Not sure why it deleted my review but I will continue to post again!!! This is the worst dealership ever. All employees are unprofessional! Let's not talk about the manager he's so incompetent! I was with the sales rep until this man came asking taking the car "where's my money"constantly repeating until I asked the sales rep who is he. He said it's the manager. Who does that? I should have known it was a red flag and walked out!!! Unfortunately, I really wanted the car so I still continued with the process yet at the end they told me the car isn't ready that it needs to get the tires changed. The manager said it'll be ready by tomorrow if I leave it which I did. I waited for him to return a phone call to give me an update. He didn't. I tried reaching him multiple times and nothing! It been pass two days so on my day off I went in person. I asked the sales rep if I could speak to manager but no one gave me an answer but to just wait. I finally see him and he takes forever to speak to me . Took him like an hour!!!! So much for great customer service! It only gets worse!!! The manager said it's not ready and that he has to order them still when he said it'd be ready within a day so now another few days? Once again I tried to reach after a week and nothing. I pulled up again and the one from service told me he still didn't order them. That's crazy. Clearly for them it's a game. It took them almost a month to get the tires and the spear key. I bought a car august 2022 it's September 2022 my first payment is up and I called to ask if I can get my account number because It's my first car and I'm new they started saying I owe them $500 and that I agreed to it and i never discussed that with them. So in our conversation they hung on me 5 times it was super late already and at the end I agreed to pay it because they told me they would put me to collections they were not believing me at all. So then I call again to ask for my account number and they' said put your last social and I tell them who do I call they gave me 3-4 names 2 are insurance one is credit and the other idk and I call them one number didn't allow me to access to them the other said I needed a account I don't have it because they said that and clicked. I never got a letter about my payments so now my first payment will be late. I'm so dissapointed with them I have bad credit and I thought this would help me but I think their scammers. They told me if I paid in time for 4 months it would get reduced in car payments and thanks to them I won't have that happiness. This is not a reliable helpful dealer ship. I was going to write a good review about this place but in reality, that's not the case anymore. I bought a car from here a year and a half ago and had a nice down payment but terrible credit. They were great in helping me get approved ( but I got approved with an awfully high APR). I really just wanted to build up my credit again. I go back a year later looking to trade my car in since I really got bored of it and wanted something I actually liked. When I got here nobody nobody wanted to help me and when I mentioned wanting to look for something different the person just hanging out by the door not doing anything said, oh you have to wait for the person that sold you the car to be there, of course its not like he was there or its not like anyone else could help me. This place is only 20 miles away, I could stop by another time right? A month ago I decided to fill out an inquiry of trading my car in explaining when i bought it and for them to contact me. (I've payed off so much in this year and a half but I wasn't going to disclose it until they responded) Of course they haven't so far. So this past week I've been looking for something new, I took my car to CarMax to get an appraisal right? Well they inspected the car and found clamp marks on the frame as if its been straighten out! Here's the story I got a Mini Cooper s from this place. I drove it home on the freeway and the car was shaking. They put tires on it the same problem. I then took my car to Mini Cooper. They said that my back right rim is bent and that's why it's shaking. Also my hood manifold is coming apart.Quantum denied there part in selling me a broken car. The reason I'm writing this is because I want to worn car buyers this place is a scam and are selling broke Automobiles for profit. Jose Finace manager will tell you anything for sale and will not call you back and work with you don't work with him. First they called me and told me to pick up my registration, perfect. When I get there they don't know what happened? Tough luck, then they offered my a spare key and claim they never had a spare to this car. This has been the worst company I've ever had to work with. They really only care about the commission. I regret deleting my previous review. They tried to fix the ongoing issues and problems i was having with this vehicle so they convinced me to take down my negative review. They offered me a "free oil change" lol these people here are a joke!! I bought a vehicle from them about 5 months ago and from day 1 it's been giving me problems. From a bad battery which left me stranded and it was on a Sunday so there mechanics don't work those days I had to buy a battery out of my own pocket. Then to find out the AC totally did not work! I lived in corona at that time !! It was a black car ! You can imagine how hot and frustrated I was. All they do is bullshit you an give you the run around. Now I am stuck with this vehicle (which is far from being paid off) and the TRANSMISSION JUST WENT OUT ! It's going to cost $3,802.85 to get it replaced. The car is not even Worth that much ! I am beyond pissed ! I HOPE this doesn't happen to anyone else (even though I'm sure it already has ) BEWARE BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING FRM THIS PLACE! Very surprised that this dealer has no reviews. Went the other day to look at their vehicles and every single car they had were priced above blue book. Also the condition of their vehicles were very poor and they looked beat. Sure they will finance anyone even if you have repos and a credit score under 500 with 2,000 to 4,000 down. Quantum Autos owners are sexist towards women and racist to anyone other than Hispanic. My boyfriend and I had recently bought a car from them and two days later the suspension goes out on us while driving, more importantly making a left hand turn and could've had us killed(2014 black mustang convertible). Being a woman and knowing what I'm talking about when it comes to cars and I told them that, they didn't take me seriously at all. I got upset and they were telling me because I was "a lady" I should not be speaking to them the way that I was, they were disrespecting me in the first place. Then they started talking behind my back in Spanish and I started speaking Spanish to them to show that I truly understood what they were saying and they said that I was against immigration and all this stuff, when in truth my boyfriend is Vietnamese and I'm white and based on the fact that I was white and speaking Spanish they got all upset. And the fact that I was a women that made it even worse because they played the "women don't know anything" card. DO NOT purchase cars from them because all they care about it taking your money and by the way, the did not end up fixing the car even though it was faulty part. run alway from this dealer ship!! the guy who's name is alex, that's supposed to be in charge of services and calles himself the manager will steal from you and screwed you over bllliiiind!!!!! he will scam you. i gave them 14,000 dollars down payment on a 26,000 dollar car. it came up to 30,000 including taxes. they said they would give me a discount but after i found out the discount was taking off the gap insurance on my vehicle i refused the discount obviously!. the vehicle is a 2015 explorer. i bought it around 2 months ago. they approved me with a 22 percent interest rate because i basically have no credit. i accepted because i'm good for paying my vehicle quick and i was desperate on owning a car again, no problem that's was still fine. rudy was the sales person, he was courteous.i bought my car in the middle of the night around 11 pm. i took the vehicle as it was. i was told any missing parts would be taken care off. the vehicle was missing carpets, the 2nd row bucket seats, arm rests and a second key i live 3 hours always from this dealership so i took i took i and put my faith in there word. after talking back and forth with rudy for a couple of weeks and asking him about this missing parts he finally directed me to the men that he said deals with car services and any missing parts the so called manager. i texted him 2 to 3 weeks ago and he made one call to me that same evening. after i told him about the missing parts he told me he would find out what he could do for me. that after he found out he would give me a call back. i work weekends in la so i told to to please let me know asap so i can drive an hour alway from my work to get the items once they come in. that was the only conversation i had with him untill today. needless to say days went buy and he got lost. i never received a phone call or a text. i texted him and asked what happened. after a couple of weeks of no answer i decided to call rudy my car sells person and ask what was going on. he said that alex the manager was telling him i don't show up to appointments he makes for me and that he has had several conversations with me. i called alex again he finally answered. i asked to speak to a manager, a owner! any body! over this thief and lier!!! . he refused! he proceeded to say he was the only boss) . he proceeded to insult me! calling mee a lier! , making up imaginary conversation, appointments that never rver happened!! i even asked him how is it possible for a client to have an appointment and not know about it?? and he said ups your 30 days of service to get the missing parts on your car is up!! needless to say he lingered me on, on purpose like he probably does avery body that's too far to drive there to make him do he's job. he's a fraud he's a cheat, he's a poor excuse for a representation of that dealership!! . after i told him i don't ever want to deal with him in my life again after this stress he has caused me, he sent me a text saying that i refused to work with him about this situation. really?? read more

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! I purchased a bmw from them and drove from rwo hours away to pick it up i realized when i was there that the tire emergency lights were on and pointed it out to my salesman Rudy, he looked at the car and said "oh the wheels are not even the same leave it overnight ill have them fix it and you can pick it up tomorrow " i drove two hours home and two back the next day and it still wasnt fixed my ride had already left so i had to take the car and Rudy said bring it back and they would repair it along with the small crack in the windshield. I had the car about a week not really driving it on my way back to return it for repairs i slid, spun out and hit the center divider on the freeway , totaling my car and sustaining serious injuries. The car was found to be unsafe and should have never been sold in that condition..when i brought it to the attention of quantum auto sales they apologized and said they have plenty other cars for sale if im interested. No concern for the fact that their unsafe car could have killed myself, my child or any number of random people and no interest in returning any of my large deposit.
