I see the service in Edwardsville is becoming as bad as service in Alton. I went to Quiznos tonight and granted it was later in the day, but the kids working there are total assholes just like Alton's teenage workers. They were almost out of black beans and unapologetic about it. The lady throws lettuce and that's hanging all over the counter, squeezes a top down on it along with shards of lettuce dragon on the counter. The top doesn't close completely and she throws it into a bag. She was mad because I asked for a bag to begin with. I won't be back. I can't stand crappy service. read more

This was how I received my burrito today. Poor girl had no idea how to wrap a burrito. She folded in half and rolled it long ways like a pair of socks. It was also very wet. Horrible service. Very slow and rude workers on their phones all the time (with gloves on - yuck). The girl locked up the register and couldn't fix it so she told me I had to pay cash or she would have to throw all of my food away. I don't have cash on me so my entire order just went in the trash after I invested 15 minutes and was more than willing and ready to pay with card or Apple Pay. So wasteful. Honestly I am probably better off with workers going back and forth between their phones and the food. Also saw a few dead flies in between the food bins in the prep area. If ONLY I could give no stars, this whole experience was utterly ridiculous. I ordered a burrito and everything was going great, but when she started to put the topping on I noticed the toppings were all in clumps, nothing was spread out. The burrito it self felt soggy and not very put together. The bread tasted dated, and the cashier did not even know what she was doing ringing me and then my friend up separately. Then proceeded to tell the make line girl that she had given me her queso, to then which I was not given a new one. To even eat my burrito I had to use a fork and even the chips were stale. I am a loyal customer at this Qdoba, coming here anywhere from 3-6 times a month, and I can confidently say I have never been treated like this at ANY establishment. My husband and I walked in to a completely empty store, and was met with a woman that immediately had a problem with us ordering food. (This is on 1/10/2025 at 1:45PM so the owners can identify the woman on the tape due to her lack of name plate). She didn't greet us, couldn't even look at us, and barely even spoke loud enough to be heard. As I ordered, she kept cutting me off before I could even finish what I was saying, and sloppily threw the food into our bowls. It felt like she was disgusted that we were even customers. She then proceeded to ring us up, didn't even tell us the total, and walked away out of sight. A different employee then had to come up and finish our order. My husband felt so disrespected that before we paid, he asked if I even wanted the food. But because we appreciate Qdoba, we decided to eat there like our original plan. This wasn't the end of our torment. The woman, who I can't even identify because she wasn't her name plate, continued to glare at us; making my husband so uncomfortable that he didn't even finish his food and we got up and left. Definitely going to be going to the Collinsville Qdoba more often. My husband and I are very genuine people and met the lady with positive energy at the beginning, and how we were treated can only be described as discriminating. read more

I actually really like Qudoba as a chain. I've been to quite a few of their locations in other cities and they have always been pleasant. Polite workers, good food, and clean locations. However, this location is the worst I've ever been to. I've been here several times and the employees are always rude. The restaurant is often dirty, not always but I often have to clean my own table when I'm there. The biggest problem is that the employees are just poorly trained and can't perform basic pieces of making a burrito. I always have to reroll my burrito and often have to remove some of the ingredients when they add a huge amount of onions or cilantro. I also often ask for salsa on the side because of this and they have tried to charge me extra for it several times. Also, this is a small issue but they never fill the salsa containers full when I get chips on the side. This time my salsa container was around 1/3rd of the way full after I paid extra for chips and salsa. read more

I like Qdoba for three reasons: 1.) excellent guacamole, 2.) great chips, and 3.) the ability to customize my order, as in: "NAKED TACO SALAD, without beans and corn, STEAK, double (2 scoops) mild salsa, cheese -yes!, sour cream--yes!" You'll get a bag of chips with the "naked" salad, but should order a side of guacamole. Wen't here Saturday night after a soccer game and not so good. The dinner rush had the sparse crew overwhelmed. The trash cans were full and falling out all over the ground. I'm very upset at the fact that in the midst of Covid 19, the workers at QDOBA never have on properly fitted masks. Their noses are always exposed. I have requested each time that the servers cover their nose. One young man told me the board of health had no problem with the way they wear their masks. I've been a fan of Qdoba for years, but this location continues to disappoint. When eating in, the staff seems under-trained and unaware of how to efficiently fulfill orders. There is always someone just standing around. When ordering online I have been even more disappointed. This location consistently makes errors on standard orders. I have even called to express my disappointment to the manager, who did her best to not apologize or offer any response on how they plan to improve. The final straw came today (5/17/20) when I picked up my order and the employee going to cars was not wearing a face mask during the midst of a pandemic. I'm not sure how one can trust this location anymore when they are ignoring safety guidelines from the CDC. I'm done with this location, so disappointing. read more

I have eaten her 4 times in the past few months. Every time has been an online order, and every time there has been an issue. Today was the first time my order was ready at the stated time. The other orders were not even started by the time I arrived. Today though, the order was wrong. I ordered a burrito and received a bowl. The woman at the counter took the bowl and dumped it onto a tortilla. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and assumed she fixed it. But no. One whole side was rice and salsa the other meat. This is probably one of the most poorly run Qdoba's I've ever been to. The line is slow. And the food is never consistently cooked the right way. Most recently, I saw an employee drop a quarter in the veggies in the serving line and then didn't proceed to replace the food with a fresh batch of veggies. I only get to enjoy Qdoba once a month and most of the time it is a pleasant experience. Tonight not so much. The food was great as usual which garnered the 2 star review. The customer service is why it remains as a 2. The first young lady was very nice and prepared my food in a quick and courteous way the second girl at the register seemed to be in a hurry even though I was the only person in line and even though I stated twice that I wanted my meal for dine in she tried to put my food in a bag. After I finished my meal I decided to purchase some chips and queso and this time at the counter was a different young lady in a different colored shirt than the others and this signified to me that she is a manager or supervisor. Her and the original cashier looked very annoyed that I was back at the counter. I was not given the option of choosing my queso and my food was quickly placed in a bag before I said that I wanted it as dine in. While ringing me up the second time the cashier stated multiple times to have a nice night like she was shuffling me out. To be clear it was 9:00PM so there was still an hour left of operation at this business so I wasn't being one of those annoying customers that was going to keep them there after close. I just wanted to enjoy my meal and desert before heading home and the employees here seemed ready for me to leave. Also to add it looked like the store had experienced a rush before I came in and every table was dirty, trash was overflowing, etc. While this isnt enough to deter me from eating here again I just hope that next time I receieve better service. read more

I'm a fan of Qdoba for 2 reasons: 1. They have a fabulous catering menu which we used for my birthday party. We had a full taco bar set up with chicken, beef, tortillas and all the fixins, plus all the warmers needed to keep the food hot during the party. It was enough to feed about 30-40 people and cost less than $300. Our guests loved it! 2. Qdoba is fresh, fast and good. The service is friendly and the place is clean. I love building my own plate and the fact that it is healthier than some of the alternatives. You still get the Mexican flavor without the fat. Two thumbs up! read more

My family of 5 has ordered QDoba 1-2 times a month during the pandemic. We usually order online & pick up. The food is pretty consistent. The service (when we go in to order) is fine, not great. This weekend we ordered online for pick up. When we got home we realized my order was wrong. I ordered a pulled pork taco with pico, cheese, and lettuce. It stated that clearly on the ticket. However, my taco had only pork. With several people working on an order, you'd think someone would catch that. read more

We hadn't been there in awhile and were pleased to see the new remodel. At least now not all of the chairs are the butt-numbing metal materials of the past! Also, I was pleased at two new developments: 1. They ask if you want your cheese and "fixings" in a separate bowl (yes!) AND 2. they finally have jalapenos! But, the big disappointment, and with me it is MAJOR, is the new, thicker nacho chips. They are now in line with the other 7 Mexican restaurants in our town who serve a ball-park style chip. Yes, it is thicker to hold up better to dipping but they give up a lot of quality with this tasteless cardboard chip replica (can you tell I'm upset?). My husband picked up and said the staff was friendly, but that was the best we can say about the experience. First, I do like the food here. That's why I have three stars. BUT, this place is very unkempt. When busy, there is no one cleaning tables, the condiment/drink area is very dirty. There was food on the floors, dirty tables, and gross seats The bathrooms are gross, and trash is usually over flowing. The food here is usually fast and fresh. However, the pandemic has effected their ability to get food to customers. While online they say they have take out, when you place an order online, it's very detailed and easy. Now they have your money. We ordered at 4:42pm and were told the food would be ready at 4:52pm. It's 5:20 and we are still waiting in the parking lot with 10 other cars, who also paid, and don't have their food. We are leaving now, without our food,while Qdoba has our money. Thanks. We eat at this Qdoba frequently. We have noticed in the last few months that many of the friendly young servers have been replaced by much less friendly servers. It doesn't have t be service with a smile, but some of the women working there now seem annoyed that they have to deal with customers. When it took me about 30 seconds to find my Qdoba rewards card in my wallet last time I was tere, I thought the cashier was going to lose her mind. If management happens to read this, please consider the level of customer service. The Fairview Heights Qdoba had similar employee issues & it ended up closing. read more
