I have 18x8.5 wheels on my Volvo S60R, and already had the front 2 damaged by a differnt tire place on install. Quick Tires (Alex) said they could do it no problem (05/07/2018) My fault for not checking before leaving... Alex damaged the rear 2 wheels during install, not a little, A LOT! 3" long section along rim of scraped up/missing powder coating. The other had minor damage to powder coating. Neither wheel had damage prior to Quick Tires, as they are ONLY 1 year old summer wheels/tires and sat in my basement all fall/winter of this year. Upon cleaning them this morning (05/08/2018) I noticed the damage and immediately called Quick Tires. Wouldnt you know, Alex answers and tells me this damage was already there when he installed the tires. Classic case of denial by the person who did the work - "You did this, No I didnt". After 3 or 4 polite exchanges, i asked for the manager since I obviously was not getting anywhere with Alex. Come on, Man up Alex. you did it, make it right! Wouldnt you know...Manager's not in call back. At least the 1st tire place (which I wont name) were honest and took ownership of the damage. I was given the option of discount on tires or bringing back an invoice for the wheel repair. Not Quick Tires! Denial, lies, no responsibility, and no manager to be found! Great service. I changed my tired after hitting something. When here at 3pm on a Saturday. They checked out the tire and gave me options. They changed my tire, put air in my spare, and even asked me how the car was. Great service and great when you are in a pinch and need a tire fix. Reasonable price as they have used tires available. read more

I needed a tire hole plugged last Sunday. Anyone from the area knows, most tire places are closed on Sundays (why? I don't know...it's the weird puritanical attitudes of this place). Instead of being stuck at one of those discount places, I gave these guys a try. Even without an appointment, they got me right in and had it plugged in 15-20 minutes. Reasonable $15 fee, especially for the convenience. Will definitely be returning in the future! read more

My boyfriend use to come here and they would charge us $20 a tire to put on(we bring our own tires). Today we showed up in a nicer looking Mercedes and while they were working on the car a worker came to us and asked if they told the prices. How he asked was really weird like he was being sneaky about it. We said no, assuming its the same prices as every other time. We bring our own tires. We brought cars before to change the same size tire, its not because of the size. My boyfriend has a used car dealership, so we would bring different cars. The guy tells us $220 just to change the tires. $50 each for the front, and $60 each for the back. On top of that we have been sitting there for 3 hrs, and they had only changed the front tires. My boyfriend brings up the issue, telling them we came here quite a few times before. He was loud about it, but not threatening. They lady starts yelling at him, and he yells back. They called the cops telling the cops that he said he wasn't going to pay. He never said he wasn't going to pay he was upset they were being so sneaky, so we paid and left with just the front changed. We go across the street to Merchants, to change the rear tires, and they only charge $30 a tire to change. read more

I went in to get a hole in my tire fixed. They sold me a plug, rather than a patch that could cost more, because I don't have much tread left before I need to get new tires. I appreciate them saving me money and being honest. I will definitely return. read more

I reaaaaallly wanted to love this place. They were recommended to me by an auto store and seemed super nice. I came in for something I thought would be simple for them (tire sensor installation). However, I had an issue from their installation and had to come back a second time. When I came back a second time, they said they fixed the issue, but it was not fixed. Instead of risking another visit with no remedy, I went to Radial Tire to have the issue fixed. read more

I stopped by Quick Tire about 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this business. The woman who runs the place is not very friendly. She seems to have a short fuse for customers who ask legitimate questions. It made me feel very uncomfortable so I left without buying any tires. read more

Fast, efficient and affordable. I had to get a flat tire replaced a bit over a year ago, and this was the closest place. Called them at 5:30-6:00, so it was too late to get the tire I needed that night (I wanted a new pair on the front), but they got them in and replaced them lickety-split the next day. I was so happy with the price and service that I came back and got the other tires replaced with a new set when I had the money (for a lot less than I feared for truck tires!). They also did brake work for me a couple of months after that, and did all of the brakes for way less than another shop I had a quote from (other shop wanted $500 to do all 4 wheels!) and in only about an hour and 15 mins. By the time I walked down to the sub shop, ate a sandwich, milled around a dollar store, and walked back, they were done! They also pointed out a few other items the truck needed but advised me about how long I could let it go due to my budget. And they also pointed out items they said I could do myself, which saved me even more money. This is definitely my go-to place for auto work. I highly suggest you use them before they realize how much they are undercharging. They get a solid 5 stars from me after 4 visits. They are a bit hidden at the back of an industrial building next to a drycleaners. read more

My daughter went to pick up a tire from them. Man they sold her a tire with the side wall damage, the entire inside of the tire was shredded. i am just glad i did not have them installed it on the rim. i would never trust them people. then they were not trying to give her, her money back. and for 63 dollars you got to be killing me, do you know i ended up buying her two brand new tire for 75 dollars. you can keep them tires for that price. maybe some of you need to do some research. and stop trusting them used tire places. because when the tire is installed on your rim you do not know what the inside of it look like. read more

I bought new tires for my suv online and I decided to try this place for the installation , I called in the morning to find out the price and the person who answered told me that he wasn't sure how much for each tired but he said about 35$ each that include mounting and balance, and he told me that I can just walk in without an appointment and they will take care of me, so I did , I came here and I asked how much it will cost and he told 20$ each , even better , so they started right away and finished in about 45 minutes , not bad , not bad , the only complaint about this place is that , the waiting room is too hot, so I have to wait in the hallway but not a big deal I guess , so I will definitely recommend this place , and I will be using it in a future read more

I see a lot of good reviews here and statements that they are honest,well I had different experience. I just bought used Mazda, decided to change two tires. Almost next day I noticed that one of the tires went flat a little,I have pump so i pumped air in it, over the week end it went flat completely, I thought it was nail, but turned out the valve stem was damaged , after I have inspected it closely I could see the damage is repeating the shape of the cut outs on my wheel, basically when the man was removing old tire he pressed the valve stem with a crow bar against the wheel so hard that it gut crack. Today I went back to the place and explained them situation, what they did they tried to convince me that it is my fault , and that valve stems get damaged by hot wheel all the time. As far as I know, unless you physically press valve stem next to a wheel, normally stem will never be rubbing against wheel. That is my experience,first little problem and they tried convince me that it is not them but something else. I think if company stay behind their work by fulfilling warranty and taking care of damages caused by their negligence that is the company you would like to go back too. That was not the case with Quick Tires. I am talking my business to different place that is more responsible. read more
