My boyfriend and I finally made it here for dinner. We passed by nearly every day and always forgot about it being so close. We had a delish dinner. We both had burrito bowls and customized it to our liking. The bowl was so filling I couldn't finish it. When I was customizing my bowl I asked how spicy the chicken was. I told the worker that I like spice, but was just curious. She gave me a generous sample to try the spicy chicken to see if it was to my liking. Talk about drawing a customer in. That was so thoughtful. Safe to say I went with the spicy chicken as my protein. My boyfriend and I both enjoyed our bowls! We will absolutely come back again for lunch or dinner.

Here's the Scoop! My honey and I passed this place many times. So we decided to give it a try. A pleasant surprise! Our thought was another Moe's or Chipotle. But yes, it's similar to the ordering process where you're layering protein, veggies, carbs etc. the difference here is the meats, beans were seasoned to perfection. No need for salt or anything. Just bless the food and eat! So, so tasty! I got the pulled pork, rice and beans, onion, lettuce, guacamole, tomato and sour cream on the side. My my my so good. The restaurant is very clean. Nice size booths, high table seating as well. The booths have TV monitors which was lovely. The colors are earth tones which is very nice. My honey ordered the chicken with rice & beans, lettuce, guacamole, tomatoes and peppers. We both enjoyed our meal and the comfortable booth. Check out my pics attached. Plenty of private parking available and they cater.

I've heard of this place and knew it was a chain. I heard it was similar to Chipotle, but it appeared to maybe be a little more premium. So my boss suggested it for lunch. I went to the website and saw delivery, which is always a plus. I put in several distinct orders and I liked the customization. I liked I could put names on the food, especially since one of my staff eats food that smells like pepper spray. I go to check out and the site froze. When I went back, the order was gone. After the third time, I used seamless. That's not a good sign. The food comes and I grab my order. It has all the ingredients. Everything is just kind of bland. The meat didn't have any flavor of its own. The whole meal was just blah. My coworkers were also disappointed by the lack of flavor. I was bummed out because I was excited to try them. The food seemed fresh. Our orders were correct. The ingredients just seemed to lack flavor. I don't plan on going back again. Cannot recommend.

The tacos are Mexican street style and you can get any type of meat from beef to chicken to al pastor to tongue (the tongue is sensational). I also love the sauce that goes on the fish tacos and burritos, always get an extra side of sauce. The service is friendly and the staff always treats me well. The store is clean and I'd suggest eating in as there's always free space.

Parking is free and convenient (for anyone unfamiliar with the area) The restaurant is family owned, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The inside is super cute, and caters to groups 2-4/ 4-6, possibly more if you can push some tables together, overall, pretty spacious. We each ordered the Taco Salad. Mine with steak and the other with chicken. It was DELICIOUS, just so flavorful. The portions were pretty decent, so much so, that I got the other half of mine in a to-go container. They have an array of options for drinks, but of course how could I not have ordered a Jarritos?! I will most definitely return here, especially because on my way out, I saw that Birria Tacos were added to their menu. Based on the quality of the food I had that day, I have no doubt those will be just as good

What's one way to squeeze out the last few hours of a staycation? Margaritas and apps of course!…read more So with the Honey in tow, we landed here on Sunday evening August 16th. The way the small bar is set up, because of the wall separating it from the dining room...it gives it an intimate vibe I really like. The ambient lighting and pleasing decor sets the mood to enjoy your choice of cocktails. We asked the bartender if she could make the cucumber margarita on the menu spicy? She obliged. Those drinks weren't as spicy or refreshing as we had hoped. We stuck with the classic margaritas for next round. They were just right! I'm not sure if themed weekends are a regular occurrence here. But this night was the final night of their Mango Madness Weekend. We were served plain nachos with a mango salsa dip. The Honey devoured it. I prefer my salsa with a red sauce and a bit of a spicy kick. I decided to give the steam mussels in a sauce with mango pieces, a try. I did not know this was the combination of spicy and sweet that I needed in my life!! We ordered extra bread and sopped up every last bit of it!! We made a point to tell the bartender how much we enjoyed it! We were grateful and disappointed, when she told us we had just eaten the last of it. Dang! We would have certainly asked for another order!! We left there giddy and satisfied. I wasn't even mad that I had to go back to work the next day! I keep thinking, how can we convince them to make the Mango Mussels a permanent menu item? Meet us there and let's discuss it over margaritas! Thank me later.....

He forgot our guacamole, which should've remained forgotten, since it was underseasoned and unremarkable. I was a bit shocked when we got the bill. The MP was $15, for the small, bland portion. Cubano quesadilla appetizer was good and substantial. Sangria was $35 and suffered from a serious lack of alcohol. My chipotle shrimp entrée didn't look like anything special, but tasted much better than it looked. My companions softshell crab taco special was good. The woman who came to our table who (was not the server) did not understand. the question asked to her about the bill, and as a result, gave an incorrect answer. Mostly Decent food (poorly presented) some overpriced items, indifferent service. This was my first time here and I'm not sure I would return.

Being Latina myself- I give more credibility when the ratings for a Latino restaurant are coming from a more diverse neighborhood. That being said, this place was a PLEASANT surprise! I really enjoyed the decor inside- it is so vibrant and lively! And it definitely is true to the Mexican culture! The service was also a plus- they were attentive and kind- this spot is definitely family run which I personally love to see! The food was delicious, we had: Beef Tongue Taco- The beef tongue is topped with a cilantro onion salad. The beef was so TENDER and decently seasoned. The only thing I would say is I'd like to see less onion, and more seasoning in the beef tongue. Otherwise they do such an amazing job! Shrimp Taco- The shrimp taco was delicious, but I think I would come back for the beef tongue taco specifically. Overall this was a nice experience, very authentic Mexican food! I will definitely be back to have some more beef tongue tacos and try some other things on the menu.
