It's super hot today, well over 100 so I washed my sunglasses off quick in the ladies. Be sure to trim the handle on the paper towels cuz it's not automatic like some places. I didn't want to leave w soggy sunglasses and you won't either. And check out their amazing high tech tea machine and the also cool ice machine. I went to the QT located at Broadway and Dobson in Mesa, AZ on the evening of September 19, 2025. All of the Big Q black lids were super dirty on both sides of the store, so I asked the cashier if I could get a couple of clean lids. I showed her the photo I took of the lids that shows they were covered in brown dirt and white dust combo. I told her it looked like they were dropped on the floor and picked back up. She asked one of the several other employees and one guy went and brought me two of the dirty lids he had wiped off. I pointed to the debris on the lids and asked could he see it. He said he did and it was understandable [to want clean lids]. He then went to the same lids and brought back two more. I pointed out the grime and I rhetorically asked if he was just wiping off the dirty lids and bringing them to me and I said can't you see all this? He said he opened a brand new pack of lids and they came like that. I thanked him and told him I really appreciated him trying to find clean lids. He then aggressively chucked the last two lids into the trash with an angry look on his face! Then I left with my two lidless drinks. I don't think I'll try their location again. That was nasty and the reaction the guy had, the look on his face and his tone was like I was insane for not wanting to use the obviously disgusting, dusty lids. If that level of "clean" is acceptable for lids, imagine their food prep areas! Ew. read more

I frequent QT every morning for breakfast. As it's always typically a really good experience I asked if I could please have the sausage egg and cheese croissant and although it was 3 AM, I understood that they wouldn't have those ready yet but in previous times where I had to be at work much earlier than usual they would allow me to purchase one and microwave it as I'm in a hurry. This has been something that I've done all the time and I've been very gracious for it. Plus I think it taste better. As I'm on my way to work on unlimited sleep, I asked for the same thing and the gentleman said we don't do that in a very snarky way. I said you won't allow me to purchase it. I'm not asking for you to cook it. what I do with it afterwards is really no issue of yours. He said "nah" and I pleaded that I was on my way to work. It's three in the morning and I would like something to eat before heading in. He turned his back and said sorry. I then drove to the Stapley and baseline location where they had no issue doing this for me. Which also made me extremely late. read more

Pros: very happy with the quick service and large candy selection. Cons: never been to a QT with such bad bathrooms. Both paper towel dispensers were broken. The sink was automatic. Water turned on and never turned off. read more

When I walked into this place, I almost cried. It felt like heaven. After hiking for hours in the 90 degree heat, I badly needed a drink, and the first thing I saw was what I included in the pics. Holy hell. This is what dreams are made of. I started writing a country song about it. As I was building my shrine while simultaneously trying all the slushee flavors I decided I needed to wash my face. Oh my. The bathroom was disgusting. I snapped out of my dreamworld and realized I was at a gas station. A glorious one, but still. 4 stars. If not for the bathroom, six stars. I'm still sitting in the parking lot. This store is on the way home so I stop here most dy often for gasoline. But it's one of the newer stores and it is the most modern of the near by locations. And I like how clean and organized it is the majority of time. They have a ton of fountain drinks to choose from, lots of slushy types too. I like this location read more

if I could leave only one, zero stars I would. Make sure you check your receipt on items purchased for actual cost because they like to post one thing and charge you for another. An example of find two body armors and charge of the individual price on both when marked two for 450 or two for 550. management is very poor at handling customers and attached are two pictures proving my case read more

Tip - stay by your vehicle and don't trust their gas pump to stop when your vehicle is full. Gas kept pumping and sprayed all over the side of our vehicle. Nothing wrong with the inside of the store. Typical QT greatness. Clean spacious place with great selections and clean restrooms. Location excellent- better than its previous location down the block (still vacant). read more

DONT ever use their ApplePay at the pump should NEVER be used!!! They ran a "hold" on my Apple Card, seemed normal, but after using the pump my ENTIRE balance was cleared. The response from QT and APPLE is that it will take 5-7 to get back what I didn't spend. Just imagine handing some $100 for $10 of gas and the gas tenant tell you that you get your change back in 5-7 days... that's basically what happened... great staff and location though. read more

This is my "go to" QT for gas stations. I've been coming here as long as I've lived in the area, and I really like it a lot. The service here is quick and friendly, store is clean, well stocked and has an array of coffee, booze, smokes, and other stuff that any QT would carry. Gas prices are fair, but sometimes their a few cents more then the rest. They also have awesome prices on their big pops from the fountain! hoot! The only downside to this one, is you have a lot of riff raff that hangs out front from time to time. My total at the register was $12.04 I said can I get four cents from my car and bring it back into you after I check out so I don't have $.96 change rattling around in my pocket and then the female cashier said no I'm gonna make you go out and get it before I give you your four dollars change. Never mind that I am crippled and paralyzed on my way inside obviously she could see that. Soooo who makes a crippled man go all the way outside and all the way back in for four cents and doesn't just say give me next time? Or don't worry about it.. and it gets worse the parking lot was wet not from a rain just from them hosing down the parking lot for some reason so when I was on the way walking back to the store from my car with the four cents really petty amounts of money to do all this work for I slipped and fell in the parking lot when I fall on the ground I can't get up by myself so the cashier saw me fall in the parking lot on my butt flat on my behind and she didn't move a muscle or lift a finger. She actually got this smirk on her face she didn't offer any assistance or call anyone to make sure that I didn't break my wrist or that I wasn't hurt she'll let me flail round on the ground until I managed to work my way over to the curb and get myself upright. When I got standing again I grabbed the force sensor off the ground because I dropped it when I fell and proceeded to go back in the store I didn't raise my voice or curse I'll stay calm and I said you saw me struggling to get standing and you didn't send someone to help or even walk out side approximately 3 feet and asked me if I was okay? And she laughed and she said well "you know you wanted a round four dollars that was your fault".. I had no previous interaction with this cashier I didn't even notice that she worked there I come to this QT multiple times a day every day aunt I am the best customer that any store could ask for I am pretty much do my grocery store shopping at this QT so I spent hundreds of dollars a week. I was really disgusted by the manager on call he saw the whole thing and he didn't say one word to her or to me he just kept talking to someone else that was on the floor working and didn't say anything no concern he saw me fall through the window as well hi scraped my forehead and my niece as I have no right hand to catch my phone or to ease my weight from hitting the concrete. Even though they saw me fall and they saw the scrapes they didn't say one word of care or condolences nothing about sending me out there to get four cents into a wet parking lot obviously I have difficulty maintaining balance sometimes I have a paralyzed leg and a paralyzed arm on my way outside it's really obvious and you can't not notice it. So they knew they just didn't give a damn and I was really disgusted by this I think I'm just not gonna shop at this cutie anymore and I think I'm gonna file a lawsuit for the harassment ends for the wet parking lot that made me fall could've really gotten hurt and for the total disregard and not caring at all about a disabled person that was obviously trying to get up standing again they just watched through the window as I struggled to get standing again not even peeking their head out the door and saying are you OK just watched me and laughing smirking I can't believe that in 2021 such a brazen act of discrimination can occur against a Koeppel person like myself I'm 29 years old I had a brain aneurysm that paralyzed me on my right side I am one and 10 million that survives.. Why review a gas station, some might ask. Isn't a gas station just a gas station? Well, yes and no, but I will get to that in this review! Being on the corner, this QT is easily accessed from either Dobson or Broadway roads. It's one of the smaller QT's, so they seem to have a few less gas pumps than others which translates out to the possibility of a slight wait to get gas, depending on the time of day. As with all QT's I have visited, it is clean and in good repair. Inside is always well stocked, bathrooms clean and the staff friendly. So, pretty standard stuff really....so far. Now for what matters: they sell diesel fuel at this particular location! That is a huge thing because my company vehicle takes diesel fuel and I never knew the aggravation of trying to find diesel fuel while your vehicle is running on fumes! read more

Gosh dang it I do not understand how you can mess up an order so bad. I ordered a burrito from the little kiosk and when I got it it literally had lancing sausage cheese and egg. I added jalapeños onion bell pepper and gravy to my burrito but when I reveived it none of that crap Was on there. I feeeel like you would have to be pretty restupid to not be able to read a screen and put what it says onto a burrito lol. Brand new-ish location on the corner of Dobson and Broadway. They have a wide range of drinks, food and hot food. QT's are by far the best gas stations in the valley. They try and keep the place clean and nice. The cashiers are always hustling to get you on your way which I appreciate. Most of the time the bathrooms are not completely disgusting. It's Quick Trip, just like any other. No matter how busy it gets they seem to meet the demand and get people in and out fast. This is the Quiktrip I come to most often, I've never had a problem with staff, the bathrooms are always clean and almost pleasant. Competitive gas prices... Always clean inside. IMO, it's due to the fact that they always have 3 people on staff, and one of them is always cleaning something. I know they're trained to always say 'Hello' when I walk in... but I like that. Besides, now that I'm a regular, they say my name. Great selection. The fountain bar is tops... Try this if you want the best chocolate milk ever: Get your cup (any size). Fill it 1/3 with the Frozen Vanilla stuff over by the coffee. Fill the rest with Hot Chocolate. Better than any caffeine induced coma ever, with just as much of a crash after. ;) Sorry QT -- I couldn't give you 5 stars cuz you didn't listen to the email I sent in about the price of your 44oz. It used to cost me only $.97 (with tax) for my 44 oz. Now it's 1.07!? Now I have to walk out with all that change in my pocket. Great QT, but more than once I've had issues with the gas pumps not working! Also, one that didn't work after I scanned my card. Went inside and they said it was all set up. Still didn't work. Next pump I tried took it, but gave me quite a fight and just wanted to bang my head on the car door. Free air is good though...Good choice of stuff inside, fast staff like at every QT. read more

I came in at 10:00 and didn't know that the kitchen closed at that time. Max G, the employee that works at the kitchen took our order and told us "you can order anything besides the pizza since we close at 10". We order a quesadilla and a pretzel and the whole time he yelled across the store to his manager saying he doesn't have time for this and his babysitter leaves at 10:00 and needs to get home and wants to and I QUOTE "slit his throat" with the knife he held up. It took 20 minutes for him to make these two things and a shake and the whole time he had a comment about how he didn't have time for our order. Simply, don't take the order if you're closed and have to rush somewhere. The manager didn't not seem to care about us hearing his comments or bothered to help pick up the pace.
