This is a nice Qdoba location - there are plenty of seating areas if you want to dine in, or if you want to take out that's an option too. I still love that Qdoba gives free queso and guac with your bowls, Chipotle never does that. You also get a free small side of chips with your order. The service at this location is friendly. Try the seasonal citrus lime shrimp, it's available from spring to early summer, I'd highly recommend a visit to Qdoba if you want a chipotle like experience, but with add ons included for free. read more

We stopped by for dinner after running some errands. The parking lot outside made it super convenient for parking. Since Qdoba is a quick service restaurant we were able to go through the line pretty quickly like Chipotle. The serving staff was super friendly, but they did not have a lot of the items on menu such as a birria meat that they were advertising, guac, and other toppings. I got a bowl with the carnitas, veggies, Queso and various toppings. It was a healthier alternative to chipotle as it didn't feel as heavy after eating. When I went to get a drink with my meal, they were out of half of the sodas and when I asked if they could change the syrup one of the ladies mentioned they were waiting on shipment. All in all, it was great for what we got. The one thing that stood out to me was that the tables and surfaces were super dirty and covered in food. So it would be nice to have them wiped down every now and then. read more

Had to use the bathroom but staff (lady wearing pink polo shirt) was really rude and gave me dirty looks for gently knocking in the bathroom- there was no one answering and I am 9months pregnant. When I ordered chips with queso, I did not expect to receive SALT with some chips. I don't think I've ever ingezted this amount of salt. This is a criminal level of salt. One of our go-to's for take out. Order on the app and pick up in about 10 min. We prefer Qdoba to Chipotle for several reasons. The chicken and steak isn't as spicy, free chips, free guac, great pickled onions, option for cotija cheese, and love the impossible and brisket options. I do wish they cut the fajita veggies smaller and cooked them longer (they are nearly raw). read more

I am always greeted with a wave and a how are you from the workers--especially Jazmin who keeps this place in tip top shape. I drive out of my way to eat here and I have no complaints. The last time I went to a Qdoba location was probably 5-7 years ago and I remember being so unimpressed, their prices rivaled Chipotle and the food didn't taste as good as Chipotle and I hadn't been back since. I've had a craving for nachos for over a week and drove by Qdoba and figured I'd give it a try and I'm so glad I did! It cost me less than $9 for a huge order of nachos which I was able to customize to my liking. I loved that they had so many options for toppings for the nachos that were also vegetarian friendly AND that they didn't charge me extra for guacamole the way Chipotle does. Ive been craving nachos a lot lately and these are the best nachos I've ever had. My only issue is that I had to dump my nachos into a huge bowl when I got home because there were so many toppings I couldn't even see the chips. This however is an issue I was more than happy to have and just meant I didn't have a bunch of chips left at the end with no toppings for them like most nachos when you get them at other places. read more

Ordered steak and they ran out or they just didn't want to cook any because it was after 7 pm. The servers were looking to leave. It's hard to get good help. The workers just don't understand that customer service makes the restaurant. Makes people want to come back. This is definitely a place to go if you like American Mexican food. Now that Moe's has folded, down the street, and Chipotle is a bit of a health risk, it was time to try this place again. The menu has been simplified, as there are now no add-ons, just several basic items that you choose. The new approach to tacos is a great improvement. The burrito selection has been improved with better chicken choices. All in all, probably the best choice among these type of restaurants. read more

It has been a LONG time since I've visited a Qdoba - mainly because I'm usually never close to one of their stores. But a new one has opened a little over a mile away from me, so there's no excuse anymore. Though sadly, it sits on a site once occupied by a good French restaurant, Le Titi de Paris. We need more of those and fewer of these single building three store retail outlets. But nonetheless, I stopped in to get a late meal and opted for the Fajita Ranchera Burrito with chicken. It's Qdobo's version of the Chicken Fajita Burrito that I have ordered at Chipotle for years. Qdobo is pretty much a Chipotle copycat in my mind. I took my order to-go. The counterperson was nice and helpful as well, offering me a taste of one of their salsas before I selected it. With the exception of the ranchera sauce, this burrito was exactly like Chipotle's version. The only difference that I noticed was that the outside of the burrito was really soft, somewhat doughy and almost sticky. It peeled from the foil, though fortunately none stuck. Overall, Chipotle's gets the nod. My rating is a generous 4 stars - really a 3 1/2. Nice to have the variety added to our area. read more

I stopped in for the first time last Sunday. I ordered the nachos, and the lady behind the counter was nice enough to let me try to spicy cheese before I went home with a bowl of it. Indeed, it was too spicy for me, and I thought that was really nice of her to suggest I try before I buy. (Hint...always tell people when it's your first time in their restaurant. Even though this is a chain, it's a paycheck for folks and they probably care if you come back.) If you like Chipotle, you'll like this place. About the only thing different is that this place has one of those whizzo soda machines. Reminds me of "McDowell's" from "Coming to America." The one thing that they do here that seems to be nontraditional is that they steam the burrito wrapper, which leaves it damp, rubbery, and clammy, instead of warm and crispy. read more

Let me first start off by saying that I'm a Chipotle guy, but Qdoba might have changed that. The service was grade-A, and the atmosphere was poppin'. I think I was actually in the stratosphere. I ordered a ground beef burrito on flour tortilla with mild queso, white rice, shredded cheese, and guacamole. It turned a skeptic into a believer. The tortilla was wrapped tight but lacked the crunch I usually like. On a positive note, the beef was very flavorful and juicy. The guacamole was a bit mediocre and maybe not that fresh. The queso was incredible and is what set this burrito apart from other places' burritos. My wife ordered the same thing and loved it. We enjoy this place and try to go at least a couple times a week. read more

This location is pretty new. I've been to the location in Schaumburg a bunch of times because I used to work a block away from there, so it was a regular lunch spot. It was nice to see that this location opened up closer to home. The appearance of the restaurant is very nice and I like the fact that they had a couple of tvs in here. The staff was very pleasant and made my food to my liking. I also like the fact that they now offer a wheat tortilla for the burritos. They totally and completely screwed up our order. I ordered thru Grub Hub and gave clear and concise directions which were totally and completely ignored. I tried calling the restaurant (during business hours) and they never answered plus no answering machine there is no restaurant in this area that is ever that busy. I then called Grub Hub to complain about the order Grub Hub agreed that my directions were clear and concise as well as easy to understand and follow, for example I asked for my burrito to be cut in half but nope they didn't do that. Grub Hub called the restaurant and amazingly they got through. Apparantly Qdoba only cares about pleasing those that they pay and not who pays them. Grub Hub wasn't even able to speak with even an ASSISTANT MANAGER, but the employee said I MIGHT get a free meal but there was no way that I would get a refund. The food was inedible plus half of it was missing. I would not feed their slop to my dog. If they can't get simple directions straight I really don't think I would ever go back. I've gotten better food service and a more caring customer service when I was in Boot Camp in the Marines! Better food as well. read more
