The only reason I'm not giving Qtie Nails 5 stars is because of the owner who has been incredibly rude to me all three times I've been there. I keep going back because Tracy is AMAZZZING. I can get past his attitude just to see her because she does a great job and is super friendly/quick/professional. I went today and Tracy killed it (as always). When it came time to pay, I went to check out with the man at the front. He gave me the credit card square and was rushing me to complete my payment. He seemed upset when he asked if I had a cash tip and told him I didn't. I clicked the "text receipt" option and he literally freaked out. He snatched the device from my hand and told me not to touch anything and that I've "now ruined it" and he only prints receipts. I bit my tongue but dang, such a shame to have a crappy experience like that after such good service. I'll s go back for my girl, tho! read more

I walked in for a full set at about 4 pm and they were able to accommodate me within 10-15 minutes. Not to mention... it was only $45! horrible customer service. I got a gel pedicure yesterday where I paid $80 woke up this morning with two of my gel nails lifted as well as noticing the application, was very uneven,. I called to see if I could get it fixed and the lady on the phone informed me I could come in to get it fixed. The receptionist told me that I could change the color with no fee because of the issue and once I sat down the nail technician went to apply the same color over the lifted nails after just buffing them thinking I wouldn't notice. I told her the receptionist told me I could get a color change and then the technician informed me that it would be $15 in order to fix my nails but I had just done less than 24 hours ago. I will never be coming back here due to these inconsistencies. They do not know how to take care of their customers read more

I gave this place a try based on a friend's recommendation. I do not know why anyone would voluntarily come to this location and be subjected to such poor service. They were rude unfriendly, and kept trying to add on extra services making it look like it was part of what I was paying for. A kind lady next to me actually cut in and advised me what they were doing. The lady helping me was rather upset at my new found knowledge and became even more rude. Everyone there acted as if it was my privilege to be at there. I will never come here again. Do yourselves a favor and save your money. read more

Had my dip nails done here and one cracked within 3 days. I work out of town and when I came in 10 days later with 2 other broken nails because the dip was cracking (my nails were in tact) they told me I had to pay another 15 dollars to fix them. I have never written a bad review on yelp literally ever but the man there just told me "nails break" and you have to pay for that. My dip lasts 3-4 weeks. I brought my friend and hers were breaking too. The person who was doing my nails took 2 breaks while doing my nails, went outside to smoke and smelled of straight tobacco which makes me get a headache. Worst nail experience I've ever had and I get my nails done monthly. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who wants a decent job done. read more

Absolute worst gel manicure experience I have ever had - wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Got a gel manicure for $45 that every nail either chipped or lifted within 4 days. I called and there were no accommodations whatsoever. As I am out of state, they said they needed to see my nails and I happily offered photos or to FaceTime to show them in real time. Not only were they beyond rude, but not at all accommodating and didn't care that my experience was brutal. I spoke with the manager Lisa and when I asked her name, instead of responding, she hung up the phone. I've also asked for the owner to call me back and of course nothing on that front either. There is Tracy and Lindsey. They are excellent and so friendly. The Jelly pedicure is what I highly recommend. It makes you feel like a princess or a queen or whatever you might want to feel like. There is wine or water to drink, eucalyptus neck pillows that are heated, aromatherapy machines, nice new chairs with massage and just all around excellent experience! Last minute trip to my local salon before my vacation left me frantically searching for a nail salon to be open on a Monday night. I searched Yelp and decided to try this place out. When I walked in, this place was pretty busy. I didn't have to wait though, just picked my colors and hopped in a chair. I immediately had two friendly ladies working away and was out of there in no time with beautiful vacation gels ready to go. Nails held up well to a full week of beaching and pooling. Oh man I hate to do this but when I pay close to $100 every time I go here it's just unacceptable to walk out so unhappy with my nails. My nail tech for the hands was Thanh (hopefully I spelled that right). He was nice but just didn't give me what I wanted and I was very specific. After I told him I was unhappy he did not offer to correct them. Unacceptable to have pieces of lint and bubbles on a detailed nail look like a French. Helen however did an impeccable job on my feet. Lisa who has done my nails several times was extremely rude today too. I asked her if she could help my tech with selecting a color for the milky top coat and she rudely replied with "No! You tell me what color you want!" I don't know if it was an off day but too expensive to be having this experience. I'll be going elsewhere for now. I paid $80 for a full set and one nail from each hand broke off 4 days later! I felt like I was being robbed when I returned and they wanted me to pay to fix their poor work. To make matters worst they took money from "someone else" to pay for me. $80 for a full set should come with high quality and a good salon experience. These expectations were not met. Great place, friendly staff. They really take care of you whether it's nails or pedi or both! Their deluxe pedi is so soothing if you're looking for a nice foot massage and super clean (no callus) feet! Loan and Lisa are by far my favorite! Dip is a bit more than gel but worth it. read more

I had been coming here for over a year. They told me to find somewhere else to go because I came in within a week of getting my nails done w/ a broken nail. They were not willing to fix it. Your nail should not break after less than a week, nor should a customer be spoken to the way I was. I was always polite and in there at least twice a month for dip powder manicures and gel pedicures. They made up their own prices and would change the rate every time I was there without any notice or signs being posted. I brought them in multiple clients who then brought their friends. The guy at the desk was always rude and especially my last time there. After a year + of going there they never told me they had a discount stamp card either. Safe to say I'm done going there. This review is long overdue - I've been coming here for 2 years now. Lisa is the BEST! She always knows exactly what I want with my nails and is so sweet to talk with. I always leave happy and feeling beautiful from my nails to my toes. Everyone there is so kind, love being greeted by Larry! The salon itself is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and clean. I went to Qtie nails on a whim, wanting to get acrylics for the first time for my birthday. The communication wasn't very good and I didn't end up getting exactly what I wanted. Overall the acrylics seem good, I was expecting him to groom my cuticles though and he didn't at all. The flower design I asked for came out okay but didn't look like the picture I showed him. I asked him to fix it once and he did add a different color that made it more visible, but it wasn't the right shape. I asked for a gel pedicure and was confused when she wasn't using a light and it was too late when I realized she was just doing it was just normal polish. She did clean up my cuticles on my toes pretty thoroughly though. It ended up being $96 dollars (without tip) for a regular polish pedicure and a full set acrylic with gel French tip and two nails with mediocre flowers . I thought it was really overpriced , this was my first time but I was asking the price for the flower design be taken off at least because I didn't like them. The manager wasn't willing to speak with us at first and kept telling me to just go talk to the nail tech . They were not willing to settle it with me and it was an upsetting experience the way it was handled. As I was talking to them at the front desk another set of girls came up really upset because too much of her eyebrow had been waxed off. She was not willing to pay for it and again the manager wasn't willing to speak with her and told her to go talk to the person that did her eyebrows. The girl wasn't willing to pay which I understand , and they were fighting with her.. she drove off and the manager video taped her and her car license plate. They can do generally good nails but the customer service is bad. A beauty salon should be a comfortable space where people can relax and get something fixed if it wasn't what they asked for. I really hope they see that and change it. I won't be coming back. read more

Love this place. Lisa Larry and Sherry are the best! I'm sure others are great too but these 3 always come thru. I love the dipping powder. I think it's healthier than gel and last longer. I need to remember to cut my nails every other visit so they don't get too long and break. Either way, short or long I love getting my almond or stiletto shaped nails dipped here. Ps. They have definitely modified the salon due to COVID, temperature checks, mandatory face masks, and clear dividers between the customer and nail technicians. An absolute embarrassment. And everyone witnessed as i asked for a simple pedicure with French tip and a polish change. Keep in mind this was with an apt,not a walk in but they kept asking to confirm at my chair. I must of said polish change, no gel, 3 times! As the one lady was doing my pedicure she declined to to the French tip with regular nail polish. She said she can only do it with gel. I told her it was OK and to try to do the tip first and one coat over with the lilac. She did it her way which was fine, definitely her first rodeo but at least she tried. The tip was so thin that it does t really show but wtv. So I asked when someone was going to do my polish change " same way. The girl at front said the next available,when I asked " about how long will that take " ? She went around to all 7 LADIES and they ALL one by one said NO NO I don't want to do manicure like that. These people are so inexperienced and clearly mismanaged. To top it off the place is intoxicating, the smell of chemicals is the strongest I've smelled in my whole life of going to salons. When the poor young girl who works the front went over to the lady manager and said "no one wants to do it", she replied ,Oh well I guess no one can do it. (I have bionic ears BTW) . So I got up and paid for my pedicure with no polish change. The most disappointing! Your a dime a dozen QTie! Got the salon and at first they had no record of my appointment but eventually found it, I got seated and didn't have to wait long for Henry(I believe that was his name) to do my nails and they couldn't be more perfect!
