This company is completely unprofessional and honestly alarming. I received an unsolicited text from Qdexcyma Technologies, LLC owner Seon Jeong that said: "Hi. Is someone home by chance?" -- despite having never scheduled any appointment or service. When I clarified that no date or time had been confirmed, the technician went off. He became hostile, kept saying "hello hello hello... why are you so hard to reach" and abruptly hung up on me. There was no attempt at respectful communication--just extremely aggressive behavior out of nowhere. The entire experience left me feeling uneasy. Enough that Im contemplating going to my local police station. After the call, I scoured online reviews and found numerous complaints describing the exact same hostility and poor behavior. This clearly isn't a one-off--it's a consistent pattern. It's owned by Seon Jeong, and from what I've seen, there's zero accountability in how customers are treated. I had a terrible experience with this company! An Older Asian guy came out, after telling me "Pls clear the floor and rear/side of refrigerator. Access to the back of the refrigerator is needed." So I cleared everything in front of the fridge so he could pull it out. He gets here, I'm not home but my pregnant wife is home, he refuses to pull out the fridge and says I should have pulled the fridge out, yet he clearly never told me explicitly to pull it out otherwise I would have done it. Then she tells him I'll be there in 5 minutes, and he starts running out the door with her trying to get him back. He just ignored her. He was very rude to my pregnant wife and ran away. He seemed to have just been lazy and didn't want to do the repair! Now imagine if he serviced the fridge of a single pregnant woman, would he expect her to pull her own fridge out! It makes no sense, it's his job that when you service a fridge you pull it out, if he refuses to do that then he shouldn't work in fridge service. He was rude to my pregnant wife, and lazy, so I cannot recommend this company! read more

Horrible experience. This company is contracted through Lowes to cover your extended warranty on appliances. I called them yesterday to confirm they were coming (they told us between 8 and 5 it was 4pm) When I called the man who answered told me our appt was today, I informed him I had confirmed with Lowes on Friday. He then responded with " who the hell do I think I am?" When I asked if he should be addressing customers that way he told me to "shut the f**k up ". He then hung up on me. After an hour on phone with lowes I demanded they cancel my extended service contract and this company will NOT be coming hear my home. read more

Response was very quick. They came out the day after I called. He had a good sense of what was wrong with my dryer just from our conversation and planned ahead bu having the part with him. Repair was quick and he had my dryer back up and running like a champ in about an hour. I would highly recommend. read more

Seon came to check out our fridge after it died. He quickly figured out the problem, ordered the part shipped to our house, and showed us how to install it so he wouldn't have to charge us to come out again. The part came within two days, installed just like he said, and the fridge works perfectly. Quick, efficient, and not too clostly. The most impressive part was that we called him on a Saturday and he was willing to come on a Sunday. read more

First time ever writing a Review. I made a mistake calling him again. Didn't realize it was the same person that came out to my house a year and a half ago. First time coming to my house he didn't want me to explain what I thought the problem was with my Wash Machine and walked out of my house and did not say a word. I never met anyone so un-professional in my life. I called Odexcyma Technologies not realizing it was Seon Jeong that I called. I explain to him over the phone I thought the belt broke on my Dryer and he quoted a price for labor and parts $145.00. When he came he was literally in my house less than 10 minutes and pulled an undergarment that was blocking the vent. He charged me $145.00 which he never put any parts in my dryer. I asked him about the estimate he gave me over the phone and he just dismissed me. I paid the $145.00, but if I could of given him no stars that's what I would of given him. Never again... NEVER. If I could offer ZERO Stars that would be too many. This company has been to my home 4 times previously under my extended warranty and while the technicians were all very nice during those visits, they failed to adequately repair my Samsung refrigerator's ice maker. Today they were scheduled to come for the 5th visit between 2 and 4. At 3:45, the technician called me. He was clearly annoyed. He tersely asked me how many times Qdexcyma had been to my home. I told him that today would be the 5th time. He asked me what had been done during previous visits. I told him that each time a tech had come, they added more sealant to the seams of the ice maker and they used a heat gun or something to defrost it, then they left. He said, 'OK, I coming.' At 4:06pm the man rang my doorbell (I know the exact time because I have a video of his arrival). My husband answered the door to a very angry man. The man said something (heavily accented) to my husband (who doesn't have the greatest hearing), and thinking maybe the man had been here during one of the previous 4 visits my husband welcomingly said, 'Go ahead through, it's in the same place.' The man tersely responded, 'I never been here.' The man came into the kitchen where I was standing and imperiously asked me for the service history. I said, "Service history? I don't know what you mean - no one has ever left me any paperwork at the previous visits." He then, while pulling my ice maker bin out of the malfunctioning unit, asked me what had been done at the other visits. He thrust the ice bin angrily into my hands and said, "This cracked." I said, "Ok, I see... but that has nothing to do with the ice maker not making any ice. This is just the bin that holds the ice." He gave me such a look of fury that I took a step back. Since he had asked me what had been done previously, I started pointing to the previously 'sealed' areas and telling him that the previous technicians had used a heat gun 'or something' to defrost the unit. He got even nastier when he corrected me saying, 'Heat gun? Or Steamah??" I said, "Ok - I guess it may have been a steamer..." (I am still standing there holding the ice collection bin.) The man then took out a screwdriver and started taking a screw out of the ice maker. I said "Just a minute...." and started to remind him that I had been told by my Asurion case agent that no repairs were to be done, just diagnostics today, because Asurion had advised me that they were going to do a 'buy out'. This man was downright furious! He turned around angrily and started putting things away muttering that he can't do diagnostics without taking the entire thing apart. So I said, "Ok, go ahead and do whatever you need to do, I am just telling you what the agent told me..." He said, 'No, I not do anything! I am going to call and report you.' and he gathered up all of his things and started dialing someone on his phone. So I said (still standing there holding the ice bin), 'Why are you sooo angry? I'm just telling you what they told me.' He said, "I not angry, YOU angry!" I looked straight at him and replied, trying to be conciliatory, "I'm not at all angry - I'm just trying to show you what's already been done and telling you what I was told by my case agent." Again he said he was "calling office and reporting" me. I am still standing in front of my open refrigerator holding the ice bin and the man is abruptly starting to walk away. At that point, my husband came out and asked what was going on here. The man started walking toward him saying he was calling 'someone' to report me (for something indecipherable) and my husband told him to just get out. The angry man had already packed up and was leaving anyway so that was a moot point. The man arrived here angry and left just as angry. He was in his car and gone and I was still standing in my kitchen holding the ice bin in front of my open fridge. All of this took place within FOUR MINUTES. I know this because I have the video of his leaving my home at 4:10pm. FOUR MINUTES!!!! If you are ever foolish enough to buy an extended warranty from Home Depot with Asurion, DON'T EVER let Qdexcyma service your purchase. read more

All of my LG appliances seemed to go at once (the fridge, the oven, the dishwasher). They called within an hour of my contacting them to discuss the issues. They already had a few ideas of what it was. They came out and took a look at the appliances. I thought that they were very good at explaining to me what was wrong and what they typically see and gave me options about how I would like to proceed and were up front about pricing. It did take a little while for the pieces to come in, but they remained communicative of what the expected timeline was. The oven they had to come out a second time and replace a second piece. There was no charge for the labor or piece as the first installation did not solve the issue (for the record, other people I had consulted and my research said that the first piece they replaced would have been their first course of action as well). I was personally happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to contact them in the future. read more

DO NOT ALLOW FRIGIDAIRE OR ANYONE ELSE ASSIGN THIS COMPANY TO DO ANY REPAIRS ON YOUR APPLIANCES. The technician, "Seon" seems to be a one man show working out of his home as an independent contractor. He is undoubtedly the rudest individual you ever wanted to meet and from my investigation on the Web, it seems that this is his usual demeanor by the number of complaints I found. Further, after four visits, my refrigerator still doesn't work and he still did not know what was wrong with it. He has no idea what he is doing and he doesn't seem to have much interest in finding out. Can you imagine the quality of service you will get from a guy that seems like he just had a fight with his wife every time he shows up? Well, that's this guy. He's rude and nasty and acts as though you are inconveniencing him by even speaking to him. I can't emphasize this enough: DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE FROM QDEXCYMA TECHNOLOGIES, ESPECIALLY THIS MAN NAMED "SEON", INTO YOUR HOME. It will not end well. Trust me on this. read more

My refrigerator and dishwasher stopped working properly within a couple of weeks of each other. Sean from Q Tech came out, quickly assessed the problems, fixed both appliances and have had no issues since. Sean was very nice and I felt comfortable having him in my home. I highly recommend. read more
