I had the worst experience here. I ordered a burrito bowl and none of the ingredients were correct. I received brown rice instead of white rice, I ordered chicken, and there was no meat at all on the bowl. The guacamole had a large piece of plastic in it. I notified corporate and got a free meal, thank goodness. However, I have been avoiding this location ever since. What was weird too, is that I placed my order online ahead of time, walked in at the appropriate time, and it wasn't ready at all. A manager stopped an employee to ask him to work on the online order that I placed. I don't mind waiting for my food to be ready, but for it to be totally incorrect, was unacceptable. read more

I had a bad experience at this location about a week ago and returned to give it another shot, about 6 days later. First visit: The food was about 30 minutes later than expected. It seems like they were short-staffed and I don't blame the workers on duty for this shortfall. They definitely needed more help. Maybe do not offer online pickup if there is a long wait, because there were 3 other people waiting for their online order, also. The restaurant trash were overflowing, which was a very bad look, especially the one right next to the register. Second visit about a week later: food was not ready, when promised (again), but this time the tacos were cold. Perhaps some issue with the food warmers, unless this part of the order was made way before the rest of my order? Also, portion size on the queso mac n cheese was very small. I am (usually) a big fan of Qdoba, but it will be a long while before I return to this location. read more

I have been coming to this Qdoba for a while and it has always been good. Today I ordered a burrito and it was quite a bit smaller than normal, so I odered another burrito from another location closer to my house and that burrito was almost twice the size. $10 for a burrito that is quite a bit smaller than normal. Guess I will not be going to this location again. The burrito tasted good but had a lot of extra tortilla because they skimped on the filling. read more

Well, it started with ordering for delivery. At first, the app doubled all the items in our order. After fixing it, the new order was canceled without explanation. So we had to travel to the store to get the order. Once we got the order in, they overcharged. When asked for a receipt, the cashier said, "we won't be able to give one to you right now." After insistence, the super unapologetic manager gave us one. With the proof, it was discovered $22.95 was charged over the correct amount. Credit was made. When we got the cold food home, one of the burritos had the salsa on the outside of the burrito, and it fell apart. read more

Decided to try Qdoba for the first time today and as a native Californian I was definitely interested to see how the Mexican food in Colorado was. My girlfriend's meal was great, she got a taco bowl salad thing which she enjoyed (although she rates their 3 cheese queso 5/10). I got their Nachos. My meal was interesting to say the least. I thought the queso was pretty good, the chicken was tasty, the guac was fresh, the peppers had a good grilled taste to them, and the beans were beans. You might notice that I left one crucial ingredient out of my review of their Nachos and it's because the employee who made my food was so high he left the chips out of my NACHOS. read more

When the "What's for dinner question?" ends in take-out, we tend to go to this mini cluster of restaurants. With the options being so close, we have options. My kid always asks for QDOBA's 3-Cheese Nachos. Autistic kids tend to establish patterns, so I've made this run dozens of times. With nobody in line & 4 employees behind the counter, a quick acknowledgment and a "We'll be right with you." would have been nice. Instead of that, I got almost 5 minutes of WTF? as I started looking over news stories on my phone. The first guy that actually spoke to me was pretty cool. He put the cheese in the bowl, added the lite pinto beans that I asked for, and then... the problem identified itself. A guy that was set apart from the other employees by his managerial attire, told the guy that was fixing my food to stop and work on Internet orders. Sheepishly, he began to work on Internet orders, passing over my food to complete orders for people that were not even in the building. I'm standing right there. All I needed was the ground beef, shredded cheese, and bag of chips. Two minutes and I could have been out the door. For a hot minute, before the guy was pulled off my order, I was considering getting something. The manager, shift supervisor, or whatever he was, sidelined the previously reliable QDOBA flow. The other 3 didn't know if they were coming or going. I'd swear "Internet orders" translated to high-priority orders for his family and friends. I was standing right there! My shoes were in front of the counter and my name was not on a little slip of paper. I finally got the nachos and decided not to say anything when the chip bag came back 2/3 of what it normally had. I just wanted out. I grabbed the other orders from the other restaurants and went home pissed off and totally disrespected. So instead of a QDOBA burrito, I had 2 TINA's burritos from the freezer. They tasted better than usual and cost under $2.00. - This disruptor is clearly to comfortable in his position. He is not the Master of the Universe. He is supposed to make fast Mexican food. The other 3 employees could have hopped a ride to the next place and landed a new job. There are signs in drive-thrus advertising jobs. The hours of operation are the same, except for one business as they are closed on Sundays. Whoever "managed" the night shift on 4/11/2023 at around 8:15pm should not have a customer facing position or a chance to delegate. I was standing right there while the train derailed. I, personally, will walk 15' to Noodles' front doors. Why in god's name did I leave a tip? I felt bad for the first guy & the guy back on the grill that was getting barked at. He couldn't hear everything that was being said about him, but I could. But leaving a tip endorses the entire experience. A stupid mistake on my part. read more

I heart Qdoba because of their craft two menu--you can get two items for $7 and they are pretty generous with their portions. This past time I got nachos and tacos and I was in hog heaven so it's nice to see you can still get a hearty meal out there for a decent price. Quick, good food with great service. The women working here were excellent and I have no complaints. The food was fresh and good.

We've given this place the 3 strike rule and we're done. It's always something including bad customer service or sloppy assembly or dirty prep areas. Yesterday we arrived with 2 ahead of us in line, plus someone behind us and one young man was working all by himself doing the best he could while we had noticed two employees out back smoking on our way in, and another one who actually came up front and didn't even glance at the line but used the restroom and then zipped back out of sight without jumping in to help. Total lack of work ethic. We actually left to go eat elsewhere. We used to frequent this location many times in years past and it just seems to have gone downhill. read more

This Qdoba is one of the better ones I would say. There is a guy named Caden who works there who seems like a hard worker and seemed like he was holding it down for the Qdoba crew. It goes a long way when someone doesn't have a bad attitude and makes you great tacos. If your ever are in here have him make you some tacos. I'm sure the guy in the back who was cooking is good too but the manager seemed kind of rude and just kept telling the customers "we will be right with you." I received a free coupon in the mail to try the new Knockout Taco. It was pretty good. The meat was fresh, hot and tasty, the lettuce and other ingredients were fresh and crisp and the flour tortilla shell was warm and delicious. The only downside was that it was pretty small, only around 2 or 3 bites and youre done, price is average, around $4 each. but service was fast and the place including the restroom was clean. read more

Do not waste your time or money here. There are plenty of Qdoba's around, DO NOT go to this one. These employees do not care about your food. I ordered a steak burrito and 3 steak tacos. My burrito was not rolled, rice was soggy and mash, overloaded in salsa. My tacos were horrible. The steak was crunchy burnt and overloaded in green salsa. I could t pick my taco up to eat it without the tortilla tearing because of how soggy it was. The manager just blew me off and said sorry and hung up on me. The sad thing is I tried to give this store another shot, but after this last experience I will never go back. If you go there I'm confident you won't go back. Absolutely the worse food. Dried out steak in a "quesadilla"-- literally10--and that's being generous- pieces of small meat thrown into a tortilla with cheese scattered around--not even on the entire tortilla. I asked for pico, cilantro, and onions inside--instead they put it on the side. They piled the cut quesadilla together and when I tried to pick it up, it was all stuck together. It seems no one cares. Last time I ordered a salad--there was maybe a quarter cut of lettuce, a small amount of meat, and they screwed up all of the ingredients I asked for. The entire meal was a snack. Don't waste your time ---go to Chipotle! read more

Qdoba has a decent vegetable bowl with grilled veggies, brown rice and black beans. Perfect for a vegan like me. The atmosphere is modern and staff friendly. Their menu is decent with a number of choices. The facilities are clean and well payed out. Their prices are a little high, but okay for what you get. I would recommend them as an alternative to Chipotle. read more

Use to be my favorite location but this time definitely changed my mind. All employees were on their phones not paying attention and when I asked for rice and beans in my bowl I got not even a half scoop of it. When I asked for more still got not even a half scoop and got an eye roll from the guy working on the line. I literally for a 3 bite meal. Truly ridiculous for how I paid. I use to work in food service and I know it's not fun... but you don't treat others like that and give such little for someone who just paid $15 dollar for a meal. Decided to try this Qdoba. When I got there the woman behind the counter did not put any care into making my burrito. From having to ask for extra rice cause she put a quarter spoon on there too getting not even a tablespoon of guacamole. She didn't even put a full ladel of hot sauce on it. Ahhh, Qdoba. You started around the same time as Chipotle, and you have a bigger menu with more items, more sauces, and more gimmicks (like a stupid "Qdoba Card" they always try to push on you). Qdoba used to have a passable mole sauce. They've gotten rid of it and replaced with with the Ancho Chili BBQ sauce, which is not unlike the rest of Qdoba: It's good, it's tasty, but its just a few spices shy of greatness. read more

My boyfriend and I love this place, but usually I get Chipotle and we swing around to this Qdoba for him (I can't get over the salad dressing at Chipotle, I'm obsessed, Qdoba, create a salad dressing and I'm all yours!). The staff at this location are the best, you never walk in to a grumpy staff member here. Qdoba also has the best queso, we always get a bowl with some chips, delicious. I think Qdoba is raising their prices while shrinking their portions, and I'm not down with that. I used to frequent Qdoba because I felt I got a good value for my money. After my most recent visit to this location near Bradburn subdivision, I'm rethinking my stance. This location is tucked away in a strip mall where the old Berber's turkey farm used to be. It's smaller than many other locations, and the general flow from entrance to order to eat feels a little klunky. You immediately veer left once you enter the restaurant, and I would be willing to bet given how small the space is that the line backs up quickly during lunch hour. Staff did not seem especially friendly. I wouldn't outright call anyone rude, but it seemed like the line staff didn't really enjoy their work. What's with the small bowls for naked burritos now? They're made of recycled paper and are half the size of the old black ones. And it seemed like everything had an upcharge now. I had a naked steak burrito with fajita veggies, lettuce, cheese and sour cream with chips and salsa and a drink. $12? Really? Don't get me wrong, the food quality is excellent. The nice thing about Qdoba is that you know what to expect as far as the food - the same sweet cilantro lime rice; the same smoky dry rub on the chicken, and the same salty crispy chips. This is what I love about this chain. But I don't understand why the portions are shrinking. What made me saddest of all was the seating. Lots of four and six tops, but I only spotted one two top in the place, and all of the single bar seating faced walls, not windows. I took a four top with a guilty feeling because the only two top was taken and eating my lunch facing the wall gave me that Forever Alone feeling (disclaimer: I was just getting some lunch without the fam in tow!!!) I'll go to Noodles next time. At least there, I can get a single seat at a window. read more

I come here a lot to get the knockout taco combination as well as the tasty guacamole they make every day. So far these tacos seem to be some of the best in the area due to the amazing lack of quality Mexican food, they're a little expensive for fast food faire but quick,easy,and delicious. Now, onto the bad... This place suffers from poor management decisions. I say this because they have good fast Mexican food and tacos, but it's entirely ruined by random chincy meat portions and poor packaging. Half of the time I see them make tacos,you can tell they've been yelled at for dishing our quality portions,and at least one of them comes out pathetic with barely any meat. They've also made the terrible management decision to force their people to dish out to go taco orders in bowls...yes...bowls. So, by the time you get home your tortillas are a pile of mush and you have to eat the tacos with a spoon. This is all a major downgrade since they USED to serve these tacos properly - individually wrapped in foil. For these reasons, I come in a lot less than I would otherwise. It seems that like Chipotle, the management here is willing to alienate and outright lose customers to save an ounce or two of meat or aluminum foil. If they fixed this I would definitely give a higher rating. read more

I get the chicken nachos with black beans and the lime salt-y chips are the perfect addition. This place is clean and the people are really friendly. Not my favorite location, but it's on the way home so sometimes I'll hit it up when we need a night off from slaving in the kitchen. These employees seem to have quite a bit of turnover and are often fairly clueless. On my most recent trip, there was some kind of an error ringing up my order and the girl at the register had to get her manager to come over. The manager didn't even acknowledge me, nor was there any kind of "sorry for the delay" or "this will take just a minute". The teenager who made my burrito was more interested in flirting with the girls behind me in line than he was taking my order. They could really stand to step it up in terms of the service at this location. read more
