I went here after doing a escape room with my friends the food was ok basically the same as chipotle. The service was quick and gave me extra food. The place looks like a normal fast food restaurant. I normally love Qdoba but this was an awful experience. Food was gross - it was extremely bland and wasn't even hot, and I wonder if it was just sitting out all morning "warming". Even the queso was barely warm. And only one person was working so I'm guessing not enough people were there to properly prepare the food for lunch. read more

I've left negative reviews for them, then they make good, so I delete. It's a viscous cycle. Tonight was the last straw. Burrito came as a bowl, 4th order in a row wrong. Called to ask them to comp the burrito and was met with the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Manager (whom I asked for, I'm doubtful that's who I got, because I cannot imagine a manager would speak that way) was super snarky. All I was trying to explain was that there was a recurring issue now, where there had not been in the previous 4 years, so there is clearly a disconnect somewhere. Previous managers have been professional, this one was straight up rude (dare I say "hood") and said I'll reverse the charge and hung up. Even hubby, who is a diehard Qdoba fan, said "I think we need to find a new spot" This is a real bummer. We are right around the corner, but the convenience factor is no longer a draw. Qdoba opened at this Hudson location in Highland Commons early 2018. It was a pleasant addition to an area that lacks a variety of restaurant options. They offer the standard Qdoba menu selection such as burritos, bowls, tacos, and more. One option I noticed on a recent visit was a mini bowl. All the same ingredients, but a smaller portion. This is good for both the waist as well as the wallet. The staff was friendly and quick during my few visits at this location over the past several months. read more

This place is comparable but slightly cheaper than Chipotles. Lots of toppings to choose from including "free" guacamole. We got the 3 tacos which is a set any 3 tacos among 6 choices. The tacos we got were shrimp, pulled pork and steak. In addition I ordered the brisket burito which is slow cooked for 12 hours as advertised. With each bite of the different tacos, you can distinctly taste the fresh ingredients. I highly recommend this place over Chipotles as a fast food Mexican take out place as there are many tacos and toppings to choose from at an affordable price. read more

I have been to this Qdoba several times and it's gone downhill the last few months. They are usually out of a lot of the items to choose from including queso. You would think they'd have this kind of stuff prepped ahead of time. My husband best describes the food as "meh". Meats could always use a lot more seasoning in my opinion. read more

My fiance and I just stopped here on a long trip home from Northern Maine. I'm vegan, we're traveling with a dog, and it's July (hot car) so finding a place where we can eat and have a dog outside with us is crucial but hard to do. We asked if we could bring our dog to their patio and not only was she allowed but the workers were so accommodating! They brought out ice water for her and gave her a lot of attention. They were also really accommodating and helpful when we ordered our food. We had been driving for a while already so I was a little scattered when ordering but they were super patient with me. Honestly, first Qdoba where I didn't feel like an inconvenience to the workers. All around really great lunch and happy we stopped. The two women who helped us were awesome! I have ordered food from this qdoba on multiple occasions, and I have continued to try and give them a chance, however, they have consistently gotten my order wrong or completely forgot items that I have ordered. I called to rectify my last order of which they had left out more than half of my items and it sounded like they already knew they had forgotten and still didn't care. If I could leave zero stars I would. I am absolutely appalled by the service. The lady who served us was so rude she made my girlfriends cry. She needed a minute to figure out what she wanted at a place we have never been before. The worker was slamming our bowls and aggressively talking to us and rushing us. Even after barley getting through the interaction and my girlfriend leaving so I could finish because she really wanted the food, our food was stale and disgusting. first and last time trying Qdoba. I ordered online for the six of us and drove 20 minutes to pick up my food, Then 20 minutes home and to discover they didn't include all of my food in the bag. I called and spoke with about four different people, none of which they said they were sorry. No one empathized. Or even tried to understand my frustration. The food was excellent but there were a lot of food safety problems. The cook was not wearing his mask, (around his neck), he was drinking a soda at the grill, handling the food without washing his hands or using gloves. None of the employees were wearing hair nets. Alerted the supervisor about the situation but nothing changed. Would definitely visit Qdoba again but not this location. Food Poisoning My friend and I ate here for lunch on Wednesday of last week (5/17/17), we both had three tacos. I started feeling ill about an hour after eating and ended up having to go home early from work. He managed to make it until about 6:00pm before he started having serious stomach pain. I feel like the company doesn't even read these reviews because they are literally all about how rude the workers are and nothing has changed. I love qdoba and for the most part the food is good except when I come late and they're almost out which, can't blame them not their fault. But when I do come in a lot of the time the soda machine is out of soda snd it will stay like that for days sometimes over a week and the workers look like they don't want to be there. I work in customer service so if a customer comes in 1 minute before I close , I'm still going to serve them without a problem , and without an attitude. She acted like how dare I come in and make her do her job 15 minutes before they close. Whenever I come around 8-830 they already have the chairs up and lights dim, the first couple times I saw that I honestly thought they were closed and left. Today I came in and a lady was working with two younger kids and the lady with the braids, the lady I'm commenting on was wearing tiger leggings and had darker hair and must have been some sort of manager because she made sure everyone knew "im running this shift" The two kids were underage and she was telling one of them that they are leaving at 10 and that I'm not sure if I heard the name right but she said hailey or kaylee? Wasn't running this shift ,she was and no one needed to call her to ask anything. When the kid asked her if he was still getting a break she said no? Your leaving at 10 you came in at 5 and you came in late, so no your not getting a break. I waited for her to finish practically power tripping on this kid before I could pay. Then I had to stand there and wait for her to get off her phone and finish her text before I could put my credit card in. As I was getting my drink I heard her start yelling at one of the other kids while the restaraunt was full of customers and while customers were standing in line waiting to get food. I couldn't hear everything she was saying but I did hear her start yelling and telling the kid "GET THE F OUT. Get out leave. See if your on the schedule next week. Get the f out now!" I couldn't believe what I was hearing . She did this infront of a full restaurant and infront of customers 3 ft from her. Degrading a young kid practically firing him. The workers here are TERRIBLE and food is never right unless the blonde girl does it. After tonight I'm done coming here. The workers are disrespectful. They act like your a nuisance because you come in and make them actually work and then they give you attitude and create scenes in front of customers. Love this type of place-similar to my favorite which is California Tortilla. Sadly this one was out of most sodas and both ice teas. The people working were nice enough but didn't seem inclined to make any and they were running out of chicken as well. Out of soap in the bathroom. I wondered if they bother with really cleaning anything if they can't be bothered to fill stuff. My husband and I stopped by for the second time in a few months to grab a bite. There were three young men behind the counter managing orders, creating, and checking out. It was busy. The burrito I got was so ridiculously delicious. Flavorful and loaded with beans, rice, a bit of hamburger, veggies, cheese. Not a weight watchers delight for sure but definitely full of deliciousness. The place was clean and I love the interior vibe. They gave a lot of thought to the decor...really sharp. This time around I do have something to say to the corporation. When people exit, please have trash containers that are clean looking. The tops of these containers were a bit gross as you leave. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND QUALITY...so much so that I will not visit any other Qdoba locations again and will make the switch back to Chipotle or Moe's on occasion. FIRST off my first visit left me and my coworker BOTH sick after each of us only eating Qdoba only for that whole day and night before neither of us ate anything that it could have otherwise contributed to. IRONICALLY I NOW HAVE HEARD OF 3 OTHER PEOPLE GETTING SICK AND LOW AND BEHOLD THERE IS ALSO A COMMENT HERE ABOUT SOMEONE ELSE SO NO DOUBTING WHERE WE GOT SICK FROM. I did think the mild salsa tasted slightly on the edge of being spoiled but that wasnt even what could have made us sick as my coworker didnt have the mild salsa but we did have the same meets. Silly me I did give it another go (I dont know what I was thinking) and we were charged DOUBLE meat on all items because we asked for half & half and apparently they dont do half & half at this location which is bull because my first visit my coworker and I got the same combo and were only charged the standard price. Tim, "the supervisor" is a very bad manager and a poor customer service person. He thought the best course of action was to hang up on customer when they had a door dash issue. A good customer service person would have listened to the issue and I don't know, had a little empathy. Visited this location on a Thursday night. Food was meh. I'd rather go to Chipotle for a quick casual Mexican meal. Three employees behind the counter were clearly struggling to keep up with the dinner rush. I highly recommend ordering food to go or eating outside, as the smell of ammonia or other metal cleaning solvent was nauseating. Employee behind the counter was clearly flustered when a customer in front of me said she was gluten free. Employee was nice enough to change her gloves for the customer, but lacked knowledge of what was and wasn't GF. A recommendation I would have for this establishment is to place menus where the line forms, especially as soon as you walk in. Standing way in the back of the line, the overhead menu was unreadable.
