Tried for two weeks, multiple phone calls and text messages to get an official quote from Manny, but was blown off every single f***kin time. And I know what you might be thinking, why keep bothering after even two phone calls trying to get a quote? Cause I was dumb enough to keep giving the benefit of the doubt. I rarely get on yelp to write reviews but this one is well-deserved. I can surely say that Sergio and his team do a phenomenal job repairing cars. I take pride in taking care of my mustang and placed a lot of trust in having Quality Auto Body & Collision Center fix my car. After finding my mirror broken off and paint damaged from other drivers, I decided to take my car in to get fixed. Sergio and Manny welcomed me with open arms. They were professional and answered any and all concerns I had with my vehicle. When I took my car in I was skeptical about the quality of service I would receive (given that I don't trust too many shops with my car). Sergio went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations. When I saw my car after they had fixed it, it looked as if I got it from the dealership. He even had my car professionally detailed and waxed from the inside out, free of charge. This is not to mention his very reasonable pricing to get the vehicle fixed. I will only take my car to Sergio for any autobody work. I highly recommend this shop! DO NOT USE THIS AUTO SHOP!! This auto shop (specifically Josue) left my car in worse condition than when I dropped it off to be repaired. My bumper was damaged in an accident and we were referred to this shop by a mobile repair man. My husband sent Josue pictures and spoke with him over the phone and Josue confirmed that he could repair my bumper. When I dropped off my car, he saw the bumper and said that he could replace my bumper with the one that he pre-ordered and that he would have my car done in 45 minutes. 2 hours later, he brought my car back with the bumper popping off and loose pieces on the side and said that I would have to pay the agreed amount of $485 PLUS more to fix the body damage on the inside of the bumper (he did not mention this damage before he started the repair on my car). Why would I pay to have a loose bumper put on my car? When my husband called him to let him know that we would need to bring the car back to have him fix the loose bumper the he put on he said that he wouldn't fix the loose bumper unless I paid $600 more! This shop is very dishonest, shady and does lazy and will leave your car in worse condition and then charge you more to fix the work that they do. I also reported this situation to the BBB and was told that this is not the first claim that has been reported from customers of this auto shop. I brought my 2016 Ford Fiesta to Sergio and his guys after my neighbor backed into the rear passenger quarter panel and messed up my suspension. It was covered by insurance, but I told him that while in the shop, I wanted to pay out of pocket for additional work to be done since the car was getting painted in that area. Before coming to Quality, I went to 6 other shops in East county to get quotes on the price for the work and Sergio offeredme the best deal. He worked directly with insurance, kept me posted on the repairs, and when I wanted him to check out something afterwards, he even went out of his way to work with me for a convenient time to bring it back in, even got me a ride to work (only 4 mins away-but still very thoughtful). Went in for rear end repair, and they fixed all the other, minor dings on my truck, repaired and painted my front bumper, replaced minor components, and meticulously buffed the whole truck out to look like brand new. I was sent here from Rock Auto Group because they said this place has a ranger that I was very interested in buying. When I arrived, there was no parking on the street, I pulled into the parking lot to find a parking spot. I was approached by a guy who told me I can't park back there. I told him I will go back in there to turn around because there was a car behind me. He slammed his hands on my hood and told me to stop.
