My food came out SO FAST. I was really surprised because they were really busy. Everything was so fresh and so delicious! I truly enjoyed the wide variety of herbs to enjoy your meal with. I really loved the banh xeo the most!! Banh xeo: 10/10 Banh beo: 10/10

One of my new favorite Viet places in the area! I loved the cooked pork shank and the banh xeo and how you are able to make your own rolls with everything! Truly felt like home and they didn't forget any ingredients! The banh xeo did have a little too much bean sprout which made it a bit soggy, but overall good flavor! Although I loved all the dishes, the eggroll did disappoint me. It was crispy but the filling was very dry and didn't taste like much.

This review is a little late. Was here about 3 weeks ago. Everything we ordered was good. We were greeted at the door and were seated pretty quickly. The waiter spoke pretty good English and was able to put our order in pretty easily. We enjoyed everything we ordered, the parking lot is pretty small but we came at a decent time to find a parking spot. The dinning area was a good size, can accommodate a group of 8-10 easily. We didn't get a chance to try the DYI spring rolls. Will definitely be back to try the spring rolls.

Quan Mii has the best banh xeo I've ever had. It's always perfectly crispy, which is hard to find. I ordered the banh xeo with pork, shrimp, and squid ($19.95) and the banh beo hue ($11.95), and both were amazing. The flavors were spot on, and the fish sauces they came with were perfect -- balanced, flavorful, and really tied everything together. It's a great casual spot, though it definitely gets busy on weekends. Still 100% worth it. I'll keep coming back for that banh xeo.

Monday is super busy here at Quan Mii in Westminster. Everything here has increased in price significantly especially the fresh extra plate of herbs and vegetables $6.95. Holy cow!! We had order the Vietnamese crepe and the pork belly boiled with lots of veggies and herbs. You would expect a large plate of vegetables and herbs extra but not here. Definitely disappointing to say the least they have changed with the rate of inflation here too. Not sure we like eating here anymore even though the food is just mediocre now and not truly outstanding as we remember from two years ago here. The fish sauce is quite sweet and needs extra lime juice to smooth out the sweetness. Banh Beo was also mediocre as well and something was missing from the recipe of Hue. Thank goodness the vegetables are nice and clean with generous portions if you order the pork belly platter here. Total cost $80 for four guests today. I would only recommend this place for first time tourists to California little Saigon but not for the local foodie lovers who live here in Garden Grove as there are better quality locations serving the dishes. Overall a good selection for beginners and if you're money enhanced with extra cash to afford eating out every week. But not for the cheap auntie who is watching her pennies to save for retirement funds. Enjoy and let the sunshine be upon thee.

Quan Mii is the sister restaurant to Quan Nhii and can also be found in the Bolsa Mini Mall on the opposite end. Their specialty appears to be bánh xèo or crispy Vietnamese crepe. We unfortunately didn't try it and opted to order the rice wraps again. The rice wrap options are limited, but we tried the cooked pork shank and it was delightful. I also tried the yellow noodle soup with pork ribs and patties, and it was decent but not memorable. I'm biased towards the menu at Quan Nhii, but we definitely need to revisit and try the crispy crepes!

We were out shopping and got really hungry. We fixed that by going to tried-and-true Quan Mii for a quick meal. I love getting the grilled lemongrass pork and shrimp bowl, but salad style instead of the noodles. That definitely did the trick. Delicious and satisfying. Casual. Quick service. Please come and create your own adventure.

Ban xeo is crispy full of coconut milk creaminess. Bomb as usual. Still loving the lemongrass pork vermicelli. Delicious.

Went on New Year's Day and it was busy but we got seated in about 30 minutes! We ordered the banh xeo with pork, shrimp and squid, pork shank and egg rolls. I'm not even going to attempt to type any of that in Vietnamese lol Everything was delicious! Banh xeo was crispy and bursting with flavor from the coconut and turmeric. Pork shank was good but nothing crazy. Now let's talk about those egg rolls... gah lee! Some of the best I've ever had. I like how they give you rice papers to make your own spring rolls - I had never been somewhere that did that. Shows that I need to try more Vietnamese spots that aren't just pho or banh mi!!

Drove 1 hour just to try this place! I think they are popular for their Banh xeo (I've never been a fan of this dish in general). We ordered the dac Biet but there were so many bean sprouts compared to the pork/shrinp/squid. I would say get the regular so you don't spend extra for minimal toppings.. generous portions though! Bun rieu- unique flavor and such a good broth! 5/5 Mi quang- husband loved this dish!! 5/5 Will definitely come back to try the other dishes :)

I've been wanting to try this place for a while now.. but when I saw their happy hour popup on my iG, it was a sign. Their happy hour is Tuesday-Thursdays from 3-5 $5 banh beo tray (steamed rice cakes) $5 Spring rolls $10 egg rolls $15 Banh xeo (crispy crepe with shrimp, squid, pork) I came in at 4pm and surprisingly there wasn't a wait. Wooohooo! I love that the banh beo and xeo can be modified to have no pork. The HH entres are full regular portions are they are very generous.

Been craving some Banh Xeo, i remembered seeing this place after we had dinner at a restaurant in the same plaza. A bit disappointed in the Banh Xeo, it was big but full of bean sprouts, not flavorful and not alot of meat. I ordered the one with pork, shrimp and squid. It comes with spring roll wrappers, taste better when you roll it up like springrolls then eating it alone. Spring rolls with shrimp were good, my husband likes his vermicelli pork and eggrolls. Im pretty sure i ordered the Banh beo with shredded shrimp and pork but got the one with shredded shrimp and mung bean instead. Its ok, not going to complain, i don't want extra "flavor" in my food ;D I don't think i would come back here, next time i crave Banh xeo i'll try a different place. Oh and this place also had an annoying bug flying around when we were trying to eat lol.

Pork & shrimp all rolled up - so delicious!

This is such a cute place, tucked away in the corner of a shopping plaza. There's plenty of parking & quite a few nearby shops for dessert, boba, etc. We were greeted & seated right away. Service was great the entire time - our server was so pleasant, friendly, & the food came out quick. The veggies & herbs were so fresh & the crepe was perfectly crispy. The filling was also delicious, but the sauce was bomb - yes, I needed 2 lil bowls of sauce. Thank you, Quan Mii... we'll be back again!

We were celebrating a very dear friend's 40th birthday and wanted her table to feel extra special. I reached out ahead of time to ask if we could bring our own tablecloth, dinner plate ware, and small florals to dress the table, very minimal -- and not only did they say yes, they were genuinely accommodating and warm about it. We had offered to handle all the cleanup ourselves (scraping off the food and taking it off, bringing home all the dirty dishes), but our waiter Vu went far above and beyond: after dinner, he offered to take our decorative plates to the kitchen to have them washed -- and they came back warm, dry, and spotless. That single gesture said everything about the kind of person he is and the culture of this restaurant. Vu was attentive, thoughtful, and made our entire table feel cared for all evening. The manager also stopped by a couple of times to check on us, which was such a lovely touch. When I had requested a quieter, more private area of the restaurant with less foot traffic, they delivered exactly that -- a cozy corner that felt like it was just ours for the night. And the food? Absolutely delicious. Everything we ordered was wonderful. We also brought a homemade matcha cake from Sugar Farm Bakery, and we offered Vu and his team a slice -- they came back out to rave about it and thank us, which just warmed our hearts. This is the kind of restaurant that makes you feel like family. Whether you're coming for the incredible food or looking for the perfect place to host a meaningful celebration, Brodard Chateau is it. We are so grateful and will absolutely be back. Highly, highly recommend!

The sweetness of the grilled pork, the crispiness of the eggrolls wrapper bits, and the freshness of the vegetables pairs with the special sauce never fails to satisfy the craving. This time we tried their cheeseburger spring Roasted Duck spring rolls. I am not a duck fan so this was okay to me. The meat was well seasoned with the spices and the hoisin sauce was a nice balance. The crispy Vietnamese eggrolls were also a first and it was great! The meaty and crispiness of the eggrolls eaten like a lettuce wrap with the nuoc Cham sauce was delicious. This place always seems to be busy and rushed and can get a bit loud but the service is always great. They have a bar where you can grab some drinks while you wait. Their lychee martini is good. There is also a dessert display in the front where you check in which we haven't tried yet.

Over all those years, they have never disappointed me and continue to serve really good food. I usually get the beef brisket pho and it's really good. The noodles are just the right texture, the broth is clean and flavorful, and the meat tastes fresh and tender. Their dui bo is also very good, but usually runs out after 1:00 or 2:00 pm, since they only have a limited amount of this item every day. The meat is fall off the bone tender and has a more fatty flavor to it. It usually sits in some broth that absorbs that beefy and fatty flavor from the bone. A great addition to any bowl of pho. Alternatively, I sometimes also get the bun thit nuong and it's very good. The eggrolls it comes with is wrapped with rice paper, so when it's fried up, it has such a satisfying crunch and texture to it. The thit nuong is has a nice smokey, grilled flavor to it. The shrimps are okay as well. This is a very satisfying and filling dish, so if you're looking for a high volume dish, this may be the one to get. Expect long lines during peak hours. I can confirm though that the wait is worth it! Service is always very good. The ambiance on the inside is fine, very plain and unassuming in my opinion.
