Anytime of the day I go the workers are in a bad mood, and don't even care about the servings. They either give you too much or too little. They get so annoyed if you ask for extra too, as if they were paying for it. I've been coming to this QDOBA for 2 years literally.I love love love cotija cheese. Haven't been in a month or 2 but when I asked for extra cotija cheese(which i usually do) the manager tells me it's $1.25 for an extra 2 TABLESPOONS of cotija cheese. Since when do y'all charge a whole $1 for 2 tbs? That's not even worth it. Won't be coming to this QDOBA anymore after that. read more

Seating in the lobby is a total mishmash, and it was pretty dirty. -- They were out of both straws and any size cup, but large. Yikes. -- Tortillas didn't seem like they were steamed enough or the quality was off. Disappointing. I've gotta say, I'll think twice before coming to this particular Qdoba location again. read more

On feb 28th I didn't pick my food up I thought it would refund me for not getting the service like McDonald's does they still charged my card so I called the next morning and a employee answered and couldn't give me full answers then I said so I lost 20$? And she said uh yeah. I didn't think it would be this much grief to try to get a refund I didn't end up getting and getting ahold of customer support through email is not worth it I wish there was more human support because I got really frustrated. Stopped by for breakfast/dinner before I head off to work. It's nice to see they are still attempting to keep it clean. The tables look much better and the soda machine was looking good. My veggie burrito was awesome. Huge and delicious. This time I washed it down with Strawberry Fanta. They carry the Mexican variety of Coke,Fanta and Sprite on bottles! Wanted to write one for the Denver Airport location but couldn't find it on Yelp. Food and service was great. We had extremely short time to eat, with a toddler, and they pushed food through the kitchen to keep us on time for our connecting flight. I then left my wallet on the table, only realizing it when I got on the plane :(. I reached out and the staff called me back immediately to try and find it. A week later, it was found in the hostess stand and they mailed my wallet to my home, complete with all the cash etc. Super happy with QDoba's over the top service and special shoutout to Elliot Knox and Emma Gardner for being so kind and proactive. read more

I woke up at 6:30 this morning expecting to go get some breakfast at a reasonable hour. Minutes of waiting turned to hours, and hours turned to what felt like decades. Constant disagreements about where to eat was driving the family down a dark spiral of despair and hunger. Hesitantly we agreed on another establishment . Hunger ridden we wobbled to the car, hopped in, and took off. On our way to the original destination I spotted the most beautiful shade of orange out of my eye. Not that ugly UT orange, or the orange of the home town Broncos, but a conferring orange that makes everyone happy. "QUDOBA!" I exclaimed. Everyone looked, so filled with joy we wove through 3 lanes of traffic to get to the best Mexican eatery on planet earth. I love this spot because every time I come in I see them enforcing a clean and tidy kitchen. The staff is always friendly & the food smells and tastes delicious. They could get someone else's order ready 20 minutes before it was due but took 20 minutes longer on mine? Got my order home and they gave me the wrong order. Catering: My medical school class catered for a lecture this afternoon from this qdoba. I got a steak burrito with a personal bag of chips, green chilli, and a cookie. The box lunch was convenient and made eating the messy burrito not terrible. The steak burrito was enjoyable as the cuts of meat were lean and the salsa had a good bite. The burrito had black beans which I wasn't terribly crazy about but it made for a balanced meal with the cilantro mixed white rice. The chips were crispy and salty. The cookie was delicious. Overall the meal was excellent. I definitely need a nap after devouring this meal. read more

Horrible service. The girl working behind the counter with her mask below her nose had a horrible attitude (didn't wear a name tag). Not that the mask thing bothered me because we are past those times; but she was the only one wearing a mask so maybe that would pinpoint who she was since no one else had a mask. Zero patience, could barely get the order out, and made puny burritos. When I asked for my quesadilla to be made again without being charred, she ripped the bowl out of my bag and threw it in the trash. Bless her, must've been having a horrible day but you work in the service so try harder. Or just don't speak and your rudeness will only be minimally shown through your eye rolls. At this point, this place is better than Chipotle. The items are slightly different but similar, but the quality at Qdoba is more consistent. This time I got a taco salad in a shell. All the items I had were fresh, the beans, rice, lettuce, veggies, and queso. The shell was also good -- it was not overfried or underfried or too oily, it was perfect. This place has horrible service. I did not like this location. Me and my roommate went to chipotle but they were closed because of easter so we ended up deciding to go to Qdoba. I absolutely prefer chipotle any day over Qdoba grill, but even if I do have to eat qdoba I will not go this location again. I ordered a veggie burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side. The staff there was in so much hurry that they didn't heat up my tortilla properly. I let that go. Their fajitas were gross and soggy. When I asked the server to add guacamole and sour cream she didn't listen. I had to ask her again and she was completely rude to me. If we are paying 8$ for a bowl they better listen to whatever we want to add to our food. Not going here again! read more

This was my first visit to a Qdoda ever, and I was pleasantly surprised. The menu was a little confusing at first, but I made my way through it with some help from the friendly staff (probably thanks to my deer in headlights look). I went with the shredded pork for both instances that I stopped at this location. The pork tasted great and went well with all of the accompaniments. I was glad to see that they had more vegetables in addition to peppers and onions. They have grilled zucchinis as well. I really enjoyed the cheese sauces that they had (probably not good for you). I tried the spicy one which added a little bit of heat and a nice flavor to the burrito. The guacamole is included (if you buy meat-if I remember correctly). Overall I enjoyed eating here and would go back to a Qdoba. Everything seemed very fresh and the staff was quick to get the food out. The seating along the wall in this particular location is a little awkward, but I am guessing that is because they don't really have that much space for seats. read more

This place got three stars simply because of how slow they were. The food quality is the same as every other Qdoba that I have visited so my rating has nothing to do with the food. I love their burritos, and they are very filling. My review has everything to do with how slow they were. I constantly had to repeat myself and they still seemed to not understand what I was saying.
