I can't even comment on the service because I walked in for my 1pm appointment and was asked to wait 10-15 mins. When I called I told the gentleman I spoke with I only had limited time for my appointment and was told no problem. Don't go if you are in a hurry because your on their time appointment or not. * Tips are cash only too. read more

Had an appointment at 4pm waited until 4:25pm. I got up saying that it was taking too long, the guy that works the front desk apologized and said that he'd call me back in within the next 10 minutes. I didn't receive a call till 5:37pm saying that they became really busy. Wanted to give this place a chance but that was very unprofessional and poor service. read more

Since I've been coming here they're always busy which for a business is a good thing. Means their work speaks for itself...BUT they over book, always. I don't mind waiting and I've been asked to wait/come back more times than not. But today , I called and they told me they had availability so I came in. I'm in the chair and in comes a party of 2 maybe 10 minutes after I sit down. I heard one of the ladies state that her appointment was over an hour ago. I had just mentioned to the woman doing my pedicure that I wanted the deluxe. she told me she didn't have time ( to accommodate for the lady who walked in late) .. she then starts rushing my pedicure.. I'm not sure about you, but that's a sure way to let me know my business means nothing to you. Lisa burned me twice with the drill , she cut me twice on each foot, burned me with the paraffin wax and my white nail polish looks like I painted it with my non dominate hand. I need no more experiences like this past one to know this salon doesn't need my business. It's unfortunate because the sisters and one other lady (short hair ) were very nice. But to be charged 75 dollars for that experience and not even an apology. I just don't come back. read more

Everytime Amanda does my nails they always come out looking sooo good!! I live in Fontana and don't mind driving 30-40 min to see her! She always does a great job with my nails. I have been here several times, it was okay at first, then they messed up on a design I had on one nail but I let it go, then I went to get a fill and they totally messed them up, they don't know how to do fills correctly, she used the wrong color , she didn't file them correctly and she didn't seal them for moisture, they looked terrible a day later ( I have been getting my nails done in different places on and off for 20 years and this has never happened) I had moisture between my nails and the tips a day after I had them fill. I had an appointment but she rushed my appointment because she had double booked. I will not be returning. I went somewhere else to have my tips removed before the fungus grows. I made an appointment online and when I arrived they didn't have my appointment on the books but still got me in. I had my pedicure first and it was good but I believe my nail tech did not put a top coat on because it did had texture to it and has already chipped and it has only been 1 week and 3 days. After my pedicure I waited about 35 minutes to get a full set. I showed them a reference picture from their Instagram and did not get that as the lady said she has never done it. I don't really mind about the design but today 4 nails popped off without any hesitation or me trying to take them off and it has not even been 2 weeks. Came here for the first time today because I recently moved to Pomona and wanted to try to find a nice salon, which I never have good luck with. But this was 100% the best salon experience I've ever had. The staff was so welcoming and friendly in a very natural way that didn't feel like it was just forced niceness to be professional. They were genuinely so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. They also did such an incredible job on my nails, I've never been this satisfied with acrylic nails before! I showed them a picture and they gave me exactly what I wanted. Lyndy did my set and they're extremely comfortable and perfect for me. Amanda did the art and she put in some real effort to make the design look as nice as possible. Lynn did my nails, she was very nice and talkative, and I liked the job she did on my nails. However 4 days after getting my nails done one cracked. I went back to get it fixed and everything was okay. 2 Days Later another one cracked. This has never happened to me.
