucumbers were a nice cool feeling compared to my warm feet. I imagined I was at the Fiji Islands on the beach. Next the lady had me lie on my stomach while she re-massaged my neck and head. Next I sat up straight so she could focus on my back and really get those knots out. The lady I had was super sweet and one of those ladies that reminded me of my own family members. The staff there are so friendly. The lady I had was so cute; she forgot a towel so she ran to the other room to get it and then placed it on me. While we were walking out, the lady also ran to get me a bottle water. It was really cute of her. I like the place and will definitely recommend to others! read more

Great place to get a massage in Mesa / Gilbert. Price is very reasonable usually about $35 dollars + tip, for an hour head to toe massage. Massage staff is mostly from China and very kind and professional. I usually try to go once or twice a month at least. If you go more than 1 in 7 days price goes down to 25 dollars an hour. Very legit business, not a "rub & tug" type of place. I have brought both my Mom and my Aunt here. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who's looking for a good full body massage.
