    House special pho
    Stephanie G.

Wandered in out of the pouring freezing rain, thinking that some hot pho would be just what the doctor ordered. And I was right! I tried the house special, and highly recommend it. Was absolutely delicious, and you get a decent portion for the (very reasonable for Manhattan) price. It paired quite nicely with some hot sake! Cute aesthetic to the place. The service left something to be desired, but wasn't horrible either. Overall, I'd recommend that you check this place out. Careful that you don't accidentally walk into the Chinese place next door. You want to go up the staircase to the left. Blink and you'd miss this place.

Great spot for some casual Pho. I got the house special, and it arrived QUICK. Flavorful broth, and they had chili sauce on the table for an extra kick. Doesn't come with all the bells and whistles, the quality, speed, and price point make it worth it. Would never have known they were there if I hadn't seen their sign outside advertising their banh mi which I can't wait to come back and try!

I stopped by to get a quick mid-day pick me up. I was surprised to see a Vietnamese restaurant by Times Square. You have to walk up a light of stairs and turn left. I got a Vietnamese iced coffee to go ($4.39). It was not strong at all.... I would rather pay more for a stronger Viet iced coffee.

4.5 / 5.0 - I don't have very high expectations of restaurants in Times Square in general, but Quick Pho was better than many other pho spots I've been to in the city. We went past noon on a weekday and it was pretty quiet. By the time we were leaving, there were more diners--mostly solo or two people. It's on the 2nd floor and the floor was not leveled at all, which was a bit disturbing at first, but you get used to it. We shared the Signature Pork Spring Roll ($6+), which was tasty. And I had the Quick Cooked Beef Pho ($12+), which was delicious. They also had the pho in a larger size for $14+. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a great, reasonably priced pho spot in the city.

I'd never imagine I'd find a bowl of authentic northern pho. The flavor brings me straight back to Hanoi. Noodles cooked perfectly and the garnishes are all authentic northern; down to the pickled pepper and garlic. Being half Vietnamese, this is the first time I've ever had northern style pho in New York.

Take the stairs to the 2nd level for some pho in the theater district. Ordered a small pho (the noodles are slightly broader than most places) with sliced raw beef, pork spring rolls and beef dumplings. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Bottom line, the food was tasty and the service was fast.

Wtf is this. They call it a vermicelli bowl?? Disgusting. Fried roll was dry and flavorless

If negative stars could be given, this place is so bad my entire vietnamese family left in disbelief. For starters, nothing "quick" about it, they took over 20 minutes to get us over food and nothing was edible. 1. The pho broth was mucky, cloudy, and disgusting to even look at. No aroma of pho in the air at all. No beansprouts, no hoison sauce or even hot sauce. 2. I asked if I can order a small order of plain rice. They said they don't have it but they have fried rice on the menu? Server was extremely slow and could barely hear him speak. The table infront of us ordered the fried rice and left without even touching it. 3. We got the pork vermicelli and I am just in disbelief that they could even attempt to call it a bun thit. It had barely any noodles and gave us fried egg rolls WITH LITERALLY NOTHING ELSE ? The fish sauce was bleak and had a sour smell to it 4. The menu had like 5 things and clearly lacked sooooo much effort. How does a place like this even attempt to open? Please go anywhere else it's so bad!

my first soup of the the fall season! - this spot is upstairs about a ramen place that had a line around the corner... so I was a little concerned about my choice - I went on Sunday at 6 and was able to sit right away. it's very plain restaurant, good for a quick bite. many tables and speedy service. good for a quick bite, have cocktails and drinks too - I ordered the signature house pho which came with brisket, meatballs, and egg. I wish the egg had been jammy, but I loved the meatballs. they were chilly and thick! The brisket was pretty flavorless. it quite soft, but really tasted like nothing - the broth was good, especially with the garlic, hot sauce on the table, pho broth is rarely anything to write home about but I was content with this - the noodles were cooked well but honestly there weren't that many! usually when I get a big bowl of noodles soup I'd expect to leave pretty full of broth AND noodles .... I'm just a walking pot of broth right now!

Best pho I have tried. Very flavorful and comforting. The staffs are very welcoming and kind. Definitely Recommend this place.

Service is fast. They don't many options, not even for sauces. If ask for soy sauce they will bring you a little not a bottle. I am not from Vietnam, but I think there is room for improvement here. They don't bring you the raw vegetables that the other Pho places do. It is an eat and leave kind of place. place.

Found Quick Pho after nearby ramen restaurants had a huge line. No wait to get a table and service was very quick - perfect for dinner before a show. The restaurant itself isn't fancy, but that didn't bother me. Pho itself was delicious! Spring rolls were also good, although slightly greasy. They do not use peanuts in any of their cooking, so this is a great option if you have a peanut allergy.

New northern style pho addition in the city. Noodles and broth were good (slightly less sweet than I was expecting), and the pickled chili and garlic shows its authenticity. The beef was a bit too thin for my liking, but it cooked quickly in the well-seasoned broth. Spring rolls were interesting - used real crab, but rice paper was a little chewy. Quick and friendly service, situated on the second floor.

I got the pho ($21.78), which is steep for pho, but I guess that's Midtown prices for you. The wait was a slog--over 20 minutes for a bowl of pho, which other Yelp reviews warned about. When it finally arrived, the soup lacked that authentic pho aroma, which was a letdown. On the plus side, the beef was fresh, and the reusable to-go bag was a nice touch. Decent, but the wait and price make it hard to love. Might try again if they speed things up.

I ordered "Plain Pho", which is described as just broth and noodles, no garnish or meat. After waiting 30 minutes, for what is literally the simplest item on the menu, the bowl is brought out and it's a bowl of broth with a couple slices of chicken. No noodles. When I inquired, the server told me it's because I ordered the Plain Pho... yea and I said it comes with noodles and broth. They told me they could get me noodles, but acted like they were doing me a favor by fetching noodles for me, which was quite offputting because the noodles were quite literally half of the dish I actually ordered. How does one wait half-an-hour at a very casual fast Vietnamese food place, for premade soup and noodles, and still have the order wrong? In the end, I did get my noodles and broth, but the fact that I had to spend this much time and also justify my request for noodles (which are part of the dish) is quite insane. I put this at 2 stars for now, because I enjoyed my first time. Hopefully the service will improve.
