While I always stick with lychee fruit tea (30/30 on sugar/ice) and love it, others have really enjoyed the panda, original milk tea, passion fruit, Thai tea, Oreo, and even ovaltine! They also offer multiple cream options from milk, soy, and almond milk, not any of that powdered stuff or fake creamer that some places use. Because of COVID, not open some days so check beforehand! Wow, I am so impressed with this establishment! I typically don't expect great customer service when visiting cafes or tea shops but this place blew me away. They were all awesome especially the woman taking orders. She took her time explaining the menu to us very patiently and made the whole experience very personable. At first i thought it shouldn't take that long to make but they noted when i arrived that they were making the tea freshly They were very sweet and the flavor I tried was pretty good (first time having brown rice tea for me). I visited this boba tea location yesterday as I was in the mood for some boba. It was around 9:15 pm, so it left me with very few options as to what was open in terms of boba! Of course, I yelped what was open and QTea came up. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the tea and the boba alike. I ordered a jasmine tea 80% sweet, 30% ice, with boba. The tea was well-flavored and it felt like the right amount of sweetness for my taste. The customer service was nothing to rave about, but I enjoyed the boba and the tea. The drinks themselves are pretty decent, some drinks are better than others, but my go to is the white peach oolong. I would say 100% sweetness is good if you like it sweet, I probably would've liked it like that when I was younger. But I think 80% is the sweet spot now. Also if you ask for less ice, there is actually LESS ICE! They're also open later than other boba shops in the area so if you're craving late night sweets it's a bonus. The owners are always friendly and even though it can get busy they are always very fast and accurate with our order. I love the White Peach Oolong which is sweet, fragrant, and refreshing. The Thai and Strawberry Milk teas are also favorites. They have so many other options to choose from that we haven't tried yet because it's so hard to switch up from our favorite go-to drinks. The Basil Popcorn chicken is always super crispy and delicious. I love the taste of dark meat myself, but I appreciate that they give the option to choose breast if you happen to prefer that over the darker meat. When we want an afternoon snack while we are out and about we usually get those and the fantastic Tornado Potatoes for a perfect pairing. As for my drinks, my Earl Grey Milk Tea had a surprising flavor. The slight smoky black tea is so refreshing and different.
