If you've ever wondered what it's like to witness one person attempt to run an entire Quickly's franchise alone, come here. Seriously, this poor employee was taking walk-in orders, making drinks, preparing food, handling Uber Eats orders, and probably filing taxes in the back. I half expected them to perform open-heart surgery between milk teas. The wait time was so long I had enough time to question my life choices, scroll through all of social media, and practically watch my boba pearls grow from seeds. To be clear, this isn't a complaint about the employee, they were working hard and doing the best they could. This is a complaint about management apparently believing one person can handle multiple walk-ins and a flood of delivery orders at the same time. Bold strategy. Nothing says "quality customer service" quite like watching a single exhausted worker trying to be cashier, cook, barista, and DoorDash fulfillment center all at once. By the time my order was ready, I had aged enough to qualify for senior discounts. Management: hire more people. Your employee deserves a medal, and your customers deserve drinks before retirement. read more

I tried multiple times to build a combo from the main menu but couldn't get it to work, so I eventually gave up and ordered items individually: popcorn chicken, spam musubi, and a drink. Nothing really stood out, but given the name "Quickly," the overall experience was acceptable for a fast stop. Prices do feel a bit high for the quality, though. We were craving boba late at night and this was open near us. I love how they are open until midnight but still offer quality drinks and snacks. Quickly has been around for a long time and their menu seems to get bigger and bigger. They offer so many drinks and snacks! The staff was friendly. We were greeted right when we came in. Curry fishball, when I hear curry fishball, the one that comes to mind is not of dried fishballs. WHERE IS THE SAUCE. I even asked the lady to get more curry sauce and when she came back, there was like 1% more. Fishballs themselves also tasted alright. If I were to describe it, it tasted like it had a tofu skin loosely wrapped around it. Extra Theres board games, used to have chess (not anymore). They have Jenga, candyland, monopoly, connect four. I dont remember the rest. We played connect four and the game was good, no problems or missing pieces. Theres dine in (during covid it was just pick up only, but its dine in again) Self order is available I used to go to this place a lot as a kid and had a lot of memories here. Just plain rude! There's one female that works there in particular who DOES NOT acknowledge you at all! Shes in her late 20s maybe early 30s. I was the only person waiting to order and instead of even looking at me and letting me know she'll be right with me, she continued making drinks and had me wait for 5 minutes without even saying a word to me. I thought it was just this one experience so I went back a week later. This time even worse!!! She did the same thing but longer and no one was in line with me. This Quickly location is a bit hidden away in a quiet plaza with plenty of parking. It is right by the freeway, so it is convenient as well. Service is eh, the younger employee was friendly and welcoming, while the older one (who was probably the manager or owner) was not. I was craving a mochi waffle and this was the only spot that was still opened that had it in the area. I do not prefer their boba here, so I came here for my quick snack after ordering boba elsewhere. I ordered ahead on the app, so my order should be ready when I arrived, but it was not and I still had to wait. I felt like my order was taking awhile because the older employee was a bit slow because she was also doing talking on the phone, while working on my order at the same time. When she was done, she just shoved the waffle towards the younger employee to hand to be me. I asked the younger employee, if they had condensed milk, which she had to ask the other employee, who is probably the one in charge / owner. Instead of telling me directly, she had a slight attitude and kept telling the girl to charge me for it and that I should had ordered it with my waffle. I told them I did not see that as an option in the app, or I would had happily selected and bought it at that time. Anyway, I was charged almost $1 for a small container of condensed milk, which did not even help the waffle at all. The mochi waffle barely had any mochi taste to it and it was probably the most dry, plain, and soggy waffle I ever had. It tasted like one of those off branded frozen waffles you buy at the grocery stores. Unlike the name they didn't quickly serve us, they gave like 5 orders after us their food but had us waiting 30 minutes and didn't start our food. I asked 3 employees the first two I guess were almost leaving so they didn't care to check and just claimed it was coming. the first employee said I could have my drinks but I said I'd wait so that they wouldn't forget about my food . the second employee I did ask to pass me my drinks since we'd been waiting about 20 minutes already I was thirsty. Finally the third employee actually looked for my food after the other two had left and said it would be another ten minutes. I asked if it's ten more minutes because they hadn't started she was kind and honest said they hadn't. So I asked can we get a refund on the food because we had to be somewhere and they'd make use late they didn't understand I was asking for the food and to have it refunded as compensation for the wait they just cancelled the food. Fair enough they won't refund or make the food but I definitely will never be back. There was multiple customers after us but we ordered before the rush after us so I don't understand how only our order got lost, we had been speaking Spanish amongst ourselves. I hate to think that because the current political climate that would affect the service. I do mention it in case anyone local goes maybe avoid if they only speak Spanish in case that was part of the issue. However they seemingly did have some issues so it could just be they were too busy to handle the orders they had. It used to be good, because the young Chinese girl, Selena was there. You are so smart and friendly. :( Service really sucks now. Every time I call on the phone, Stephie is extremely rude. Don't even allow me to speak & explain what I want. When I pause, she says, "Anything else" so rudely. "You want boba?" So rudely too. Like, wait till I say grass jelly or something. *shrugs* The way she handles customer service is terrible. I can feel her "not wanting to be there." I at least came here several times after Selena left, and this has been my observation of the place now. Especially, since Stephie has been the one I've been dealing with. I gave this place 2 stars for its spaciousness, and they still have good affordable milk teas. I've decided, I will no longer be coming back. Love the tea, hate the service ever since they implemented their app only ordering with Snackpass. I just placed an order that was never received, but my card was charged. And the only recourse was to "call the app." Their wait times seem to have also increased by a lot ever since they added Snackpass. For a place called "Quickly" you'd expect that they'd even be moderately quick. Two drinks and a side took 25 minutes. The good news is that the drinks were made about 20 minutes before. Who doesn't love a melted slush while you await an overpriced side? (Yes, prices have shot up to nearly ten bucks a side at this location).
