Turns out this report is completely untrue. I found out about this after having two water restoration companies come out and detect absolutely no moisture in walls using FLUR thermal imaging camera. They informed me that pinless moisture meters are highly inaccurate near the metal components of the zebra blinds. This plumbing company claimed to offer free inspection but as soon as they are at it they will misguide and trick you into paying for things that do not matter nor need to be fixed.
