Subsequently, I sent a text message to communicate my grievances, but to this day, I have not received any response or acknowledgment. The cumulative effect of Kenny's unsafe behavior, the botched haircut, and the dismissive response from the owner has left me feeling even more frustrated and disheartened. It is disconcerting to witness such a lack of professionalism and accountability within the salon, which further reinforces my belief that this is an establishment that fails to prioritize customer satisfaction and safety. The timing of this unfortunate incident couldn't be more inconvenient. With just a week until my birthday, I now face the daunting task of growing out my hair as quickly as possible while simultaneously seeking the assistance of a more competent salon to rectify the disastrous layers inflicted upon me by Kenny at QT Salon.
