Went to wash my car, a line of cars waiting, most of the time the car wash doesn't open on time, for some reason they didn't open at all, the cars that had lined up had to start backing out, staff doesn't communicate what is going on and if they will open anytime soon. When I went this weekend, vacuums are broken or clogged, I had to move to a different spot, the air nozzles have been broken for months and staff doesn't know why or when it will be fixed. I'm paying for a service that I am not receiving. This is a new car wash and should be working properly, if things do not change I will be canceling my membership. read more

Waited 20 mins for a car wash. The guy working the car wash moved all the cars behind us to another row and then had us continue to wait for the car infront of us that was struggling. I tried to talk to the employee and he still refused to move us. When I asked to talk to the manager the guy working the car wash just walked off. I never leave reviews but this was seriously the worst customer service and not "Quick" at all and way more expensive than other places near by. We won't be returning. read more

He very quickly sold us on getting the membership, we explained how an other location did is dirty and wasn't worth the membership, James explained this is a different location and they were going to strive to meet our needs. I'm usually too lazy to leave customer reviews, but this time I'm really angry! This is the second time I've had a problem at this Quick Quack car wash! We have three cars with membership washes here, and I usually go to the one in Corona, which has never had any issues. But at this place, my cars has been scratched twice in a row! The first time, the manager said the scratches on my car didn't match the direction of their wash brushes, and since it was a 2017 car, I didn't bother to argue. But tonight, it was a brand new 2025 car, and the front hood and body are scratched in different areas. At that time, only my car was going through the automatic wash, and I really feel like something is wrong with their settings. My left side mirror was even forcibly twisted over 100 degrees during the wash! I'm really frustrated with this car wash! I've had problems twice out of three washes! Moreover, I asked the driver of the car next to me if he had experienced similar scratching issues. He said his car had also been scratched before, so he no longer washes his car here. He only buys the cheapest wash package, just to vacuum the interior and clear out the trash! I wonder how many people have had similar experiences of their cars getting scratched!I will definitely call the headquarters and never come back to this car wash again! read more

So not go there unless you want to come out with a damage car! Took my car in for a wash and it tore off the rear light cover off the running lights of my car. There was nothing wrong with the lights on my car. I have been to many car washes! I reported a claim and they immediately denied it since the car is over 5 years old so they are not liable. I understand that this is not a full service wash, so we vacuum our own cars. And MAYBE dry of a spot or two. However, for the price of a basic wash I expect at the very least my car to be DRY after I make it past the blowers. I have them a try because I drive past daily on my way home. However, I will stick with Splash on Van Buren. My car is always dry and their price, even for the basic wash is cheaper and better value. read more

I went to try it this car wash out on my car last night. They sold me on the premium ceramic wash which was 50% off... I took my car through and when I had checked it afterwards my car still have bird sh** on the windows AND the machine bent my license plate!!! I'm sorry but this was is just not worth it. read more

Do not go here if you don't want any scratches. Went the first time noticed a little scratch after but wasn't sure if it was from the car wash. So went again today for the second time and now I have FOUR brew scratches two that are bad that will not buff out and is chipped. I'm beyond annoyed as I've never had issues at other drive through washed but hey I won't be going to any again that's forsure. read more

How are you NOT going to provide towels at each station?!?! What is the point of coming to this location if the employees never service the lot area?? The ONLY reason I come to this location is bc unfortunately it is the closest one to my home and job, and I know now to bring my own towels since there never seems to be any clean ones from the visits I've had here. And if there ARE any, there might be 1 or 2 mismatched stained towels where the clean towels should be. Take a lesson from the QQ on Gateway in Mo Val... they almost always have their towel stations stocked with black microfiber towels, and I always see an employee servicing the area and checking on the customers. Today's visit to this location had an employee who barely put any water on my car before it went through the wash bc he was too busy talking to his coworker. When I pulled up to the gate, no employee stepped out to ask me if I wanted a dash wipe or buy any air freshener. This location could seriously use some customer service training and put more effort into providing good service to their customers. This is in a prime location and is such a let down. read more

I usually really love to come through. The car wash itself is really nice, really convenient, and very affordable. The customer service however could use some work. Usually most of them are really nice and helpful, but I just had the most unfortunate and unpleasant experience with the employee by the name of Han. Terrible attitude from the beginning, no words spoken and already short with me. There's two lanes to pull into, members and non members. I'm a member but I wanted to purchase an air freshener today so I pulled through the non member lane. I wasn't even able to ask for an air freshener before he tried to send me on my way. When I had asked for one he rolled his eyes and told me to pull in forward. He continued to be harsh and short during the whole transaction. Rubbed me the wrong way and made me feel weird about asking to make a purchase as if it was a hassle. read more

Horrible, LYING manager, Raul Chavez! I was happy with this place for more than 2 years... until something went wrong. Brand new location. They broke my drivers side window on my 3 year old car, and the manager, Raul, is a real piece of !@#$. He acted as if he were some kind of glass expert giving several lame excuses as to why my window was already broken before I entered the car wash even though the digital camera video they have clearly showed zero damage. The real glass experts that replaced the window said the manager's excuses were ridiculous. The company could care less about the damage to my car. All they had to do was pay my $250 deductible, but instead they lost my and my spouses business plus 4 others friends and family members for a total of more than $3,000 per year in lost membership revenue! . And I'm not done. I'll make sure EVERYONE I meet learns of my experience here until (if) they ever do the right thing and reimb my deductible. The manager didn't care when I told him how much business they have lost over this. HEY CORPORATE, YOUR MANAGER, RAUL CHAVEZ, IS COSTING YOU WAY MORE MONEY THAN HE IS WORTH! See you in small claims court, fellas! It doesn't matter which location you go to. Corporate will not do ANYTHING about it when your car is damaged. Check other reviews and news videos online, this company as a whole does NOT care about their customers, and they leave all final decisions to the manager on site regardless of the location. VERY convenient for corporate to not deal with anything. I highly recommended you stay away FROM ALL locations because they all pull the same crap when they cause damage. UPDATE: They still refuse to pay for the damage. I have now caused them to lose two more members. That's another $1,200 in annual revenue they have lost for a total of more than $4,200 annually.
