RUDE! I been here so many times but today was my last time . I'd rather drive the extra miles to the Edmond one. This place is always so rude idk why there always in a funky mood here. I'm always trying to be polite with them too and that dosent help. Whoever owns this place needs to check up on them. I don't expect the people to be overly nice but they can at least be respectful. Because of the lack of action promised in other reviews I'm leaving a review here to share my experience. I had a picked up lunch here and as I was eating I found a produce sticker mixed into the guac. I shared my disappointment with them via email and was offered two free entrees if I was a rewards member. I let them know I would rather just have a refund for the meal. There was no response so I took my complaints to another platform and left a review. The response was standardized and asked me to email customer service with a case number. I did that and reinforced that I was not interested in joining their rewards to receive two free entrees, I just wanted a refund. This was never replied to. I'm not sure anyone in the store is even aware that they are serving poorly prepared unsanitary food. At this point I'd just like to hear from someone who can ensure that they know what happened and they're taking steps to not let it happen again. read more

Stopped at qdoba for lunch. Line was short, and moved quickly. Can choose from nachos, tacos, burritos and more. My go to is always the nachos with chips on the side. Lots of meat and one meatless option to choose from. I had the brisket. To me, it didn't have much flavor. Next time I will pass and go with my usually beans and rice. I'm a bit picky with meat, so I picked mine out and ate just the beans and rice. All the other ingredients were fresh and good. Multiple salsa options to choose from. A staple at this home! Any time we can't figure out things to eat (cause of course we're so picky sometimes lol) Qdoba is never shied away from when one of us mentions it. With a new baby, it's hard to have to go inside and grab food, so Qdoba makes it a million times easier with ordering on the app and curbside pick up. My go to is always the create your own burrito. When I go inside, I always get half chicken and half steak so part 1 of why there's 4 stars instead of 5 because it's not an option on the app for half and half! So when I order in the app, I stick with steak. I add all the fixings including fajita peppers, salsa, queso, lettuce, guacamole (it's included with no extra charge!) and light rice and beans. The part 2 of why I'm at a 4 star vs 5 is the inconsistency of the meat that gets put into the burrito. Sometimes I have a good helping which obviously more tastes better! I used my two dollar chips and dip reward for some guacamole. When I got to the store to pick up my meal and the chips and guac they told me that it was going to be about a 30 minute wait on the guac. They usually update it on the app however this time they did not so I asked if they could Just take it off of my ticket or refund it back to me. She said that she would ask her manager and come right back well then she closed the window and opened it right back up and said "our managers also won't get back for 30 minutes" and then closed the window on me to talk to another employee and then said to me " ignore everything. I just said your guac is in the bag." Overall it seemed like the staff was more concerned with talking to one another than speaking to me and I know that it's not a huge deal however, I feel like their customer service made the whole experience worse than it originally would've been. read more

So you can go to a restaurant but you can't have fresh brew tea :-(. I don't do carbonated beverages and I love a glass of fresh brewed tea with my meal. We hadn't been to a Qdoba in a really long time. We decided to go when we drive past one. There was no line so we got to order immediately. We both ordered bowls. It has been so long since we had been to a Qdoba we couldn't remember if we got as many things added to the bowl as we wanted or if there were a certain number we could pick. I felt like we were rushed thru and I didn't feel like we could ask questions. There was no one in line behind us so not sure why they wanted us thru the line so quickly, I only got a few toppings because I was unsure how it worked. My husband loaded his up. Still aren't sure how they changed us. The food was fresh but only warm, not hot. It tasted good. They have 2 of those cool coke machines where you can get lots of different drinks from one machine. OMG . For real . Idk why its taken me so long to stop by here I've gone to chipotle down the road twice this past week and it's mediocre at best .... Qdobas pico de gallo and guacamole is SO FRESH AND DELICIOUS! And their chips are amazing too seriously chipotle is trash compared . The food is good but online orders is annoying. I do online orders to pick up on my way to work so it's ready to go and I can just run in grab it and go. They have a designated online order section behind the regular register but it's ALWAYS closed making everyone go inside the regular restaurant side and you have to wait until they're done with their line in order to get your mobile order that's sitting on the counter ready to go. What is the point of an online order if you still have to wait in line just to pick it up especially when you have a designated area for online order but you never use it? It is very frustrating and annoying especially when you have multiple employees that are just standing around doing nothing and they see that you're waiting for someone to hand you your order because they keep it behind the counter. So while the food may be good, the service area being consistently bad knocks two stars. read more

This location is so stingy with the amount of food that they give you. The location at memorial and Penn will give an ample amount of food, while the NW expressway location never gives hardly any. A "bowl" is heaping at other locations but here it barely even reaches the top of the bowl. The prices are the same, yet the portions are way less and if you ask for more they look at you like you're stealing and give you maybe 2 tiny pieces more of your meat! I love QDoba. The food always tastes fresh. The people that work at this location are always very friendly and polite as well as accommodating. This location is also always clean. My favorite thing to get is the naked nachos, basically the nachos with the chips on the side. It's great! Not messy to eat and the chips never get soggy. I called the manager at the location Dianna and it seemed that she didn't even care no sense of urgency. I asked to speak to someone from. Corp level and she said that she was a franchise... that is perfectly fine. I just wanted her to understand this issue. She offered me a refund... I wasn't concerned about the 8 dollar bowl. I was more worried about a child... eating glass or someone else. Obviously, the concern was not there even when I mentioned that. She said I could get a refund. I don't want a refund. After trying the cheese crusted quesadilla with impossible burger in S.OKC, I really craved one today. I live in NW OKC, so went to this location. I'm very sensitive to the cleanliness of food establishments and their employees. I observed an employee, not the cleanest looking, smoking outside, but the inside looked clean as did the rest of the employees. Orders food, then saw the employee come in from smoking and go behind the cooking area. I didn't see him wash his hands, but did see him get paper towels, wipe his mouth, then spit into the towels and put in the trash. Never washed hands after. They create the best tacos and tonight it was 3 brisket 3 grilled chicken and 3 ground beef. No I didn't eat all this myself but shared and even had a coupon for free chips and salsa. Usually this location is reliable. But last night was not good. It was as if they had new ownership or something - and the standard had fallen without a care. They were understaffed, stressed, and not paying attention. It looked messy too, which made me wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen. At one point the guy behind the counter, who was adding food to my taco bowl, put mine down and started to finish up my request with my husband's bowl. He has severe food allergies and if they put the wrong thing in his bowl - it could kill him. Last night I was sick from whatever I ate. It made me wonder if they cooked their meat thoroughly.
