The only reason I give two stars is because there is a Qdoba within driving distance to my home. I've been to several Qdoba restaurants in my life and this is my far my least favorite. They are very chintzy with their portion sizes which I have found is completely unique to this specific location. The few times I have gone here it is like pulling teeth to actually get enough food out of them. I get the three cheese nachos and they ALWAYS short change me on something (pico, chips, you name it) and are very reluctant to give me more when I ask for a little more. I'm talking about actually getting a normal portion size is difficult. I have no idea what is up with this Qdoba but this location has the worst customer service and is chintzy with providing the correct portion size. meh. read more

This location has HORRIBLE customer service. We called to order a take out, and they hung up on us twice and said they're too busy and we just need to come inside. We finally decided to order online and do curbside pick up due to COVID-19 and we called when we arrived (as it instructs us to on their sign out front) and the lady was extremely rude and said they are too busy and we just need to come inside and wait for it. There is not a single person in the store or in the parking lot, so this just comes down to laziness. I said, it's not a problem we will come in, and she was cussing on the phone (about another situation it sounded like) and just hung up. This is completely unacceptable, especially when we are customers trying multiple times to give them business. Qdoba is my favorite place to eat, but sadly, this location needs better staff, or we will not be coming here anymore. read more

I can't believe these reviews! The meat is always so tender and tasty here. Not only that, they aren't nazis the way chipotle is with portions! You get two full scoops as opposed to one, and it tastes as good if not better. Staff has always been nice, never spit in my food!! read more

This place is really good!!! dont believe the haters...maybe they were bad at first but they have gotten WAY better. their cheese is DELICIOUS and their pork/ground beef is boss! . i like the atmosphere there as well. the music can be a tad repetitive but ill deal. free wifi. can get pricey but they give you a lot for your moneys worth and leave you satisfied. LOVE THIS PLACE and have been going for years! Dare I say it is BETTER than Chipotle? Why yes, yes I do.

I stopped here today and ordered a veggie bowl, with both Black Beans and Pintos; unfortunately, after eating about 1/4 of the bowl I notice a unfamiliar texture, and discover 2 pieces of chicken and 3 pieces of a different type of meat(maybe pork). Both discouraged and disgusted I went to the Mgr Maria, showed her the meat that I distracted from the bowl and explained that I did not eat meat and that I ordered a veggie bowl. Maria rudely explained that sometimes, while in a hurry they spill meat over into the beans. She never even apologized! However, she did proceed to tell me that since I ate some of the bowl then I was obviously fine with it, but if I insisted, she could remake it, I refused. If meat normally cross contaminates your beans; I have no desire to eat at your establishment. The dish was disposed! I haven't eaten meat in nearly 18months. I did not order a bowl with meat nor did I intended or expect meat in my bowl. This type of behavior is exactly why it is difficult for me to support most businesses that serve meat. Vegan and Vegetarian options are contaminated! I will be contacting Cooperate for a refund. If you are Plant based, Qdoba is not Vegan/Vegetarian friendly! read more

Qdoba has an amazing variety of hispanic foods. When you walk through the door you are immediately greeted by the crew members with a smile on their faces. The smell of fresh ingredients instantly catches your attention. I was even more delighted when an employee named Michelle took my order. She had outstanding service she recommended me a vegetarian bowl with extra guacamole & chips. I go there almost every week and get the same order thanks to her! read more

I decided to stop in here for food to go while pill hill traffic died down. The place was completely empty, and instead of perking up to the idea of a customer, the staff girls looked annoyed that they had to speak, much less fill a tortilla. Fine- I get it- who wants to work at Qdoba, but at least make an effort to fake smile when customers make or break your restaurant's existence. Sometimes I go to places with ok food, but super nice, welcoming staff/owners. Food- pathetic. I should have left when the kids quesadilla was made with a sprinkle of shredded cheese between 2 raw tortillas. The giant tortilla for the burrito was also raw. Discovered Qdoba a few years ago in Virginia and loved it. I always go when I visit and was super excited that there is one here and relatively close to an area that I frequent. I've been on a Mexican Grill thing now for about 2 weeks so came here after a doctor appointment in the area. Food was hot and fresh at 2pm after the lunch crowd, which was impressive. Tea is brewed and not the Gold Peak Syrup (which should be outlawed). They still have the Craft 2 although it's not on the menu, which is awesome. I like the salsas, guac is also included. I wish they had a salsa bar because I am salsa heavy and a cup is not enough. I also like to get all of them because they are so good. Staff was pleasant. Definitely in the rotation with Moe's, Willy's and Chipotle. read more

Qdoba had always been my go-to place for having great Mexican food delivered - at least weekly since we began sheltering in place. This evening we happened to be near the restaurant running an errand and decided to order and pick up the food in person rather than have it delivered. I was shocked to see he food preparer working without her nose and mouth covered. When I reached the front of the line and she asked me for my order, I became disgusted. I told her that if she was not going to cover her nose and mouth before preparing food, I would have to go someplace else. She simply stared at me. So I left and will not be back. I found that there is a fast food restaurant called Willie's not far from this Qdoba - we went there and found that all four food preparers as well as the cashier were in full mask and gloves, as well as efficient and polite. The food is not as good as QDoba's, but I felt safe ordering food there. I now have a new go-to Mexican fast food restaurant! read more

WOW. This location is amazing! I started using QDOBA for catering 2 to 4 times a month for my company and they have been SO great to worth with! Melanie, who I use to place my orders with is always on top of it and works with my crazy request. If I need a last minute order she makes it happen. I met the owner, Mimi, a few months ago when she came to set up one of my orders and she has been a pleasure to work with as well! Everyone I have met at this location has been so generous and nice. They are on always top of everything, food is always delicious and so easy to work with, which makes my crazy work life easier! It's hard to find a good restaurant that has great food and great people to work with for catering purposes - they have it all! Thank you for everything you have done for myself and my company! Wow. I have read some of the more unfavorable reviews and I am shocked. I work in the area and have visited this location on numerous occasions. They are always courteous and offer more generous portions at a better price than their competitors (usually lower by $1 to $3). The food is always tender, fresh and well seasoned. I swear I've given this particular location more than enough chances to "get it together". If its not a "please change your gloves" after going into the back area to retrieve items or... more than one cashier not being familiar with the check-out via their official APP or... getting a preorder wrong..... its never a straightforward go in and get what I want without an issue situation. LATEST: Just this morning I get there a few minutes before the posted 7am open time. They open a few minutes late (not a huge deal) and when I tell her I only want a bowl of potatoes and a side of $2 queso + chips using my "Rewards" that I've EARNED on the app she says she can't sell me a bowl of potatoes, only a breakfast bowl!!! I'm not kidding. So then I say ok can I just get my queso + chips and a small breakfast bowl. She says "that is for later". Implying the "rewards" can not be used for breakfast even though I showed her the app stating "good for ANY purchase".... no specified time of day is noted on the reward!!! ~ The food is good but the service is unbelievably poor. I literally had to shake my head in complete confusion and disbelief this morning and walk out irritated. That being said.... I have TRIED to like this location but I give up. This is my absolute favorite place to go for lunch or a quick dinner. I used to be a Chipotle fan until I found Qdoba. The food is great - always freshly cooked (right in front of you), quick to order and most importantly flavorful. They have a perfect Choose 2 option for those days when you can't decide between entrees and the 3 Cheese Queso cannot be beat. Beyond just the food, the staff is phenomenal. Everyone along the line is always smiling and exceptionally friendly. They are more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure your meal is made exactly the way you want it. And if you go more than a few times, its more than a restaurant, its like going to see friends. This place is newer to the area but definitely worth trying! You won't be disappointed. read more

Unfortunately I have agree with the other reviews. I live above Qdoba and Mexican food is one of my favorites so I have been here a few times. I believe the owner is in there occasionally and he is very nice and attentive but I can't say the same for the staff. I am a vegetarian and when I ordered my veggie bowl or burrito I get the option of a few onions and peppers that look like they have been sitting there all day OR the squash zucchini combo. I asked for both and said I would pay whatever the cost I just wanted something more than beans and rice and the guy making it did not seem happy to offer this option! He said he could split the amounts and give me both- fine. I think the point of a loyalty program and coupons is to increase visits. I signed up online for the program and received a coupon which was one of the reasons I went back. I had the same buy one get one coupon that said to use your mobile device. When I went to use the coupon the girl seemed upset and asked if I had a printed version. Well, no I didn't take the time, ink, and paper because the coupon said to bring it in on your mobile device. I really want to like this place but I have not had good experiences. Moe's is just down the street so I will go there or drive to Chipotle to have the option of fresh veggies and tofu and even at Moe's a side of chips and a polite staff. My office moved recently and I was disappointed with the bad reviews of this restaurant and I delayed giving it a try. I LOVE their burritos and the fact you can add queso and guac to everything for FREE! Plus their queso truly is top notch. I personally think their fajita burritos are better than chipotle's. The meat is more flavorful and the bell peppers and onions are crisp and juicy. The lady manager who works there is very friendly and the line moves quickly. While I would normally give the Dobe's an easy 5 star review, I had to take a star off for this particular location because the last time we were there, the meat didn't seem hot and fresh, the soda machine was messing up, they were out of dr. pepper and a manager said they couldn't refill it and they served us super stale chips. But more often than not, this place is worth going to! I'm hoping that was just a fluke and they'll be back on their A game cause usually I have a great experience here. read more

I hate to speak ill of someones business, especially when I have met the owner, but this place has really gone down hill. We used to frequent the place for breakfast when they made the decision that it wasn't profitable (I understand) and stopped doing it. Our stops to the restaurant have been less frequent, as the food quality is really not what it was. It may be the constant turnover of staff or just no attention to detail that is driving this place under. Today there was one person working the line at 11:45am just prior the lunch rush. My quesadilla was left on the burner for way to long adding bad flavor combined with the overcooked steak. If that was my place I would have tossed the meat out and not even served it. I am not being particular, the steak was actually like shoe leather. This is disappointing because in the past the place was really on point. Perhaps the owner needs to spend more time there with a greater investment in training employees. read more
