The food here was amazing, and everything tasted fresh and the Boba was amazing I have never been here before and we visited from a 6 1/2 hour drive stopped and got two Vietnamese coffee Boba's and they were so good and everything was so good that before we left we had to get two more bobos and a whole bunch of appetizers to go such as chicken steam buns, pork steam buns, and potstickers which are very good, and shrimp spring rolls which come with their own side of peanut sauce which is even better. When coming into our hotel we opened up the bag looked at all of our food that had been packaged for us to go and it was packaged very neatly and the service there was amazing we had a young boy and he was very kind and the girls there as well who are bringing the food checking in on us were also amazing, this place was hidden but amazing and needs more love we were happy with the food and price for the amount we got, if I can give this place 10 stars I would it is awesome and there is no hesitation for the fact that I will be going back. It was nice that it wasn't busy for dine in but several customers came in for to go. The pho was good and the price was even better. For Appetizers: The chickens wings had a mild fish sauce flavor and the spring rolls with the traditional pork sausage inside. I was quite disappointed with the BBQ Shrimp Rice noodles I ordered. My friend picked it up for me and while she drove, I started to dig in to the food. I expected a dry noodle dish with bbq grilled shrimp but what I got was sautéed shrimp in a thick gravy. I was expecting the fish sauce to be the main focal point to mix in with the rice noodles, bean sprouts and lettuce. What I got was soup. I am not used to their style of Bún. Their phó is pretty good but I don't think I'll order the rice noodles again. I'll go to Chopstix for Bún. read more

This is a hidden gem, thanks Yelp for suggesting this restaurant for our trip!! The food is fresh, and delicious, and served in a timely matter. We had combination egg rolls, one chicken steam bun, 2 large orders of pho, and 2 Vietnamese coffee's with Boba. The price is unbelievable for the amount of food that was given. The food was so delicious after a 7 hour dive (here), we ordered some food for our hotel room. Even then the restaurant exceeded our expectations. The food we chose for our room (to-go) was wrapped individually, and neatly, with sides of sauce for us to enjoy later. The gentlemen training had amazing manners, and his professionalism was on point even while some lady was very rude to him. I would recommend trying this place out if you enjoy pho or even boba it's amazing, and so yummy! Came here for the boba tea and stayed to try the Pho. Ordered the Honey Black Tea with 2 servings of boba. Disappointed, because the pearls were so mushy. When telling the server, he didn't understand how it happened. He made the drink and should have known and noticed the pearls were old. And when telling the person who accepted payment, she just smiled and said people love our boba and no one said anything was wrong. Very disappointing especially when I ordered an extra serving of it. My daughter, stated it tasted like peach and pushed It away.. And you can see through the cup that the pearls are not right. If you can't see that, then see the second picture as a comparison. I went home and made a batch just to see I wasn't imagining bad boba. We ordered the shrimp pho. Just so you know, it looks likes a lot of shrimp until you realized, they cut the shrimp in half. So you think you are getting a lot of shrimp , they are just sliced up small shrimp. For a young kid, the soup was good, but as an adult with high BP, beware of high sodium content. Regarding the bad boba, I really wanted some acknowledgement that your restaurant served something that isn't in par to what you should be striving for, which is excellent food for every diner. You should have done one of three things:To offer at least a dollar off the boba, would have shown some understanding. That dollar means nothing in the whole scheme of things. I was a bit skeptical trying this place out. Why? My previous experiences with "Most" Vietnamese restaurants around the area have been very disappointing & leave my stomach in discomfort. My experience at QQ noodle... Surprised me. When a friend and I first walked in. We were instantly greeted by our friendly waitress & the delightful fragrance of Vietnamese cuisines being prepped in the kitchen. I was hooked, yet still skeptical. I ordered the Spring Rolls, Combination Pho, and an Avocado Slush. In my opinion, the Spring rolls are a good way to start. Thin rice noodles, shredded lettuce, thin-sliced pork, shrimp and fresh mint leaves are wrapped in translucent rice paper. Light and delicious, the rolls are served with a savory-sweet peanut dipping sauce. What can I say? I was amazed by how it wasn't lumpy, wet, and feel like they've been sitting in the refrigerator all day like in other restaurants I've tried. Next, was my Combination Pho & Avocado Slush. Like most restaurants I've experienced, it comes out really greasy, to hot or to cold to even enjoy it. In some cases, it leaves my stomach upset. As for QQ Noodle... The pho came out Steamy, Hot, & Well Prepped. You could just see that the bowl brims with fragrant, long-simmered broth, tender and slightly chewy rice noodles, onion, & a combination of sliced meats. My savory soup was also balanced from brightness with the side plate of fresh herbs & vegetables, including Thai basil, lime, bean sprouts & jalapeños. It. Was. Delicious. Once finished. The sinfully decadent, yet delicious & nutritious Avocado Slush broke the meter for a wonderful dinner experience. Not skeptical anymore & we enjoyed every second. 5 stars for QQ Noodle. My friend & I were incredibly satisfied with the dishes we ordered and thanked the waitress for being so kind, helpful, & patient in serving us PRO: My stomach wasn't upset & we left satisfied. CON: They don't serve alcohol, yet... In my opinion. It is the BEST Vietnamese restaurant in the area. I really wanted to give this place more stars.... their calamari rings were good and the seafood soup I got had good flavor but the shrimp egg rolls were truly disappointing. I opened one to find one small shrimp and the rest filled with onions. It cost I believe 9.99 for 5 small shrimp egg rolls so I thought they were full of shrimp. Sadly it was not. Also, I asked the seafood soup to be extra spicy and the waiter looked at me weird and said "there are sauces there you can add" hmmmm. Usually at any Vietnamese noodle shop I have gone when I ask for extra spicy they add small red chili and other chili sauces to make it spicy. I thought it was a little weird that they can't make a dish extra spicy. I orders a green tea boba as well and it was just meh. Nothing spectacular. Nothing that would make me go back there for boba. I think the only really yummy thing I got was the calamari rings.... but let's me honest, you can get those anywhere! We live here on Monterey bay where calamari is abundant. So although I want to give this local restaurant more stars.... it just wasn't good enough to give it more than 3 stars. Great family owned local spot. Quick and friendly service and some of the best Vietnamese food on the Peninsula. We had the bahn xeo, lemon grass chicken, and an avocado smoothie! bahn xeo is one of my favorite Vietnamese dishes and it did not disappoint here! I was pleasantly surprised to find it in the menu!! There are a lot of options in the area, but QQ stands out because the service is excellent, a wide variety of food, and delicious tea. I really appreciate the servers and their welcoming attitude and treatment of customers. There is never a wait, ample parking, clean facilities and a laid back atmosphere with fair prices. How this place has 4.5 out of 5 stars is beyond me. Either the reviews are fake, or local patrons are satisfied with mediocrity. The dishes are not prepared with the ingredients as described in the menu. The vermicelli bun was void of cucumbers, bean sprouts, or peanuts. Hell, the chicken wasn't even stir fried in lemon grass, just a bit chili sauce for crying out loud. The egg roll add on was soggy. 2 stars awarded simply because it was edible. I've been hearing from so many people who raved about this place to me and I can now see why. The staff are super helpful and friendly with the pretty big menu. They have great portions of the food so your money is well spent and have plenty of leftovers for the next day to eat! There are many things to take into account when reviewing a restaurant. Food quality and quantity, cleanliness, friendly staff, fast service, just to name a few!! THIS PLACE HAS THEM ALL!!! I cannot think of a time I have ordered from this place and been disappointed!! They are always super friendly and have a very good selection of all my Vietnamese food favorites!! One thing I have to point out is their attention to detail!!! They never miss an item going in the bag for take out! Even the small things like wrapping the 4oz container of Nớc Chấm in plastic wrap so it doesn't open up and spill all over the place. These are the small things that tell you they know what they are doing and they care about their customers!!! I wish I could take a pic of their food i ordered but I ate it too fast . Amazing pho! I used to come here back when the previous business, Pho Fusian was open and this place is just as good, if not even better! The broth was savory and delicious, the noodles perfectly cooked and amazing texture. We also got the Calamari appetizer and Egg Rolls which were to die for. Absolutely scrumptious. I'm so glad this place opened and there is a delicious Vietnamese restaurant because let me tell you this place is pretty damn close to perfection. Definitely my go to place now when I want good pho in Marina. Way better than the other places around here like Lucky Noodles and Noodle Bar! read more

Been a while, and this deserved a review.... First off to some of the other reviews, this place is not HIDDEN! It's right off Reservation road next to a Korean BBQ place. Walked in around 6:15pm on a Thursday evening. One table was occupied with a couple while a young lady was waiting by the door for her to-go order. Nice young man sat the 4 of us in the middle. Noticed a small thing in the middle that had very thick plastic chopsticks and small sauce bowls that probably should have been cleaned better. The place was cold also, no heater was felt at all. Started by ordering a sprite, waters, and an ice tea. When that came, we decided to order the egg rolls and lemongrass chicken wings. Both came out quickly and the egg rolls were super hot. The wings came out second and were way too hot to even taste for the next 5 minutes. As that was being mellowed out, our waiter came around to take our main food order. Girlfriend got spicy beef lemongrass soup, girlfriends mother got chicken and rice, girlfriends daughter got tofu and rice, and I finally got Chow Mein with Chicken. Now I noticed they had a BBQ chicken entree so I asked nicely If I could get a BBQ Chicken chow mein. Immediately the waiter said 'No'. Ha! You say 'NO' to me!?!? I then say nicely, 'well you have this BBQ chicken entree here, I just want that with my chow mein. Once again, waiter says no with a smile. I then one more time say, 'Yes you can. Just add bbq sauce man, shouldn't be a problem'. He then says that there will be a $1 added charge to it. I say fine, just make it happen. Egg rolls were great. How can you screw that up right? Now, the chicken wings. No joke, after taking a bite, windex flavor all around. Straight windex. I still ate 4 of them after getting past the windex taste, chicken was cooked pretty damn well. Entrees came out, girlfriends soup came with a lot of fat chunks. Broth was fantastic, wasn't spicky at all so I liked it. My chow mein was a tad over cooked, chicken had good flavor, little dry, but there was NO BBQ sauce on anything. So I asked for a side of bbq sauce. Guy comes back with no joke, probably about 1oz of sauce. Girlfriends daughter did not like her tofu and rice very much either. I tried the tofu and it was just basic in flavor and overall taste. She then used the bathroom and when she came back said that she saw pots and pans on the ground by the dishwasher. Overall in a nutshell, server needs a little work on customer service when questions are being asked. He was attentive on filling waters and being around if we had a question. Food was nothing to write home to, even though we lived about a mile and a half away. I'll personally try it again maybe in the future, the rest of my party will not. read more

The dishes I've eaten are quite good however, at the same time, they were out of so many ingredients, and so we had to make several requests before we got to some thing that they had. My friend wanted Boba, but they ran out and she settled for lychee jelly instead. I ordered chow fun for takeout, but when I opened the package at home, it was chow mein. Needless to say, I was disappointed. Still, I have enjoyed the dishes that I've had. But if you're set on some thing on the menu, maybe you should call ahead to make sure they have everything. That's a bit of a bummer and that's why I'd give them four stars or maybe 3 1/2. read more

QQ Noodle was a pleasant surprise! I think my favorite aspect of here is the ambience, it is nice and quiet with lots of seating. But the restaurant has only tables, which I am a fan of, as I despise booths. The tables are spaced apart from each other so you are not too close to your neighbors. The service is friendly, but not in your face. They have a wide array of boba drinks, and the presentation is very authentic with a sealed top. I was so happy to see steamed buns on the menu, and it didn't disappoint! Large and very flavorful with a generous packing of meat. My beef broccoli was very tasty, however it was onion heavy and the meat was hit or miss, some pieces were very tough and some were tender. The rice was a fluffy bed of deliciousness. I love the variety and how it seems fairly authentic. Prices are very reasonable I paid $15 pre-tip for a steam bun, milk tea and entree. read more

WOW!! What a great find! I happened on this great little place on one of my many biz trips into the Silicon Valley, while taking the scenic route home. This place has only been open since Nov. 2018, and the food is fantastic, and the service is very good. This place is located in a small Asian-'oriented' shopping center, and is next to a few other places that may need my attention, such as an Asian market and Korean BBQ. The place is quite spacious, and is clearly a work in progress, decor-wise...comfortable and roomy. Parking was good when I arrived, about 2 PM, but may become problematic in the evening and on weekends. Starting off with an order of the Combination Egg Rolls (deep fried), I immediately knew that this place was an unusual treasure...the rolls were made in-house!! Laced with huge pieces of meat, shrimp and veggies, they are a must-try. I then had a Pork Rice dish with some excellent pork and the fried rice was totally great! Order the 'large' for a dollar more...I guarantee that you will be glad you did. After that meal, I thought about just moving in!LOL! And, to boot, the prices were VERY reasonable, and the selection was very good. Oh, there is also a boba bar, for those who like that sort of thing. The food was excellent. In particular I had the Vietnamese udon which was an udon served in a thick broth that was flavorful and not too salty. I had asked some questions before ordering did my particular waiter didn't seem prepared to answer. In fact I almost felt as if he guessed instead of simply saying "I don't know" but either way the food came out tasting great. This particular building and all the restaurants before it suffer from no insulation so it's very cold inside, wear a sweater! The price was right.
