He was straightforward on what he thought might be the issue and gave me a price- I did question the price only because snaking varies like crazy (and a bunch of other plumbing CO's messaged me). He asked to call just to tell me that yep- it does vary and the reasons you can get what you pay for. I've been burned by plumbing in the past so I agreed to have him over and he came in 25 min! After explaining the drain issue with my upper bath/shower and me snaking it myself with cheap snakes, he informed me I was snaking the wrong drain. Instructed me and guided me on how to clear my own drain! I cleared my drain! With his instruction and he didn't charge me!!
