Updated review: I had an item that was damaged during the moving process. After I told Qshark, they quickly worked to find an acceptable way to resolve it. In under 24 hours, they were able to come to a solution, and were very communicative the entire time. While it is unfortunate that the move didn't go perfectly, I was impressed with the customer service and the willingness to work with me to ensure my satisfaction. -1 Star for an item getting damage, but 5 stars for the level of service. read more

We've collected a lot of things over the last few years and knew we couldn't move it ourselves like we have in the past. Angel and Octavio were punctual and as soon as they arrived had a great attitude! They took the whole day, were very careful with all our furniture and had no complaints about making two trips to get all of our stuff. Ronald and David were our movers yesterday and they did the a great job! The entire experience from start to finish was excellent. We ahead booked another mover, but they canceled on us last minute. QShark responded within 5 minutes of requesting a quote, booked right away, sent a confirmation email, reminder emails before moving day, phone calls from Ronald on the morning of the move as well. We hired Qshark Moving to help us with 2 moves. Ron and Drew assisted us on the first day and were super helpful. They were on time (and called 45 min before they got here), took very good care of our items, were patient with our requests, and were fun to work with. We liked them so much that we requested they help us with our second move a few days later. Ron and Pierre helped us with the second move. They again had great communication and were extremely careful with our things. Also, we had a 9 month old baby that needed to take naps during the day and they were so good at prioritizing clearing out his room so we could do the rest while he was napping. Had a moving company cancel on us last minute. Called a few movers, and Qshark was available at a similar (a bit more expensive but we were ok with that) price, and with one day's notice (same notice that the other company gave us when they cancelled). They showed up on time for a four-bedroom house move, worked fast and efficient, didn't put as much as a scratch on a piece of furniture or wall/floor/ceiling, and they were professional and very friendly guys with great personalities. Highly recommended. We booked a move on fairly short notice and had an issue that made us delay our move by a day at the very last minute. We've used Qshark twice in the last year. We moved from a 2 story house to a 3 story condo and then back to a 2 story house. The first time was fine - good enough to call and use again but didn't make want to write a review. But this second time was exceptional only because of our crew: Brian, Lester, and Bryce. These guys hustled for 8 hours with only a short lunch break in between. They made sure to wrap and strap all our furniture. If one felt it wasn't good they'd explain to the other and they'd work to a solution. Their attitude and energy were great the whole time. They pushed hard, (Brian sweated through 3 shirts), coordinated and worked well together. Really felt like I had a seasoned trio. Add to this how personable they were and these are the specific guys we'll be looking for and recommending to others. We also had a number of heavy items: 3 fridges, washer/dryer, bulky massage chair and piano. Sorry those last two went up to the second floor! read more

Very hardworking gentlemen arrived to our home on time. Did not waste anytime getting started. We had a difficult job but they got it done. They shrink wrapped quickly to protect our furniture. They got our refrigerator up to the 2nd floor and our washer and dryer to the 3rd floor. The younger guy was so encouraging to his working partner and never once spoke down to him. Darren & Camron were excellent. They called ahead of time to confirm the appointment and followed safety precautions for Covid by wearing mask. These guys know their stuff when it comes to moving furniture. I had serval large pieces of furniture which they handled expertly. For example, I had a large 300 lb solid wood desk they had to move a second floor apt. They assessed the situation then brought it up and maneuvered the desk into the apartment. Overall, was very happy with the service. Hired 2 movers to move from a studio(upstair unit) to a 2b 3 floors up and small long corridors. Mainly dealt with Gio, he was extremely friendly, professional, and got the job done in 3hrs. I would highly recommend this company and Gio. The 2nd gentleman was moving very slowly and moving the little boxes and at one point, I thought the job would take over 3hrs - it almost seemed intentional. My wife and I found the QShark Moving Company via yelp. We weren't moving to another house, instead we had to move from one room to another inside our home and it demanded some intense labor. Among the heaviest of items (and our biggest concern) was an office filing cabinet that weighed well over 500 lbs... In addition to the weight, the filing cabinet was 26 x 17, and had to be navigated from upstairs with only 2 inches worth of slack along with the narrowest of stairs. All that said, enter Alex and Jeremy from QShark - no hesitation and ready to get to work these two took direction, communicated to each other and handled it like a boss. Both were great- professional from the start and efficient with their time. We hired them for 2 hours but they got the job done (moving all of our office furniture from upstairs and transitioning our bedroom furniture from downstairs) in less than an hour. Other items included queen bed mattress, standard frame, box spring, book shelves, desks, side tables etc. Bottom line, happy we found them.
