So I proceeded to order, two burrito bowls with steak and chicken, rice, black beans, lettuce and corn. The server fixing my food said they were out of lettuce and corn. Mind you, they still have nearly an hour before closing, also...

the fella before me had just ordered a quesadilla. As I proceed on with my order, another worker is taking more items off the serving line. The guy making my order had to grab shredded cheese for me as they are taking it away. To avoid getting more irritated I just said, that will do. While they are making my order, the fella's quesadilla is being burned on the griddle. Sadly, if the young lady had not dropped part of it, they were going to give him the burnt food. I use to be a big fan of this place but the customer service the last few times has been lacking especially when the order is nearly $30.

Ordered a burrito and a burrito bowl online and came to the store and got it handed to me from a worker. Good portion size, meat was surprisingly good. I like the rice more at chipotle better though.

This place was quite busy when I was there, but the line moved quickly, and the service was also fast. This place reminds me of Chipotle. It's located on a very narrow, busy street. Everything looked clean on the inside, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a steak quesadilla and my boyfriend ordered the steak burrito. They're both very large and gets you full quick. Our total was $21 and that includes one drink. The food was good, but once you hit the point of being full, it feels really gross, and the food suddenly isn't appetizing anymore. I only ate half and threw the rest away. To be honest, this isn't a place I would go to all the time. It's okay. I'll probably only go back if someone recommends to go there, but I personally wouldn't go.

Let me start by saying that I absolutely love Qdoba and have always had great dining experiences at this location. Unfortunately, during this visit, I was extremely disappointed. I only ordered protein during this visit and the server only gave me half of serving for the chicken and steak . If you look closely, you can see the amount that I paid for barely reached the center of the container. My total was $6.58 for less than an oz of food. Unfortunately I did not check my order because as I mentioned, I normally have great service here and didn't think it was necessary. One could only imagine to my surprise when I actually opened to find little to no food in the containers. I really wanted to enjoy it but it simply was not enough food to do so. I highly recommend checking your order before leaving the restaurant for your peace of mind. At least you'll be able to determine if the proportions of food justify the price that you paid. Qdoba , please rectify this issue. No one wants to be cheated out of their hard earned money. Thanks

I visited the restaurant today and the staff members actively cooked and prepared meals/orders why failing to wear proper attire for kitchen handling. The employees lacked hair nets (prevention of hair falling into food/prep). I noticed this as a repetitive habit since my first visit. I'd definitely want this to be addressed through management. Otherwise the staff presented themselves verbally well and the food choices were abundant, I'd recommend this place be tailored a little more safe. Great Eat!

They always do a good job with their food. The ingredients always seem nice and fresh. Nothing "bland" about it. You can have it seasoned the way you like. The staff is always friendly and helpful as well. A lot like Chipotle which we don't have in the Burg. Please open up a location in the Jactown area ASAP! read more

When I first lived in Hattiesburg (2010-2014), Quodoba was my go-to spot, especially since it was close to campus and I was a student at the time. Then I left and returned in 2016. Something must have happened with their food storage, prep table or supplier... because I have thrown up TWICE after eating here on two separate occasions. read more

This was my first time here and my first time tasting Mexican food since moving out here, and I must say for being a fast food joint, Qdoba provides tasty Mexican at a really good price. I had the chicken quesadilla and it was a lot of food and very tasty. The staff was also very friendly which is a plus. However, I will add that my stomach was a bit upset after but that's expected to come with Mexican food honestly. The taste definitely made it worth it. May try something different next time if I decide to visit again. Overall, 4/5. read more

Eh. Well, I have always wanted to try it because I imagined this restaurant as being delicious... well, It was alright. Nothing special, nothing over the top, very nice and friendly staff and the food was slightly better than average. I refuse to knock people down where they dont deserve to be so I will not give this place below three stars. Overall, I will be coming back here to try more things from them! read more

I love Moe's southwestern grill and this is a poor alternative. It is Subway with Mexican options but not very flavorful. Kinda like a Chipotle wanna-be. My hubbie said these guys have an airport kiosk so we stopped by to see how it was. Not awesome but not disgusting. Pleasant staff & decent food just needs more flavor in the rice. read more

Staff is great and so is the food! I always get the pork quesadilla and pour one of each of their salsa types on top. It's absolutely delightful! My wife loves the Mexican Gumbo and the burritos. The food is always extremely fresh. Also, the drink machine is really fun! You can make almost any flavor drink you can think up! I'd bet kids would love the drink machine! It's an assembly line type service, so you'll get your food really fast. Great experience every time I go! read more

Visit at least once a week. Nothing about the food is bland. If anyone has Poland food it is because they chose to have bland food since you put what you want on it. I have never had anything from them that wasn't delicious. It is similar to chipotle but far better selection of food and toppings. The only complaint I have is that they do not accommodate for the people that don't like or are allergic to cilantro. Everything has cilantro in it. My body doesn't react to well with cilantro so unfortunately I am not able to have half of their toppings. I would suggest cupping up tomatoes, white rice, and corn without cilantro for customers such as myself that are allergic to cilantro. read more

Once walked to our table, the waitress got our drink order. We went to make our plate. Place was pretty clean and they food was plentiful!!! I was in town just for 1 night and this was a great choice I didn't get any pictures or videos. The only thing is I thought the price for the buffet was ridiculous. I paid $26.51 for for myself

There are absolutely no shortages of places to eat in Hattiesburg. Some visiting might lean towards safe places with menu items they feel secure and safe with, and there's nothing wrong with that. But, if that's you you're missing out on some amazing food. Today I took my wife for mother's day as they had some special items on their menu, while also keeping their regular menu available. We started with their standard dumpling appetizer. We get it everytime we eat there and they're delicious every time. The meals we picked were the the kimchi cabanara and the shrimp and grits. Both on their special mother's day menu. Both were absolutely delicious with fresh ingrediants, balanced seasonings and amazing flavors. I'm Italian and grew up eating traditional family Sunday dinners but this bowl of pasta was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere of the place is very modern with a combination of traditional asian features mixed with some modern MTV inspired artwork. If you're into craft cocktails they got you covered as well. The only miss we had to day was our server never came back to take our dessert order, when we asked to order it he confused what we said for the bill and brought that instead. Not a deal breaker, we were actually too full for it anyway and we've had their desserts before. They always inventive and delicious. At the end of the day, one small service hiccup wasn't enough to overshadow what was an outstanding meal and experience. In a city packed with chain restaurants and predictable menus, places like this are what make Hattiesburg's food scene worth exploring. If you're willing to step outside your comfort zone a little, you'll be rewarded with creative dishes, quality ingredients, and flavors you'll still be thinking about on the drive home. Cocktails were creative and beautifully presented. The food was great - eclectic Asian would be my descriptor. We had the pickled veggies which included kim chi, black garlic, poblanos, pickles, and collards. The assortment was very nice. The pork and shrimp dumplings were a bit firmer than I'm used to, but not in a bad way, and the flavors were excellent. The pot roast egg rolls were a fun mashup. The okra was delicious - perfectly cooked and great balance of flavors. The pork belly buns were my favorite item. Lots of tender, crispy pork on a cloud soft bun. Yum! I will definitely return if in the area.

The staff at Qdoba in Hattiesburg, MS are incredibly nasty and unclean. I have a friend who got severely sick from their food, which is absolutely unacceptable. Their working conditions resulted in a significant amount of their staff catching COVID. The management holds no regard for the quality of food or the lives of their workers. I do not recommend going to this place unless you want to end up in a hospital room. read more
