Worst Qdoba I've ever visited. This is our second time having a horrible meal. I understand things happen so gave it another try only to have a terrible meal again. We picked up our orders both times. We each had create your own bowls. Half of the items on our order didn't make it to the bowls, including the extra protein. The six shrimp I did receive were inedible, they tasted like they were marinated in bleach. We ordered two orders of chips. They were so stale we couldn't eat them. I called and the manager said they could not refund our money since it was an order placed in the app. I asked to have the owner Jeff call me on two separate occasions but apparently he couldn't be bothered. After a week of numerous phone calls waisting my time, I made a special trip back to the store demanding a refund and this is now resolved. It shouldn't have took this long. Very poor service and food. Our business now goes to the brand new Chipotle up the street. read more

They're was a long line when we ordered...no biggy...I expected slow based on others reviews. I wasn't in a hurry so not a big concern My big concern is taste. Oh my gawd....I haven't eaten at a Qdoba in years...and definitely won't again. We literally threw all the food away. Not even my garbage disposal of son would eat it..and he was starving. . I can't even kill the taste from my mouth. I don't even know what was in my salsa cup...something that looked like a bug. Not to mention some of the salsas broke open in my to go bag... so my bag of food was soaked. We ordered the veggie burrito, and steak salad. The "fajita veggies" had a nasty chemical taste to them...besides being barely grilled. It was green peppers and RED onion...GROSS. Quality of food was okay but the service, cleanliness and professionalism was lacking. It's just a bunch of teens working there with no care in the world. People in street clothes walking behind the counter, workers were using profanity in-front of my toddlers and preschool aged child and the soda machine was out of service. What a sorry excuse of a meal! Maybe if I was a toddler this meal would maybe fill me up! One they had barely any meat, he had to mix two meats to fill what they think is enough meat for someone. The cook should be making meat once one of there container is half empty not when it's empty! I give it one star for customer service and cleanliness. Ok so hubby was way happier than myself. My food was just ok, Fajita veggies are way to big if your not going to provide a knife . Paper dishes are only provided making you think it is recycle friendly but the amazingly cool trash cans take all trash so no luck on any type of recycle. Hubby would eat here again and enjoy it. Visited at 8:11pm tonight. They close at 9pm. They were completely out of white rice, pork, fajita vegetables, mango salsa, and guacamole. Rather than cook anything fresh, we were left to choose amongst what was left. As soon as we left, they placed a sign on the door that said "Sorry, closed early". This is absolutely no way to run a business. This is not the first time, nor the second or even third time that we've been in there when they've been out of ingredients. You'd think we'd learn our lesson. This is, however, the first time they've closed 45 minutes early because they can't be bothered to cook anything fresh. With my years in the restaurant industry, I don't believe for a second that they were out and waiting for their next order to arrive. This happens every day of the week, not every Wednesday night. Ever since Covid started places have been doing curbside pickup which I love. So I get here and try calling them to get my food. It's a busy signal 3x. I go inside instead. It's super busy. And they haven't even gotten to my order yet. I ask how long it'll be. The guy says awhile. Then his coworker says well let's do it right now. So they got my order done and gave me a brownie. Well, I gotta say THE YOUNG KIDS RUNNING THIS STORE ARE SCREWING EVERYTHING UP! Hello Corporate? Regional Whoever for Qdoba? Strike III on the internet ordering system. They never pull the ticket, or lose it, and NEVER make the meal on time. What is the point of the internet ordering system if it's inconveniencing customers. It's supposed to save time and be a convenience for us. Not in Lake Stevens! They are clueless, inept, and flat out don't care. One or two of the kids are decent at working the line, but there is zero passion there from the rest. The young gal (Team lead or mgr?) w the long blonde hair is a severe eye roller, and can't be bothered to ever make things right for the customer, when they botch the order. How about the franchise owner or a Qdoba trainer, or ANYONE from corporate go over there and give the crew a "Come To Jesus" team pep talk. This store should not be so crappy! I have never wrote a review before. I'm in my early 20's. Super disappointed. I have never had an employee get Sassy with me while I'm a paying customer. I'm not going to be a Karen and write the whole scenario. In simple terms, I was never told more than half of their toppings were not available until my food got to the end of the queso. I asked them really? In return I got sassed by a 52 year old... I'm just glad it happened before I finished ordering so I didn't get the other items I was asked to order. I love me some Qdoba. This location is hands down the worst one I have ever been to. It is newer and such a mess. The kitchen and dining room were fifthly. I should have just walked out when I saw it. They were not that busy and had plenty of staff to take care of it but didn't. They were too busy goofing off. The chicken had no flavor to it which is so rare for Qdoba. Portion size was small. I won't be back here again until they clean it up. read more

When this location opened it was awesome; food quality & service was perfect. Went in tonight (July 16 4:25 pm) there were only 2 people in front of me, and it took 30 minutes to get my food. The manager was there, but not doing anything to help the line along. One young man must have been new because he had to keep looking at the menu. The other young man was very pleasant and working hard to try and speed up the line, but was getting NO support from the manager. The red haired girl in the back was less than happy to be at work. They were out of ground beef, chicken and shrimp. Whenever they called out they needed something she looked upset that she had to work. When I complained about the slow service to another customer the manager heard me and gave me a dirty look instead of trying to make the situation better. I probably won't be going back. read more

My mom went in to order and came out 20 minutes later said it was a nightmare in there. Everything was out and it took way too long. She only had nachos and a burrito bowl. I wanted some tortilla soup and chips/queso and figured that it should be a quick order. I was terribly wrong. There were 2 couples in front of me and it took at least 15 minutes just to get my order started. They were out of queso, pico, and the soda machine was broken. My chicken was dry and they had to scrape layers off of the guacamole in order to serve it. When I finally got to the cashier the rewards I loaded onto my card were not being deducted. She ran back real quick to ask the "manager" and was told there wasn't anything that could be done. I ended up just paying for it since the line behind me was impatiently waiting. I can't blame them... they waited forever to get served as well. I can't say I'll be returning to this location. It is by far the worst location I have ever been to. Very very disappointed. I ordered through door dash, all three of my meals were made incorrectly not to mention brown lettuce. Filthy restaurant and Rude customer service at the Lake Stevens Qdoba. And our food was super cold!! I ordered a grilled veggie bowl, one of the 2 ladies on the line put half a scoop of beans and half scoop of rice, it was a measly amount which I had to ask for more, and received another quarter scoop of both. Then when I asked for corn, she scooped such a small scoop that only 3 kernels landed in my bowl. She looked up at me waiting for me to continue my order so I said I'd like more corn(starting to think she was messing with me)that's when she looked at the other lady and thats when both girls started to argue in front of us about whether there was more corn or not.. Turns out there wasn't, so moving on.. I asked for grilled veggies, she went to put them in my bowl and only 2 small strips of bell pepper went into my bowl and she asked what else I wanted, I said more veggies please(getting irritated) so the other girl came over and grabbed my my bowl from the one who was trying to skimp me and put a good amount in my bowl, we went down the line and she did ok, but neither of them were very friendly. And I looked around and realized how filthy the place was. So I snapped a couple pics before my phone started having issues. This place is poorly managed! Do NOT go to Qdoba in Lake Stevens! First thing we walked in and through the glass near the kitchen you could see garbage and yucky food and dirt all over the floor ( I let this go and went to the counter with normal expectations.) The young man with zero work ethic asked what I wanted, he asked if I wanted white or brown rice, I said white and he said oh naw we're out... so we moved on to beans and big surprise out of pinto. I asked for fajita veggies...out. My husband ordered the new mango chicken salad, when it got to the mango part the guy said they were out. (Keep in mind they are laughing and not at ALL apologetic) the people behind us asked what dressing was available and the guy said none. This being said I was going to let it go ... BUT... my husband had asked for water cups and the guy handed them over, when we got water from the machine there was tons of nasty flaky dirt pieces floating in it, obviously my husband let the gentleman know to which he replied ya I know it's been like that it needs to be cleaned. OMG!!! I gave that water to my one year old! I'm so angry that he knew and didn't care! It's negligence. The third time, I called to make sure my order went through, and was assured it had. Tonight, I assumed the first two times were just a fluke, and the order was received and being made. I was wrong. Let me start by saying that I don't particularly love Qdoba. It's generally just a solid ok, and I like their competitors food more. That said, in Lake Stevens, Qdoba does have an advantage, because it's competitors do not have locations in the area. Most of the reviews for this location seem to indicate problems, but as far as this particular location goes I don't have anything but good things to say. Service has always been quick and friendly and I've never had to wait in a line. The food tastes the same to me as every other Qdoba I've ever eaten at and I've never had an issue with them being out of things except the occasional flavor or option on the Freestyle machine, but that seems to be fairly common with those. Not sure if my Qdoba expectations are just lower than everyone else's or what, but as far as Qdoba go, this one is on par. read more

When Qdoba opened in Lake Stevens I was stoked I ate there every time I got a chance. Everything was shinny and new and the folks there were great. I visited them this weekend and I'm sorry to say I was more than disappointed. The shinny has definitely worn off, literally. The place was a dump, seriously. Everywhere I looked it was dirty. Food on the floor in front of and behind the counter. They made my food on top of a counter scattered with who knows how long it was there food remnants. There where only a few other people eating in there but all the empty places to eat were dirty. I had to ask to have someone wipe off a table for a place to eat. The staff acted put out to come and clean the tables and at that point I left putting my food in the trash as I left. NO Bueno , is all I can say. NO BUENO QDOBA read more

Not sure why there was such hatred, but i didn't have any issues with our meal. I had a pulled pork burrito and my wife went with the Tequila Lime Chicken taco salad. The staff was very attentive and friendly, explaining the various options and spiciness of them to an older lady ahead of us, but they still managed to get us and the other five customers handled in under five minutes. Our order was the perfect temperature, although I personally think the pulled pork could be a but more pulled, as there was a few big 'meat wads' in it. My wife likes her food 'flavorful, but not hot' - and her salad hit the mark. They even have an allergen guide and verified they didn't have MSG in any of there products. Maybe all the issues people had were just opening week problems, but I'm satisfied and we'll be back again. read more

One girl was on the line while another associate was talking with a friend. The line began to back up, associate asked for help on the line. The associate ( think it was the manager) disregarded the call for help. I left and never plan on returning do to the lack of urgency to tend to the customer. Let me know when new management takes over and I might consider coming back. Respect customers time, most customers in the afternoon only have 30 minutes on lunch.
