Regardless, their food is bomb, and came out in nicely sealed container boxes for me and my coworkers. We got this through a group ordering system, though we had to figure out who ordered what since our orders didn't come with our names. I had their double protein post-workout bowl, and to prepare I did some quick weightlifting within 30 minutes of eating this dish :) This comes with adobo chicken, black beans, veggies, guacamole, salsa and lettuce all in a decently large bowl. The adobo chicken was all right by itself but it went well with all the other things in this bowl. There was a lot of guacamole slapped on top of the bowl, and I asked for extra chicken in which they really delivered on that! The customer service sucks at this QDOBA, first they argue with you when you call them, they don't know what they're looking for when asked simple questions, give attitude right off the bat, can't follow simple directions regarding online orders, and they hang up on you everytime you call them to ask them a question; whether it's about the delivery or if they're open. Came into Qdoba for a chicken bowl. For a great healthy fast meal this place is one of my favorites. Now 90% of the time I grab a make your own bowl. With many options to choose I grab chicken, pico, rice, lettuce , cheese and black beans. A healthy mixture and a bag of chips & pico to accompany my order. I make a suggestion if you by yourself grab the small bag o'chips it's enough for two diners... Just a note it's my favorite PICO and a guarantee it. Thanks for the lady who assisted me today. A friend and I came here on a Thursday night around 8:15pm. I specify the time because if you're in the Mercer Island area you'll realize that very few quick bite places are open past 8pm. One of the restaurants across the street closed at 8:30pm and turned us away at 8:12pm saying that the kitchen was closed. So I was surprised to see that Qdoba was open till 10pm! My friend and I ordered bowls, one vegetarian and one with the adobo chicken. We received good service and the bowls were pretty full, especially mine because I pretty much got everything they have to offer. I especially loved the pickled red onions! All in all this Qdoba was quite clean and overall the vibe was chill. The food was good, nothing extraordinary, but still yummy. Plus I essentially had enough leftover for a second meal the next day. My chicken bowl cost me about $12/$13, so all in all not a bad deal considering it would last me two meals. I would definitely come here again. read more

Definitely subpar to Chipotle in terms of price, amount, taste and quality. It was a very small bowl comparatively, and portions were very skimpy. Price is a few dollars more than it should cost, especially for fast food and the lower quality. Especially on top of that since they got both mine and my partner's orders wrong (missing multiple ingredients from our online orders). This is my go-to fast food place! I think the app was a good idea but it doesn't work well. That's not the restaurant's fault so I'll continue. Most of the employees are awesome! Really awesome! They are nice, kind, and smile all the time. The food is pretty good. I eat at this restaurant all the time. I guess my main reason for my continued visits is the staff. If it wasn't for the staff, I would venture out to other fast food places. I only have one gripe out of all of the times I have visited. When a food bin is almost empty, the employee will pick it up and scoop out the rest onto your salad or tortilla. The issue that I watched happen is that the nasty water from under the pan (that keeps the food warm) drips off of the bottom of the pan when it's picked up and right on top of your food. When I visit this location with a service dog, I either get great service or a grumpy gentleman admonishing me for bringing in the dog. Today he was quite mad at me and literally said "I've told you before, you can't bring your pet in." It's true, he did. And every single time he did, I told him that it was a service animal. I've probably been to a dozen Qdobas in three states. This one serves the smallest portions I've ever seen. Partial scoops of rice, partial scoops of beans, just not the way it's supposed to be. Good luck asking employees for more -- they have attitude and tend to say no, that's the way it is. All the other Qdobas around here offer two scoops of guac. This location, just one. If every Qdoba were like this, I'd never go to Qdoba. A shame. Regional manager should do some blind shops and consider replacing the location manager here. read more

Went here for lunch today with my coworkers. It was my first time at a Qdoba and I was surprised to see that it's pretty much Chipotle! The guy that put together my bowl realized I was not sure how to order at first, and he kind of directed me through it so that was nice. I was super stoked at the toppings they had - queso?! Whaaat?! Overall, the bowl was pretty bomb. Their guac is comparable to Chipotle's. I definitely wish the meat was as flavorful as Chipotle's and the queso was stronger, but overall a very good contender. read more

I came in yesterday with my daughter the gentleman who assisted me seemed to be in a bad mood. I asked for two types of meat and he said that will cost extra, I said cool I'm aware and kept with ordering. He said, well i was just telling you. I'm like I know. He literally stood there with a full attitude and started talking about me with the coworker, handed my bowl off and stormed away. All because I knew that if I asked for extra I would be charged extra? Extremely rude and I just couldn't believe it. II was also inquiring about the family meals you can purchase on door dash but it wasn't on the menu and the same guy was like "I told you that's catering". Just rude service. Food was great, except the fact that I got like half a spoon of guac and when I asked for more, they said I would have to pay extra, but everyone I came with got full spoons for same price. Portion was a lot smaller than chipotles even though the price is pretty similar. Chipotles chicken tastes a lot better though. My husband and I had the 2 for $22. 2 entrees, 2 drinks and chips with queso. I had the steak salad and my husband had the steak burrito. Huge portions, clean restaurant and quick service. Lots of parking at the M apartment complex. We'll be back when in the area! read more

Honestly, the workers they had before were so much better. I don't know what happened but now all the workers they have are just bad, doesn't smile, takes forever to make your food and makes the burrito so small compared to the previous workers. I had a terrible experience with this blonde girl worker. She gave me the tiniest burrito I have ever seen. Literally the size of my fist. When I asked for a little more meat she gave me a bad attitude. Well, I wanted to see if they would improve and I am happy to see that they did. I've tried their burritos, quesadillas, tacos and soup. First, they seem to have slightly improved on the seasoning of their meats. They are definitely more generous with their portions and the staff seem to be friendlier. Skip this place! If you want good (Americanized) Mexican food, GO TO CHIPOTLE. You'll be more satisfied after finishing your meal. That being said, you will most likely...not end up eating every last bite of your burrito or whatever you order here. On the other hand, the quesadillas here are pretty tasty. It comes with your choice of cheese, chicken, pulled pork, or grilled steak. I've gotten the chicken, and they load the tortilla up well with shredded cheese before it goes into the press. The tortilla is nice, crisp, and golden, while the cheese and chicken melt into one when you bite into it. The cheese never ends, and there are fairly decent pieces of chicken in there. Guacamole, sour cream and your choice of salsa comes on the side. They also serve breakfast here, including breakfast burritos and quesadillas. To be honest, I was pretty excited to have a Mexican joint on the island. I love Chipotle, and thought Qdoba would be similar...but boy was I wrong! I guess if I end up walking into this Mexican mecca, the only thing I will be ordering is the quesadilla. read more

This is my first time ever going to a Qdoba. I have always been a chipotle fan personally. I work on mercer island and I am tired of getting subway sandwiches. I noticed there was a Qdoba across the street, so I tried it out. Honestly, their food didn't blow me away, but I will for sure come to this location again because of the customer service. Kevin helped me, it was kind of obvious when I saw him roll a burrito that he was brand new but his constant smile and positive attitude was what made all the difference. A great Mexican Grill to eat at. Love their design! I always get the burrito bowl with steak and a lot of cheese and tastes amazing when you put all the ingredients together. The steak is always fully cooked and juicy. The rice has this different taste, it's not like regular rice. They have small chips that you can add too.
