I have been coming to Theresa since 2013…read more I tried weekly threading which made my skin worse and the friction led to many ingrown hairs with skin discoloration. I googled electrolysis which zaps off the hair and gets individually pulled. No shaving of any sort is required to get this process started. I started with 30 minute appointments. Yes, this procedure is somewhat an uncomfortable feeling because each hair is being burned and then pulled. You feel uneasy but it's nothing to be worried about. The hair started growing less and less after each treatment. It took over a year for me to notice less facial hair but the results are amazing. I no longer feel insecure about me being stared at because of the excess hairs. I have gained so much confidence. The hairs don't all go away. The darker ones are the focus and those are the ones that matter. You'll notice that the darker ones don't congregate as often. I now only schedule 15 minute appointments once every two months. I went from weekly threading to bimonthly electrolysis with less hair!! This hair removal treatment is worth every penny. It is little pricey but worth it. A 15 minute session is $40. I recommend Theresa to anyone who is struggling with permanent hair removal.

Poor communication and a complete lack of consideration for customers' time. If you know your store will be closed, the least you can do is notify people with appointments.
