I've been coming here since they opened. I love their friendly staff! They are always really happy and very helpful. I love that they always have drying towels in stock, they free vacuum service is so great! I sometimes come here not because I need a car wash but in need of a vacuum, the good wash is my go to so I can also vacuum my car quickly! They are currently having a promo for a whole month it's $11.99 which is the price of 1 good wash! It's a great value! I have had a their top wash for close to a year. It doesn't do the best of jobs I was still pretty happy even if I had to pretty much dry my car myself after each wash. I just got a new car with a rear wiper blade and with in the first week it ripped off the cover to the blade and had broken off the wiper blade but not the arm. I filed a report with them about it. The next wash I did it ripped off the arm to the blade but they found the parts this time. Couple of weeks goes by and they end up buying me the cover to the arm. She told me she watch the video of my car going into the wash with the part but leaving the other end without the part. It ended up needing the dealership to fix the arm because of some special pressurized tool. $145 later I take the receipt back to quick quack and after two weeks, they told me they don't believe their machines malfunctioned and will not reimburse me or give me credit for the $145. So I canceled my account with them. As I was leaving a car pulled up next to me, asking to talk to the team leader about his blade being ripped off of his truck. Over all I was happy with all the people at this store and many others. In would probably get a wash once or twice a week because I use my car for work. Allow me to re explain the incident that occurred following my trip to quick quack. As a member, I go quite often and usually just bring my own microfiber towels from Costco to dry and clean my exterior as well as dust off my interior. The towels I purchased from quick quack (green and yellow) were not specifically mentioned their use, so I used it on my screen display. Mind you, I use my yellow microfiber towels from Costco every time but forgot mine and decided to try theirs. Due to their gross negligence in taking liability in how their customers use their products, it was not stated how or where these towels are meant to be used. I've been in contact with several respected managers and they have come to the conclusion that it was "user error". I didn't purchase my membership or product provided with the intention to cause damage to my property. I hope I can make a difference in this company's policy and correct the wrongs and mistakes on their behalf. Thank you for your time, I know this is a long read. Just because you denied the claim does not mean you did not cause it. I never received any picture your mentioned in your response. Nor, did I receive a copy of the video, which I requested. I heard a metal to metal scrape while in the car wash. On your google reviews you responded to someone that you guarantee a clean wash and if someone is not satisfied that it would be rectified, yet you never offered that for the POLLEN not SAP on my car. $26 is a lot to not have a clean car. This wash was no better than a gas station wash, and I have never had any damage from any car wash in my life. In addition, it was determined by the body shop that it broke my hubcap too, which fits considering that you have to drive the car into a metal track. As for the dirt on on my hood, you have someone with a power washer at the entrance, who should have sprayed the hood to remove any stuck on dirt. This car wash has acted in bad faith and it is reasonable that potential clients understand how your business operates when it does not want to accept responsibility for the damage caused while in the wash, and how you handle claims when they are made. read more

This is the most expensive automated car wash in the area with the lowest quality. I paid 26 for their ceramic wash. Wheels hardly cleaned and back window still dirty. I would say they were trouble areas to reach but the Ultra car wash across the street gets em cleaned everytime. I honestly came here because they had the air nozzles to get the crevices of my interior but defintely not worth the trip back. Save yourself some time and frustration and go to the Ultra wash across the street. Also when I say I don't want your monthly membership that's not an invitation to ask 2 more times. This Carwash on Arlington/ Van Buren sucks it doesn't wash ur car good it is still dirty & ur car gets stuck inside the Carwash, it's pretty scary. I heard metal hit my car back in February 2024 & scratched my whole car especially my 2 passenger car doors. I have been going back & forth with Chantel Crandall & Nicholas Holding. They agreed & tried to buff & polish out the deep scratches but only on my 2 doors, well it didn't work there deep scratches. Still waiting to hear back from them, it is now September 2024. wife and i usually go to GO car wash on indiana and madison. today we were driving by new quick quack car wash and decided to try it. I will never go back here! I almost signed up for the monthly too...There was one car in front of us and the whole car wash shit down and stuck the car right in the middle. it took two employees to get the car back to the start and had to restart the whole machine. at this point there were three cars behind me so no backing out. we go through the car wash and the right side shammies are all rotating but wont hardly touch the car, im guessing the sensors were off.....we come out of the car wash and half the car is washed and the other half is just wet and dirty. I go to pull into a parking spot and every port is occupied and because they are not monitoring how long people are there. mind you when we arrived there was only the one car ahead of us that got stuck. you have one car with nobody in it just parked in the center stall, and since the parking was engineered to be one way you have to back out of the place if no spots are available. wife was so frustrated she asked me to just eat the 27.99 cost because she didnt want to even ask to go through the wash again because it wasnt worth our time. He ended up selling me on a monthly car wash that I didn't think made sense until he explained the benefits, and why it would benefit me. I'm not a happy customer/member of this location operation. It seems that the mechanical brushes in vehicle car wash are very hard on vehicles and may do damage. Today just got back from a week vacation took my vehicle in to get car washed. First run through tiny black marks on side of vehicle. Went to OFFICE shack in front of building. Talk to Sergio. Advised him of marks on vehicle. He suggested to run through again. After second time, running vehicle through. Mechanical brushes pushing my side mirrors causing damage from pushing forward and backwards. Now, after side mirror, external cover has been removed by equipment brushes. Went back to shack in front of business to talk to Sergio again. Advised him the car wash is causing damage to my vehicle. He needs to go get my cover for missing item. He went and found item in the car wash. He looked over the item. It seem to pop off mirror, clips OK for now. Also took pictures before and after missing cover on mirror. also, Sergio advised me that he can add to my vehicle information to retract brushes from touching side mirrors in the future and added to the system. I took pictures of mirror and the add-on that he put in the system to reinsure me that It gets done. I Would like to get a response back about this.
