I've left negative reviews for them, then they make good, so I delete. It's a viscous cycle. Tonight was the last straw. Burrito came as a bowl, 4th order in a row wrong. Called to ask them to comp the burrito and was met with the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Manager (whom I asked for, I'm doubtful that's who I got, because I cannot imagine a manager would speak that way) was super snarky. All I was trying to explain was that there was a recurring issue now, where there had not been in the previous 4 years, so there is clearly a disconnect somewhere. Previous managers have been professional, this one was straight up rude (dare I say "hood") and said I'll reverse the charge and hung up. Even hubby, who is a diehard Qdoba fan, said "I think we need to find a new spot" This is a real bummer. We are right around the corner, but the convenience factor is no longer a draw. Something changed with management, and our once seamless Qdoba trips are now a headache.

Mini bowls are an awesome value

Qdoba opened at this Hudson location in Highland Commons early 2018. It was a pleasant addition to an area that lacks a variety of restaurant options. They offer the standard Qdoba menu selection such as burritos, bowls, tacos, and more. One option I noticed on a recent visit was a mini bowl. All the same ingredients, but a smaller portion. This is good for both the waist as well as the wallet. The staff was friendly and quick during my few visits at this location over the past several months.

Food on floor and table. The whole time we were there the never cleaned a single table.

Place is filthy we were the only ones there. Every table was dirty. We had to clean our own table

This place is comparable but slightly cheaper than Chipotles. Lots of toppings to choose from including "free" guacamole. We got the 3 tacos which is a set any 3 tacos among 6 choices. The tacos we got were shrimp, pulled pork and steak. In addition I ordered the brisket burito which is slow cooked for 12 hours as advertised. With each bite of the different tacos, you can distinctly taste the fresh ingredients. I highly recommend this place over Chipotles as a fast food Mexican take out place as there are many tacos and toppings to choose from at an affordable price.

I have been to this Qdoba several times and it's gone downhill the last few months. They are usually out of a lot of the items to choose from including queso. You would think they'd have this kind of stuff prepped ahead of time. My husband best describes the food as "meh". Meats could always use a lot more seasoning in my opinion.

Dog friendly patio, water from the employees

My fiance and I just stopped here on a long trip home from Northern Maine. I'm vegan, we're traveling with a dog, and it's July (hot car) so finding a place where we can eat and have a dog outside with us is crucial but hard to do. We asked if we could bring our dog to their patio and not only was she allowed but the workers were so accommodating! They brought out ice water for her and gave her a lot of attention. They were also really accommodating and helpful when we ordered our food. We had been driving for a while already so I was a little scattered when ordering but they were super patient with me. Honestly, first Qdoba where I didn't feel like an inconvenience to the workers. All around really great lunch and happy we stopped. The two women who helped us were awesome! A great stop on our 12 hour drive.

The corn tortillas are soft and rich, the most reminiscent version I've found in Massachusetts so far of the flavors I remember back home. Also, the char of the asada paired with the tenderness of the chicken was addicting! Overall a really great, authentic Mexican restaurant option that brings some of the upscale Marlborough vibes to the table! Additionally, the service was super quick (perhaps a little frantic) and incredibly accommodating despite being seemingly short-staffed. Their whole operation felt like it ran with love and appreciation for the customers and the dishes they were serving up. Not to mention, they have TONS of traditional Mexican dish options ranging from simple tacos to molcajete!! So far, this has been some of my favorite Mexican food in the area, not only for the great flavors, but for the kind service and the lovely vibes. I can't wait to come back and try some of their other dinner options!! Their menu is extensive with large portions too, and there's sure to be something for any craving you have!

They are a nice sized portion and layered so that every bite has great homemade tortillas and a full pile of toppings. There isn't any melted cheese and that's a GOOD thing! While I love cheese, this makes for a more flavorful experience without the oil. One of our close friends from NYC is eager to come here wherever she's in town just for those nachos! I don't drink, but most of the people we bring here do and they always appreciate Medusa's extensive beer selection. They particularly enjoy the sampler flight so get them acquainted with the options. Having live music is a nice plus. Indoor and outdoor (depending on season), it adds energy to the experience.

It was a weekday afternoon, so it was just my and my friend, with one other party there. Since the weather was nice, we decided to sit at their outdoor tables - both indoor and outdoor spaces are big with lots of tables. Some of the tables are in the sun and others in the shade so there are options. They had some lunch specials and a taco Tuesday special so we shared a chimichanga, and two tacos. We had their al pastor and carne asada tacos. To change it up, we went with the chicken chimichanga. While we waited, our waitress brought out some complimentary chips and salsa to munch on. The tacos were tasty, although the meat was a little dry. The tacos were on the smaller end, but also only $2 each. The chimichanga I was not a fan of. The plate looked big, but in reality it wasn't too much food. It did come with beans and rice which I was not expecting, but also, the chimichanga was only filled with shredded chicken, so this must have been the rest of the filling. The chicken, rice, and beans were very bland, and there was too much tortilla (as a result of only being slightly stuffed). Also, it was not deep fried like it should be. Our waitress was nice, and took good care of us.

Mexican music plays in the background but not loud. The restaurant is clean and has a fun Mexican theme. The bathroom is very small but clean, also decorated in a Mexican theme. We were greeted by a friendly hostess who sat us right away. The waiter came over almost immediately and got us our drinks. My daughter got the homemade sangria and said it was very good. Naco chips came out right away with some spicy salsa. I ordered the seafood burrito and my daughter orders the burrito mole. My seafood burrito was absolutely stuffed with seafood and it was delicious. I would definitely get it again. I asked for the tomatillo sauce on the side in case it was going to be spicy, but it had the right amount of heat and was very flavorful. Mixing the rice with the black beans and the tomatillo sauce made a really tasty bite. My daughter enjoyed her mole burrito and cleaned her plate. We didn't get dessert. We were too stuffed! The price for each meal was $17.99, which I found to be an extremely good value for such a quality meal. I took their takeout menu. We're definitely coming back and will order takeout.
