The worst service I have ever experienced. I called ahead and asked for the exact price, once completed I was overcharged, then the nail tech left acrylic on my skin and did not apply it evenly. In addition to having to spend extra time filing and picking off acrylic, a nail popped off the same day. The following day I returned only to wait 45 minutes for that one nail and not be serviced. The following day I got it repaired but was charged $5 when the error was not my fault. I will never return and after hearing inputs from other people in the area they also experienced bad service read more

Have stopped by twice in last 15 days and had great experiences so far! Andy has been friendly and a true master of customer service during each visit. First time my girlfriend and I stopped by on a Sunday at almost 4 pm, just an hour before closing. They were a bit busy but promptly started both our pedis. My girlfriend got a gel pedi and I got a simple pedi with exfoliating scrub. Both of our nail techs took their time and made sure we were satisfied before moving forward. My friend even had a broken toenail that another Tech had to fix and did so quickly and at no extra cost. This attention to detail and awesome customer service brought us back for Manis just 2 weeks later. We've had 4 different techs work on our nails and all have been terrific. I tried this salon because it was closer to my house and I didn't know any of the other salons near by. I initially wanted a regular mani and pedi, but decided on gel for my mani. The gentleman who did my mani was training someone so I was excited to be worked on by one of the trainers. I haven't had my nails done in about 9 months so I expected some soreness but my cuticles were cut and some were bleeding. He apologized to me and I told him it was okay. When I went over the the chair for a pedi, I waited for about 20 minutes. I asked for the basic package because I did not have a ton of time left. After my pedi, my feet were still very dry and rough. There was very little to no dead skin removal. I left there paying $60 (with tip) and kind of let down. Now, five days later, my gel nail polish is literally peeling off. Not chipping, peeling. That makes me even more upset because I paid extra for nail polish that will last longer. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the polish job looked nice. But it is overpriced for the service, in my opinion. I will be looking for another spot for sure. read more

This is my new go to place. It's so nice and relaxing. Everyone is super friendly and the owner is always so lovely and attentive with his customers. If you're waiting he comes and checks in with you he doesn't leave you hanging like other places. I love that they're not pushy you tell them what you want and they do just that. I've gone to this nail salon several times. They use good quality products and do a good job. BUT the nail technicians are completely unfriendly and seem as though you are annoying them if you ask any questions. By an exception of about one nail tech this has been my experience 10+ times. Just left the best nail spot. I have search high and dry for the nail shop that just gets it. From the colors to the longevity of the nails. This is by far the best nail shop I have been too in a very long time. I was excited to see this place open. I finally had some down time to get a quick mani and check out the new spot! I was really impressed with the set up, pedi chairs, nail bar. I was not impressed with the color selection and the staff. I visited at a non busy time and it felt like the lady had to do my nails as if it was a chore. She had no engagement of starting a conversation with me. No smiles and just a pissed off face the whole time. She made me pay before she painted my nails. I then moved to the dryer section and watched her interact with new customers coming. A totally different person. read more

Very nice atmosphere but way too expensive, and my nails started lifting after the 1st week.

Came in for a mani and pedi today. The pedicure was good and very well done. Next time I'll ask to cut a little more because of my ingrown skin (skin not nail, crazy I know). Believe it or not, the massage chairs were uncomfortable for me. My lower back was sore afterwards because there's a gap between the chair and my back. Next time I'll bring a pillow to put on my lower back because I was slouching and I wasn't doing it on purpose. Anyone else have this problem? I've never experienced this, maybe I did something wrong with my chair I have no idea. The male nail tech was friendly and gentle. I wish the massage had a little bit more pressure, but it's ok. Manicure was good, but stupidity I messed up thumb and had him fix it again, but he told me to let it dry and bit more and then he will come and put the clear coat on which he forgot to do and I didn't bother asking since he had another client. I came home and put a clear coat on. The weird thing though.... whatever clear coat they use is not shiny at all, it almost made my nails feel like they had a matte look to them. No clue, but I put a clear coat on them and they look fabulous now. Overall, the place is clean, elegant, vibrant, and the workers are all chatty (in English) and laughing, having a good time. Love it! Water bottles are offered as well. So my main couple of disappointments is their pedicure chairs aren't comfortable, although high tech and new. My nail tech forgot to put the clear coat on my thumb, which isn't a big deal really and I wish the massage had a little bit more pressure. Overall I'll come back but I'll definitely be scheduling an appointment. read more

2nd time going in for a pedicure. I went about 6 months ago and it was "ok". I tend to go where it is convenient for me at the time. This time it was excellent. Basic 30 min pedicure is only $23. She did a great job. The owner (at least I assume it was the owner) was walking around making sure everything was going smoothly. I would highly recommend this salon from my recent visit and I hope the great customer service that I received is a regular thing :) read more

Great salon. They offer Nex Gen nails. Strong like acrylic thin like gel. They don't weaken my nails and last 3 weeks. Tammy is awesome!!

I posted a review on Google but had to do yelp too! This place is awesome, worth leaving my place that I have been going to for the past 4 years. Their services and quality of their products are amazing and worth every penny. I had the Coconut Pedicure and a Gel Manicure and felt so relaxed with the atmosphere they provide, from the lights, music to the coffee, tea, water and snacks they kept offering throughout my time. I had Trish and Andy; who are both amazing and customer service is on point. My friends that I took with me also love the place. Its spacious, clean, and classy. Relaxing, nice and clean atmosphere. Friendly technicians. I've gone twice and both times were good however they do not tell you how long you will be waiting to be seen. Had I known my wait was going to be 20 minutes I might have been more patience. The next time I just planned on waiting it was a better service for me. I have tried to get my nails done here 3 times and they have never had enough staff!!! One of the 3 times we were there before they opened and they were 13 minutes late!! I got a manicure, exfoliating pedicure, and eyebrow wax toward the end of the night. Linda did not rush, paying attention to detail, and made me feel welcome. Made me wait 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment and I walked out at that point. I sat and waited for 30 minutes along with several other women and nobody said a word to me (or anyone else) about the status of getting seated. If a business is too busy to accommodate people then it's respectful of their time to request they come back or that a service can't be done today. If I'm 9 minutes late to an wax appointment they will make me reschedule, if I'm 15 minutes late to the doctor, they will make me reschedule. If I'm late to a hair appointment, I may not get my hair blow dried. While waiting, a woman walked in only 5 minutes late to her appointment and they sat someone else instead. I sympathized with her as you are expected to have someone schedule you in when an appointment is made. It seems as if there is no organization or respect for anyone's time here. They just want to get in as many people as they can even if it's not respecting anyone else's time. read more
