AT - This man is an absolute asset to your company and you should be paying him accordingly. The service, patience and experience were 6 STARS out of 5. My daughter brought my car to Big-O-Tires with a nail in it. They told us that it wasn't repairable. It needed 4 new tires. told us that the tires were at 3/32", completely worn out. Luckily I called to get a second opinion. First, they quoted me the same tires for $300 less. They re-measured the tires at 6/32", and told me that the tire was 100% repairable. They saved me $1400, fixed the flat for free, rotated the tires for free. I will use them for life and will go there to buy my tires in all my vehicles.

He let me know my spare tire needed to be replaced, pointed out a screw in one of my tires, and explained they could patch it for free. I really appreciated that he also reassured me that the rest of my tires were still in good shape. The wait time to get the tire fixed was reasonable, so I stepped out to grab dinner nearby and came back later. When I returned, another employee updated me right away and let me know my car would be ready in just a few minutes. Overall, the service was efficient, honest, and friendly from start to finish. I left feeling confident in the work they did and really satisfied with the experience. I'd definitely come back and recommend this location.

Recently, I was researching new tires for my SUV and was offered a few choices. I pulled up and two guys that work there were sitting in chairs out front, looking at their phones. I quickly found out that his place is really expensive. They charged me $80 to mount two new 8" mower tires on new 8" rims. It was originally $40 for both, the first guy quoted me thar. Then they talked to each other (in Spanish) and said it would be $40 for each tire mounted. They told me come back in an hour. So I left and came back. They got them mounted. Needless to say, I won't be going back here, I can't afford it. Oh, and I got the lawns mowed, made my dad happy.
