There are so many places to try in the area it's hard to pick. We were so excited to get to try this place when it was raining since we were craving noodle soup. This place was very fun since it was new for us! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The store is on the small side for how busy it is & the plaza parking was a little tricky due to the busy time but doable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There was a little bit of a wait, but it moved pretty quickly. Very authentic & service was prompt. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Bathroom was very clean & smelled nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Complimentary iced sweet tea was a plus. Food: I think we got the 8, 27, & 33. Imma be honest I'm not sure if I got those right. It's my best guess from looking at the pic & menu. I appreciated how they starred the popular items on each dish. We needed that bc there were a lot of new foods we never tried before. Hoping we ate it right bc we were being watched by some of the patrons (but possibly bc we ordered 3 dishes for 2 ppl?). Portions were pretty big (enough to take home) & so affordable esp if you pay in cash! You have to pay at the counter. SO SAD I was looking forward to the bahn beo chen the most, but they were sold out (which is good to keep in mind for the future). The rice rolls were the best. I would probably get that one again if I had to pick one dish. My second favorite was the house special udon. If you're coming w/ a party that is willing to share, you should get one of the rice rolls, bahn beo, & a popular noodle soup for sure. I loved how generous they were w/ the sauces, providing each table w/ their own cup of fish sauce & other items. Some cuisines & restaurants would probably charge for it & give less but they don't do that here which makes me like them more. Also loved adding the peppers into the sauce to upgrade the spice. This is one of my parent's favorites and we recently went for a sister get together. The rice crepes are streamed fresh and what makes Viet rice crepe noodles special is the filling and the fish sauce. The toppings take it over the top. The secret though is the fish sauce, which has to lean just slightly sweet. This place does all so well. There's also a good variety of other entrees for people who are not feeling steam rice crepes. In Vietnam, I usually eat steam rice crepes for breakfast. We came here for breakfast/brunch and it was a good thing because they got busy quickly with a waitlist. Strip center parking. Casual.
