Once you accept this, going there is a lot better. -There is a little bit of salesmanship happening but it is minimal and not pushy in my opinion so not a big deal -The tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) sensor system on my car was damaged, and none of the repairs they attempted could get one of the wheels to read. I explained that I would need to arrive at 9:00 AM, as I required a ride. I arrived at 8:50 AM and was pleasantly greeted by Bryce, the store manager. However, the experience quickly went downhill. At 2:30 PM, I called to check on the status of my car and was informed that it was next in line to go into the bay. When I arrived at 4:15 PM, the car had been moved but was sitting on the side of the building. The receptionist mentioned someone was working on it--though at that time, there were no cars in the service bay. Approximately 10 minutes later, my car was pulled into the bay. It was the only vehicle in there for about 15 minutes, followed by two others. At 5:15 PM, a technician came over and showed me a photo of a bent lug nut, stating that the tire couldn't be reinstalled until the issue was resolved. By this point, I was extremely frustrated. At 6:45 PM, I was informed that my car was finally ready. I was shown the damaged lug nut and told, "I've never seen that before." Frankly, I wasn't interested in explanations at that point. From my perspective, the damage occurred because the technician likely attempted to force the lug nut without first hand-tightening it. What's more disappointing is that, despite the delay and inconvenience, I was simply told my total and wished a good day--no apology, no acknowledgment of the 10-hour wait for what should have been a routine tire replacement. I had driven past three other tire shops to come here--despite colleagues warning me against it--because I've had good service from your location in the past. This experience, however, was among the most unprofessional and poorly managed I've encountered. I hope you'll take this feedback seriously.
