We frequent this Qdoba location. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for something like Chipotle but without the line (usually). Tuesday nights are students' nights... half price entrees for students. The place gets very busy during peak times on Tuesdays. The service is usually top-notch. The staff is very friendly and interacts with my daughter nearly every time we go in. They add a personal touch where most of these type places just push you through as fast as possible. We are recognized by most of the employees. I can even say the catering was great as well. They catered my daughter's birthday party (this is her favorite place to eat). Two people from this location showed up to deliver the food and set up. They even asked us how everything was when we went in two weeks later. Finally, another item of note... FREE guacamole! read more

This review isn't for the food itself but for the customer service. I come here a lot, it's the closest Qdoba to me. However, I may not be back after today. Their customer service has always been poor (they are so unfriendly and always seem annoyed but TODAY was the worst. It was busier today than usual so maybe they can't handle that. When I got to the register, I handed the young lady my card to pay. Instead of handing it back to me, she slams it on the top of my bowl. My order was to-go -- she doesn't give me a bag. So I politely asked for one. She hands it to me instead of placing the food in the bag for me. Then when I asked for my receipt she annoyingly shoves it at me. I bit my tongue and left. I will never understand why people who have the worst manners work in customer service, but I'm sick of it. I'm sorry the young woman was having a bad day, but that had nothing to do with me - the paying customer. And with all her rudeness I was STILL polite. But I will not be back. So i was gonna go to chipotle but the line was literally outside lol no thanks, I searched for the closets mexican restaurants in the area and came up with this place, It wasn't crowded at all and really nice service i ordered a chicken quesadilla and a chicken burrito, The cq was awesome not too spicy not too bland. The chicken burrito was good i just thought the white rice was a little weird all the mexican places i've ever gone to used yellow rice, The white rice gave it a weird taste not bad just different.. Mexican fast food chain owned or franchised by Jack In The Box. This is Jack In The Box's answer to Chipolte (recently taken public by McDonald's) and Baja Fresh (still owned by Wendy's?) You can find all three of these restaurants in a two mile radius. All three chains offer burritos, tacos, quesadias and salads. This store is usually less crowded than the other two. Good food, service and value. The only nit pick with this particular location is that the A/C in the eating area is not balanced. If you sit in the booths to the left of the Soda dispenser you will be in a draft and freeze. If you sit near the front of the store you will be hot. Sitting somewhere in the middle seems to work the best. read more

Used this location for catering a shower. Price was great, everyone loved the food, and the catering comes with everything you need from sternos to serving spoons etc. The manager Francisco greeted me at the door when he saw me looking at the catering info and explained everything. We recently ate at Qdoba. The food was fresh and delicious, just the right amount of spices. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the meal so much we had Qdoba cater a party we were having. I've been eating here since high school. Now that I'm about to finish college I think it's been roughly 6 yrs that I have eaten here. The staff is always nice and friendly the managers know me and alot of customers by face. Very family friendly and good for the community, their student and teacher discount Tuesdays help people bond together through making affordable meals for everyone even my cheapskate friends lol. All in all I give this restaurant 5 stars because I've never had a rude experience with this restaurant or its staff. They work really hard to keep their customers happy. I would just like to say that I have been coming here going on 5 years now and the customer service has always been outstanding! Today my boyfriend and I had just gotten off from work and was craving some qdoba, we've hadn't had it in about 5 months. Unfortunately he left his wallet at work by accident so I had to let them know the situation and that we'll have to come back later for our food. However a wonderful employee paid it forward for us and just asked in return we come back! I was so appreciative. We ended up leaving to pick up his wallet and returned right back to pay for our food and I wanted to tip him as well for the great hospitality; he said "no thankyou, just enjoy your food" Nice things come back to nice people. I thought that was the most astonishing thing he could say to me in that moment.
