We knew going in that they were closing early in honor of the 4th at 7:00. We were there at 6:30. We waited in line. By the time we got to the front the manager told us he was completely out of all rice, and was closing in 30 minutes. I've made rice many times. It does take a fair amount of time to steam, but they must have known they were running low well before, and why bother staying open? Why not warn us when we walked in? Makes us wonder why he's there? I've never been to a Qdoba before. I was so curious to try one to compare against Chipotle that we drove 3 miles east to the one on Austin Bluff. That store was empty of customers. Before we entered I asked if they were still open. The manager was super nice, and assured us they were still open. If you love QDOBA over Chipotle I'd avoid this one. read more

My daughter and I love going to Qdoba in the evenings when Rosa and Jack are there. They know us by name and they're both so nice. Literally I came in last night without my daughter and both Rosa & Jack asked about Kennah. They know that we usually come together but last night the timing didn't work. Both sent good wishes to her and drew a little heart on her bowl of food lid. OK just based on that, tell me where else that would EVER happen? I'll tell you... NO WHERE! They are the nicest kindest crew at night over there. I'm blown away by their kindness. Just the fact they remember our names is mind blowing, let alone they know her order, and mine. They know that sometimes she doesn't want salsa but she always wants guacamole. But sometimes she's a two scoop girl, and others only one. They literally know it all. But as I said, they send their well wishes and draw a little heart and that's unheard of. This night crew needs a raise, theyre ALL like that and I'm loving it. So we went back tonight lol. This was my first time at this restaurant yesterday. The location is kinda tight and busy to get to off of Garden of the Gods Rd. West, parking was adequate, the place was clean, no one greeted me upon entering, the employee who took my order was not too friendly nor did he smile at me, my food was put together quickly, food tasted good (8 out of 10) and was warm & was reasonably priced, my table was clean, and there was wifi that worked. read more

This is definitely my favorite place for lunch now that they carry Impossible Meat. Their burritos are just the right size. Their vegan option tastes SO MUCH BETTER than Chipotle's Sofritas. The rice is always moist, never dry in spots like their competitors. And with the iPhone app, it makes getting in and out of there a breeze...no waiting in line. The employees are always friendly and do a great job. If I had one tiny annoyance, it's just that maybe 5% of the time, the app doesn't seem to get the order to the store on time, but all that means is that I have to wait an extra minute while they make it, so it's not a big deal at all. Overall, I love this place and will continue to come back as much as possible. read more

First impression, first time customer...the 3 people working the line were great! 2 seem to be very new but they were doing their best. The young lady at the start was awesome. Very helpful. Now for the reason for the lost stars...the 4th employee (hair purple bluish in the light) was very short tempered and rude. One employee asked and question and she was very short/ snarky with them about if there was more steak coming out. Once we completed our 4 orders you could hear her talking about the things they need to remember to do for "mystery shoppers" and all I could think is how about not be short tempered and rude to your employees in front of customers being more important than the receipt being taped to the bag. read more

I am only giving this two stars because it was quality and tasty ingredients. I honestly don't know what kind of chain mexican white nonsense this was. I had the drunken yardbird tacos, and they were filled with about 1/2 c guac each. I know most places are too stingy, but honestly proportion is key. The guac was also ice cold causing the whole taco to be almost inedibly cold. And. The kicker. They served me an ice cold corn tortilla. I've been to every single Qdoba in Colorado Springs, and while the service is always adequate, it's nothing compared to the PHENOMENAL service we recieved at the GOG location.. We had an unusual request for my ten year old daughter, and Gabby, Jimmy, and Aredenia went above and beyond for us, all while remaining friendly, patient and understanding. Jimmy also handled my high maintenance taco salad order and it was perfect and absolutely delicious! Everything was piping hot! This location is also very clean, with a spotless dining room and also, a different layout than other locations. We love it!! This will definitely be our new go-to spot! Fantastic job! read more

Today my wife and I went to this location ( after having bad experience at Briargate) for dinner. A gentleman named chris served us as well as cashed us out. He was very polite and patient with us. He saw that the brisket looked a little old and went in the back to get me fresh brisket, wife only wanted veggies no onions so he picked out just the peppers. First time in at this location. I came in on a Saturday afternoon and it was fairly slow. The one gentleman that helped me did an awesome job! I do tho recommend for the gentlemen cooking the food to remove the half smoked cig from your ear and also turn down your music. I have nothing against smokers or rap music. Qdoba as a restaurant has extremely good food that hasn't missed the mark any time I have gone there. However, the location on Garden of the Gods has very poor customer service. I have ordered online pickup several times and almost every time the order has not been ready at the scheduled time, not only has it not been ready it has not even been started when I have arrived. Most times I go at least 10 or 15 minutes past the scheduled time and it is still not ready. The last time I went to pick up an online order, the employee from across the room asked if he could help me and I let him know I was there for an online order. Instead of coming over to hand me my order, he pointed to a shelf and said it's right there. Today I went there at 10:40 and the doors were locked and it was supposed to be open at 10:30, none of the employees even motioned to the door to open it. To me the customer service could not get any worse. read more
