We found getting the subscription works best for us! If you only wash your car twice a month, you've almost covered the subscription. If you wash it more than twice a month, it pays for itself! Currently, they're running several special offers, I've included them in the pictures which I've posted with review. I feel that they're a great value, no matter what, and the offers make them even better! I highly recommend not only the car wash, but the restaurant and the grocery/knickknack shop inside. My experience with Wash Masters' membership cancellation process was extremely frustrating. The car wash itself was fine, but ending the membership became unnecessarily difficult. For more than a week, I was sent back and forth and told to contact different locations just to cancel. The process felt intentionally confusing and exhausting, as though it was designed to make customers give up before completing the cancellation. After I finally managed to cancel, I was charged for another month almost immediately afterward. I contacted the manager, Jesus Moto, politely asking for assistance, but he did nothing to help resolve the situation. This could have been handled easily and professionally. Instead, Wash Masters lost someone who might have returned in the future, and I would now discourage others from signing up for the membership. Anyone considering joining should keep records of every cancellation attempt and carefully check their bank statements afterward.

Not a hello or thank you other than cashier. In addition, customer areas in disarray. Furniture all over the place. TVs not working. Restroom was dirty with no paper towels or toilet paper. I used to enjoy the massage chairs while waiting but those are gone too. Time to find another full service car wash.

I literally chose a package without visiting first and - after my visit I'm glad I did! This location operates off your license plate which is sooo much better than places that put stickers on your car that take forever to remove. They handed me a little air freshener and wipe before going through the wash. (It's the little things.) There are several vacuum / dry off locations available. I'm obsessed, and can't wait to return.
