We went back on forth on the shower options but Brenda was very patient with me and in giving quotes and pictures for each option. When we finally picked an option, they gave us an ETA (which they met). The install process was very smooth as well. Jason and his crew took a couple of hours and did a great job. They handled my shower enclosure and it was great; they also installed two very large mirrors that were "tricky" as the lights were connected through the mirror. When I called to make the appointment Jason was very nice and got me on the schedule. He asked me to text him my address and at the same time I confirmed the date and time of my appointment in the text. The morning of, it was 30min past the appointment time and no one showed up. I called his cell # and he was on vacation so I called the number on yelp. A girl picked up and said I was never put on the schedule. She said she was going check to see if anyone was available to come out that day or that I would have to reschedule for a different day. She said she would call back but never heard from them!! Service is great! I had them remodel my bathroom a couple months ago and they did a great job. However, after a couple months the door to the shower became faulty. We called them and they said that they would come and fix the door free of charge. I would definitely recommend this service for anyone. I live all the way in Laguna Hills and it was great that they did this free of charge (I tipped him though). Compared to other groups, their prices are cheaper and better quality. read more
