The charging stations make it difficult to get in and out as those people can be challenging to maneuver around. Brand new quick quack car wash here for Jurupa Valley. This location is in the busy brand new Target shopping center. This location seems to get pretty busy and the vacuums are limited on Saturdays As always, the employees here are friendly, welcoming and provide great service . I do wish they quick quack car wash would judge a location and have vacuums according to what business they project they will have . The wash broke down while cars were inside, so there was a wait to get inside of the tunnel. It was less than 5 minutes and they got it up and running g again. The exterior needed to be maintained a little more. Lots of trash from lazy customers just dumping the trash from their cars onto the ground, Instead of taking g it to the trash. One of the cubes was broken on the vacuum, but an associate came out and fixed it. Other than that, ot was a decent experience. read more

I know this place has only been open for a short time now. I decided to give it a try today. When you drive up, you are greeted by someone who gives you a one minute spiel about their options and memberships. I was there just for one time to try it out. I paid for the good one time wash. As you go through the wash, the brushes are really loud on the car. As I exited and pulled over to the area to vacuum the car. I noticed it didn't wash the back of my car. I drive a five-year-old Toyota Camry. I was impressed with the vacuum area as you have a couple of choices of vacuum nozzles. There are towels there to wipe off the wet areas of the car. There was even a nozzle to blow off any extra water. I wasn't that impressed with how it cleaned my car on the outside but was impressed with the vacuum area. I don't feel I got my value when it comes to the wash. I probably will not return as I paid $12 for a wash that didn't even wash all of my car. Sorry, quick quack I was not impressed. They open promptly at 7am, bring out towels, and spray the car a little bit. Problem: the towels are always moist. I arrive at 7am, and the towels are never dry. Those towels leave an odor when I wipe the inside of the car. I'm going to have to cancel my membership. read more

This was the best experience I could possibly ask for in a carwash. I payed for the whole month in advance and the price is great for the whole month. Now I don't have to worry about paying each time I go wash my vehicle. I just go, get my car washed and everyone there is so exceptionally helpful and willing to help in anything I need. I went to this place for the first time and I've been going to their places and establishments for over five years and I went to this one and their pressure washers peeled my paint and they don't want to fix it. I put in the complaint and they said they'll get back to me within five days and they never have and when I was having a conversation with the man that was working there, he said That my car is older than 2010 they might not fix it most likely this made me extremely unhappy and unsatisfied with their service and also never going there again and I canceled my membership with them after being with them for over five years also I wish I could give them zero stars, but I can't read more

I made a spreadsheet of the car washes in the Riverside area (chains and local) and this is the best deal for the level of the wash. Just taking 1 car twice a month saves money on what would be two carwashes separately. So we take our two cars at least once a week each and get the most out of it. This car wash place is a brand new location and they offer quick car washes with optional vacuums afterwards. They might be more expensive than other places but they offer membership that allow car washes at any of their other locations. The staff is friendly and helpful if you need anything. The car wash itself was ok, but when I tried to cancel the 9.99 membership on the day Michael the guy who sold it to me (he said I had until 8/22), the agent on the phone rudely told me it was too late. So I was charged 57.00 which seems EXTREMELY HIGH for one month. I should have paid better attention to the small print, but I hope others don't make this mistake. Update- Yes I understand the contract had a lot of small print and terms and conditions that I thought were a bit unreasonable, but I was told by an employee named Michael a few days earlier that I just needed to cancel by the 22nd which was incorrect. I am not asking for any refund now, I would just like others to know my experience so they are more aware. read more

I am a member and have tried going at 7 am before work many times they are not open. Today there were lines of cars and no employees were opening the lines. Very frustrating to pay a membership for something that is not available at a posted time.
