During that time, two vehicles that arrived after me were directed to the other line and were able to get serviced and leave before I had even moved forward or been greeted. When I went inside to address the situation, I was told that the vehicle two cars ahead of me was a "fleet car" and required additional attention. I understand that fleet vehicles may require more time, but I do not understand why customers in the other line were allowed to move through while I was left waiting without any communication or acknowledgment. At the very least, I should have been given the option to move to the other line rather than watching multiple customers who arrived after me get serviced and leave. I expressed how upset and frustrated I was because this was extremely poor customer service. The lack of communication, acknowledgment, and consideration for my time made for a very disappointing experience.

The main issue is that he inputted the wrong amount for my total. Instead of $134, he put $1,430 as the total. I noticed this after I put in my pin and pointed it out. The employee denied that he put in the wrong amount, despite the fact that I could see the error. When my card declined for insufficient funds, he said it must be a WiFi issue. He then restarted the transaction for the correct amount and the card went through no problem. I get that typos happen and I'm not really upset about that part. I'm annoyed that the employee refused to acknowledge the issue and monologued for three straight minutes that he would never do such a thing.
