I called another plumber and they said they did not have any openings and could put me on the wait list for the next day. I called E-Z flow from finding them on yelp. They had a guy come out in 30 min. He figured out the problem in like 3 min. I asked if I get a faucet that day would he be able to install it the next day? He said he could and scheduled an appointment for me in the morning. I went and got the faucet and he installed the next day. Come to find out he also fixed my garbage disposal which was not draining correctly and plug the disposal into the appropriate outlet located on the back wall under our sink. My last plumber just left it unplugged and I would have to plug it in and out to use it. This was a very pleasant surprise to me. That outlet is not easy to get to but he did it. Wish I could remember the plumbers name because he was excellent. I pray I never have any plumbing issues again but if I do, E-Z flow will definitely get my business.

When he arrived, Robbie ran a camera through our main sewer line to inspect the pipe, and he let us watch the live video as he worked. This allowed us to clearly see what he was seeing inside the main sewer line. That's when we discovered the main issue. Our home was built in the 1950s and the original main sewer line was Orangeburg pipe, an older material made from compressed wood fiber and tar that tends to deteriorate over time.
